Wonderful experience in Panini
Love the ambiance and sure will visit again
The staff was friendly and co-operative
We had best service from SIMON, BIKAL, JOJI, LANI, SAINUL, DEEPENTI, and KARAN
We love the masala tea by heart which very rare had in any other hotel's
Thanks for such a beautiful ambiance and Greenery
Very much peaceful like a peaclily

من احب احب الكافيهات على قلبي ازور هذا المكان من سنوات طويييله كلما اردت الحصول على الروقان والراحة هذا هو المكان المفضل لدي واسعارهم منااسبه جداا مقابل جودة الطعام والشراب ولديهم خصم فزعه ايضا

Yesterday I faced problem with them at night …
Before 12 am i went to them and I told the lady that I want to buy cheese cake for take away she just took the cakes and pastries from the shelves there she told me that they will closed I told her that I am trying to call before I reached then she told me speak to the manager and she also speak to him to open the system then I went to the manager in other side near cashier, I told him that please I am costumer here and I want to buy cakes he told me sorry we closed the system and I can’t give you, then I tried with him please and please then suddenly he told me that we don’t have cheese cake here and he asked the lady and shaking his head and eyes to force her to say for me we don’t have …!? I told him why you shake your head for her how about these cheese cakes on the trolley!
How is that come!? Before 5 minutes she didn’t tell me that only she told me we closed the system and let me ask the manager if he agree to open the system …!
Then I told him why you are lier to me I am costumer here more than 10 years …then I went to the lady she told me no madam I am not lier these cheese cake we have for order.impossible at 12 clock am all cakes and pastries token from the shelves to be for order
I told them I am not cruzy then I went to the reception in hotel and mr ahmed and miss noor came with me and spoke to them and in same time they gave me! How it can be this happen in 5 star hotel!

Always an an enjoyable experience… Service is friendly and efficient, great food and pastries. Shrimp and avocado with pomegranate dressing is a favourite! Great value for such relaxed and tranquil surroundings…

مقهى panini مكان جميل جدا وهادء لمن يريد هذا الاجواء مفتوح طوال اليوم يقدم القهوة واكلات متنوعة ممتازة واطبق من الحلويات وغيرها كثير يمتاز الخدمه الممتازة من العاملين. كل مره ازور دبي لابد أن أضعه في قايمة الاماكن التي ازورها. المكان جميل في اي وقت في النهار او الليل وفي اي موسم من السنه.

Horrible food and service, not worth the price. Aggressive and disrespectful manager. Big difference from years ago, and not for the better.

We’ve been coming here since it opened but in the past year the service has become horrible. The staff is incredibly rude. Quality of the food has gone down.

جلساته رائعة ومطلة على الحديقة الداخلية ويمكنك سماع خرير الماء
جربت لديهم الكرواسون زعتر لذيذ جدا جدا
ايضا لديهم التشيز كيك لذيذ

Inside the grand hyatt for a perfect coffee and some good food!

Their cappuccino is worth trying and the latte with saffron was sooo soothing and fresh!

Also tried their chicken with herbs sandwich - so fresh and tastey!

Black forest for me was sooo good! And loved it!

Definitely try eating here with good outdoor like ambinence inside grand hyatt

I've always loved this Italian Deli at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. After 16 years, it has kept it's good quality and rustic charm.

I requested to change the order within 1 minuit, the lady told that is not possible because she already bunch-in the order into the system.

I had breakfast there with my friend. We ordered one Arabic and one Continental breakfast.when I asked to use Entertainer, they said that they don't accept it. It's clearly mentioned in Entertainer that is for breakfast item. It was disappointing. I didn't want to argue as I had a guest who had a connection flight via Dubai and didn't want to make her short visit unpleasant but I will complain to Entertainer as well.

Panini, Grand Hyatt Dubai, has a large choice in the menu. The food is very delicious. Service is good.

Amazing good, top tier service, beautiful setting and reasonable prices. Great for breakfast items or even mains. Try the strawberry cheesecake, unbelievable. We will be back again.

Good ambience Nice food and nice price. Some staff is friendly especially Veronica and Albert who served us but some staff are rude especially deepak name the way he ask me to put my mask is not in a nice way i just simply forgot. When we enter in Panini no staff greeted us they are simply busy what they are doing.

I have been buying from here for over a decade.
The staff are aloof and it seemed understaffed come to think of it.

Cakes are amazing no wonder I keep going back to them. If you don't mind waiting for the good stuff, panini is the place to go.

Great cheesecake. We were served by Camila. She is polite and professional.thank you very much for making us feel at home

Not good.food came out in weird different sections. Got eggs and sausage then 5 mins later the bacon and fruits came. My friends food came incomplete.taste was just ok. They serve pepsi not coke products if you care.
