Unfortunately very bad experience with customer service while comparing with sharjah and ajman branches.also the quality of food given is so poor.two times i had similar reviews.so posting it
Beef chutty curry -very poor quantity and there have take (42) drhms for half beef chutty curry and the another comedy we got more than the bone only.one plate bone.unfortunetly we didn‘t take photo.any where uae normal resturants take only 25to30 drms.we dont, know what is the reason they have take this much!
Had come here for breakfast, they dint have any fresh juice to serve, we had ordered omlet sandwich, it was soo cold.the staff (Suleman) is also unprofessional the service he gave is pathetic! they dint even had water kept on yhe table.suggesting to all don't visit this place for breakfast it has no standard.
Visiting Panoor Restaurant was not a good feel at all. The atmosphere was not appealing at all. It had some bad smell in the restaurant. Needs to be hygienic being a restaurant. Would never g o there again. A big NO.
The restaurant keeps the dignity of its name which is a part of Malabar. When i had a visit at Dubai, it was very unexpected dine in at here. But I am surprised by the taste of ‘’ Seafood Sadhya “. Can’t explain the feel, when we had the same. Everyone must taste it. Once you get it tasted, you will become big fan of that dish.
Another one dish was “Chatti Curry” which also urges to bring us back to the restaurant again and again. Now it’s my favourite when i visit Dubai.
The staffs are also amazing while dealing with customers.
“ Hey guyz if you miss it, it will be a big loss”
All the best to the management & staffs for keeping your establishment’s identity in the better way.
Big salute to the person (chefs) behind the “Seafood Sadhya & Chatti Curry”
Awesome experience, we had bamboo biryani and the taste was awesome must try dish…. And the staff Mr. Chandran serving, talking and well behaved… overall good
Very poor experience from Panoor Restaurant i had ate Panoor special Beef chatti kari on 09/01/2022 Night.
1st upon the quality & freshness of the meat was very poor. I didn't get any special taste.why i am sending this feedback is my stomac was upset right now
Tea & hot water is good so that i recommended. Restaurant overall rating 3.6 only
Never expected these kind of responses from the staffs as we have ordered chicken thullichathu which they charge 35dhs which can have for one person when we raised concern they were furious and said have if you want or throw it. I am posting this photo of the dish which they delivered…
Worst chicken charcoal ever I tasted from them Such an horrible taste After tasting their soup felt like vomiting May be they are using third rated chicken Chef working their should stop cooking charcoal Not even worth 1 star
This is second time I have suffered this bad experiment. Service is too bad. Home delivery is very delayed with wrong item. After getting the item, when I informed them, they didn't ask that you need the replaced it or not. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Very bad experience after having Hamour fish grilled last Friday night. The very next day onwards I had stomach pain and my 2 daughters had loose motion. My 4 year daughter was vomiting all night and when we took her to the doctor he told us it was through food. My wife did not have the food with us that day so she is not affected. So we understand that it was through the grill we got infected. When I called them today they simply said 'sorry'. Never recommend this restaurant to anybody, especially kids.
Not very happy with the attitude. I ordered parota only and the delivery was delayed. When I asked why, his reply was "only parota" So what? I have bought full meal many times. Just because I ordered parota only today, It's not right to delay so much. These kinda short term profit-minded people are detrimental to businesses. The owner should take note of this.
Very very poor quality food. Went thier 2 times for iftar. They served stingy snacks. When we reported they said they will take care of that. Next time same thing happen to us again and when we reported them again they laugh at us. In this holy month Ramadan. They serve by mixing few fresh snacks with stinky and old snacks. They started a Ramadan iftar box.some of my colleagues in my office order that one.to do iftar in between thier working time. That snacks were pathetic. Some of them suffer food poison also.
Thier food are tasty and variety one.if it is fresh. But they are serving this old item for the customer service
Pls stop this. At least in this holy month ramadan
This place has something called bamboo bryani which is there speciality its amazing and must try i honestly prefer the mutton but the other also good chicken and prawn, reasonably price place also
Very poor understanding level in terms of delivering/ understanding the orders even after being very clear, the worst scenario was that i have had placed an order for Kashmiri pulav and ended up getting delivered with blended of frozen chicken pieces. I have been tasting Kashmiri pulav since 25years with only fruits, nuts and boiled basmati rice and had never seen some one adding a non- veg to it. However, i have had got a proper veg Kashmiri Pulav swapped after a few minutes of conversation. What all i would like to conclude is that, people need to basically focus on the needs of customers and not about the frequency or number of orders. This has just pizzed me off since the i had unknowingly eaten Chicken and in terms of being vegetarian.
Being a big banner, Pannoor chain of restaurants should look into this and perhaps, seek an immediate action to avoid these sort of hurdles.
Located in Amman Street, Amman street, Al Nahda- Dubai. Taste the real south Indian (Kerala) dishes. The breakfast is stuffed with more varieties. The Appam and egg curry is really wonderful. The lunch and dinner have multi number of varieties in spicy and non-spicy flavor. The bamboo biriyani is really one of its own kind. The restaurant serves fresh and healthy fresh juices too. The dedicated family area serves best for family, kids chair facility including team lunch. Paid parking is available and access to Bus station too.
I ordered for the first time here yesterday. I ordered to main dishes and only recieved one, while calling the restaurant while the delivery guy was still there they said they would send my other forgotten order. I waited 3 hours and nothing had come. Please bare in mind this is during the time of covid 19 and our only way to have something to eat was by delivery and they left me and my friend to share one dish between us that we was still hungry. Poor service and will never order there again! I will also be complaining to the government about this and I hope they get fined for there neglect!
Traditional kerala food. Few really tasty ones we tried are Malabar chatti curry, chicken biryani on weekends, neriya pathiri, appam, paneer manchurian dry. Evening snacks are really good. They have special menu during weekends.
On 21 Jan 2020 we buy 2 grilled chicken from the famous 'Panoor'. Even though it's long from our room, we expect we may receive good food. But it's so pathetic in taiste, doesn't have much french frice, hammoz and garlic paste while comparing with other restaurants.
Now a days they are more concentrated on pricing, not tasty food. They just decreased quantity of food not price, we ordered neypathiri It looks like they prepared that on previous day.
We had stuffed banana, irachi pathri and banana fry.stuffed banana was really good with the coconut filling. The other two was ok. Should improve on the cleanliness.
I never recommend this Restaurant.the worst south Indian Restaurant I have ever visited.: . Always very hot inside.supplier’s sweat is free with your food. Hygiene is very poor. Friends, don’t waste your money in this Restaurant.
I heard lot of good reviews from friends, finally tasted their bamboo briyani. It was really great one. Different from the usual kerala style briyani, briyani rice with right quantity of masala, meat and right amount of whole spices all cooked inside a hollow bamboo shoot, served hot with a boiled egg. It was flavourful and steaming hot. The qty is right for one person to have. This briyani is served on banana leaf which will add some more flavour to the recipe. There are other menu also like ghee rice with beef fry and chicken masala. Hope it should also taste good. Would definitely recommend for good lunch.
I have visited the hotel years back and didnt like the food there. But recently I happened to order food from there and I have to say they have changed to better. The chapatis are the softest and their veg korma was delicious. We decided to order breakfast and guess what the masala dosa is the best masala dosa I have had in al nadha. Poori bhaji also tasted good.we have become a regular customer ever since. Try it and am sure you will change your opinion as well. Good job chef, we love your food!
After my experience here last night, I was determined to return for breakfast, despite the distance from my hotel. I was not disappointed. I have only eaten Indian food for the entirety of both of my stats on Dubai/Sharjah. Last night I stepped out of my comfort zone with the paneer masala. It was the best dish I've eaten in all of the Middle East. Many were stopping in just for tea, so I needed to come back in the morning to see what the fuss was about. This morning, I had plain dosa. The tomato chutney was the best I've had on any continent, and the coconut chutney was the second best. The morning dosa was perfect in every respect - the perfect balance of crispy and soft - and golden brown. I regret that I only discovered this place two days before I have to go home. Besides that, the prices are the best I have found in all of Dubai or Sharjah. Of probably 25 Indian restaurant experiences in these two cities, this is the only one I have felt compelled to write a review on. And the staff is among the friendliest.
