Ordered now national day and more than 2hours and order still didn't come. And papa johns so close to our place!

I have order to pick from the restaurant I asked the lady the 1 who putting food in the box she said your order is not but my order is ready she picked the food from up and give to me after 25 minutes
The behaviour of the girl is not good unprofessional agroch it's look like she fight with someone before starting the duity please take a strict action against here

The pizza is great BUT I’m sick to death of the delivery service. Either it’s ridiculously late or early! Since it’s always a long wait I decided to preorder ahead of time and of course they turned up and are calling me when I’m out as the pizza wasn’t due. Always easier to just collect it but it isn’t always possible.

Tried ordering one simple pizza for delivery and an hour later they haven’t even made it yet!

Ordered 2 pizzas. 2 hours later they did not show up. Papa johns did not want to help and pushed the blame to the app I ordered from. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was busy so would call me. I wanted to wait on hold as I did not believe he would call me back, they said sure no problem. I waited and after a few minutes they cut the call. The manager has not called me. No pizzas, no customer care, no refund.

I have since tried to contact via the provided email address below as requested and my email is undeliverable. It seems they still do no want to assist.

It was in the afternoon. The place was empty.
We went for dine in and enjoyed the pizza. The outlet needs maintenance. The tables were in very bad shape. The owner needs to take interest in the furniture etc and furniture. Can't servive on food only.

As always, the best pizza a person can eat. 5 stars for the pizza

The PIZZA OMG, their pizza is very well done, fresh, cheesy and very hot.
With regards to the branch, I believe they need little more training and communication, they do a lot of mistakes while the order and often forget to add sauces, but the PIZZA is better then ever always, just cuz of the taste I will give it 5*, but team please make up ur mistakes and start communicating more

We ordered using the Entertainer app and they were happy to take our money but the pizzas never arrived. When we rang they couldn’t see our order.

We still couldn’t get through to papa John’s after 2 hours waiting. This is unacceptable service. Will never use them again.

They are abusing the government decision and taking packaging fees while there are no plastic bags involved, it seems like a petty amount but it adds up in more profit for them on the bigger scale

The outlet claiim to deliver in 20 minutes. I have been waiting for my order from last 45 minutes. Wasted my time and money. I had to leave for work that's why ordered a quick snack. Whole purpose was to save time and eat. I have wasted my time, money and my work got effected. Had horrible experience. Such fake claims at zomato they have mentioned.

Ordered Pizza on Papa John App at 9.06Pm, as per their app I was supposed to receive pizza by 9.36PM. Already 10.36Pm and I have not received Pizza.called even customer care and as per them Pizza is on the way for delivery, already half hour and I haven't received Pizza.

If it was USA or India, Pizza would have free if delay more than 30 minutes.

Bad management of Papa John Pizza in Dubai.

Spicy Chicken Ranch Pizza Medium Size will be a good one.
This one inside ENOC petrol station in starting of E44 road when coming from AbuDhabi and even midnight. A good pitstop to refresh and eat.

The crew has given a Good service and friendly to the costumer it's delicious pizza even when I'm in london it's my favorite pizza papa John's.

The restaurant in Car Gaz station in Hessa road at exit of JVC. Good helping team but place is small to dine in. Just 3 small tables. Place is busy with take away orders. Food is ok especially if it comes with special offer so it good value for money

1 aed for 2 sachets of special seasoning? This is the only branch that asked money for this. Its not about the money, its about customer satisfaction and service.

One of the hottest pizza destinations out there!

The pizza toppings and flavors are to die for and Garlic Sauce (the highlight) is simply the best!

Heads up 1: This particular outlet is located at one of the busiest Petrol stations ever so you might land up having to dodge a few cars and people in the hope of finding a parking spot and ordering your pizza.

Heads up 2: I guess they have tons of home delivery orders so the whole place is swamped by biker delivery chaps and it might just take forever (almost a half hour of waiting for your order on busy days - Thursday, Fridays). The wait is well the worth though

Decent seating for indoors dining too and the staff is friendly and accommodating

Favorite pizza's within 15 minutes! But minor point is thry do not have a four-cheeses pizza, nor a tuna pizza. Hopefully coming soon!

Second time I order papa John’s online. Both times the order was never delivered. They never even sent the driver out, just kept on lying and telling me to be patient. Do not order past midnight.

NEVER EVER have they delivered an order on time. NEVER.standard delivery time 1.5 hrs at the least for them.

I ordered from here and they delivered the wrong size pizza (small not large) - I phoned them to explain and they told me it was deliveroo's fault. I explained it couldn't be their fault as the sticker on the box said medium they'd just given me the wrong pizza. The guy was really reluctant to give me a new pizza and just said he would upgrade me next time. I explained I wanted the pizza I ordered so they sent a new one and after two hours of waiting for a pizza they had the AUDACITY to tell me I needed to return the small one which especially considering the pandemic I have NO idea what they wanted the old pizza back for and they offered me no compensation for completely messing me about for 2 hours. I have never had a take out place ask me to 'return food'. Its gross. Shameful customer service.

No delivery even after 80 mnts. When contacted the call center says "It will take little longer". Not even sure how much longer! Cancelled the order.

Really disappointing behavior from the staff here in this branch in JVC - Hessa Street.

We used to love Papa John’s Pizza in general, but dealing with the staff here is very exhausting.

First time to see cashier like that, slow and ignoring the customers while i am talking.

In top of all of that, it needs 1 hour to take your order

One of the worst papa johns branches you'll find in Dubai in regards to quality and delivery. I would recommend avoiding this branch completly

The customer service over call center is a JOKE.
I called the call center to order, they informed me that my area isn't covered for delivery but motor city branche do deliver there! I asked: Howcome a call center can't transfer the order to Motor city? The guy replied am sorry system doesn't accept! He gave me the nbr so i called, the motor city guy told me sorry we can't accept groupon code in the system, you need to call call center or download our app! Why i need to download a freaking app to order a pizza? Your call center and IT system is a JOKE, invest someone to improve it other wise you will keep on losing customers.

This fast food chain is for you if you wanna have salads and snacks, pizza is also good but i found the side items to be bettr.

I ordered food to be delivered at around 7: 06 and with a 45 minute expected delivery time I thought it would be delivered at 8 Maximum, the branch is a 10 minute drive after all. The app put a time of 8: 19 to be delivered by the latest. Its 9: 15 now a whole hour later and I still haven't received my food, when calling the operator to check what happened they tell me they received my order at around 8 and finished and are waiting for the delivery driver at the expected delivery time. What kind of place is this? I will certainly never be ordering from Papa Johns again and I hope they rethink the way they treat their orders and handle 3rd party or normal deliveries.

Simply the worst, every time they accept your order submitted on the app and after one and half hour they tell you it’s cancelled and we don’t deliver to your area!

Today was the big surprise for me when I tried ordering from their app, they have already charged my card and now they are telling my we haven’t received any order from your side!

Although i like the pizza, but the delivery service is very bad and slow, it always takes over 80 min to arrive, and it arrives cold and not fresh, tried the delivery multiple times, and always same bad experience

Got a quick ontime delivery from here for a meal for one with a creamy ranch pizza as well as the garlic butter dip and potato wedges. The food arrived on time and hot. The food was decent in taste and pricing is standard like other branches.

It was the worst, no pasta, offered a small pizza instead of a medium one, we had to wait to make it again, pizza plate was good, wings were awful, I dont think will go there again

The most unhygienic and unorganized pizza joint in the country. My order took almost 1 hour to come out of the kitchen. My ticket number was 48 and I watched orders 54 leave the kitchen. On asking the manager who was also in the kitchen about my order, he said they do not maintain a ticket queueing system (an international pizza company) and they serve who ever comes to the kitchen window. During my one hour wait, I witnessed "the manager" who was at the deliver window handling pizzas without gloves (wish I had taken some pictures to share). On complaining of the 1 hour delay he had the audacity to say go and complaint. And. There's more, all this on the so called "customer appreciation day". Well done Papa John's.

Big question mark on the cleanness of this place. Really needs to be checked my the ministry or the municipality.
Unbelievable how people can go in and out of the kitchen area without wearing any hairnet or gloves. Even delivery drivers are allowed to go in. This is shocking. Not even going to order again from this place.

Placed an order online, the order was due for delivery on 12: 16pm, at 13: 12pm the food was still not delivered, had to call the usual call Center, who keep on giving you the promise that the branch will call you and the order is on its way (lies, lies and lies), two calls later the food still not delivered. Worst place ever in Dubai. This is the last time you see my money. Start caring about customers or get out of business!

I love this place because of one reason and that is that they serve amazing pickles with their pizzas

The pizzas are always great. I went when the 50% off promotion was going on. The place was packed. Even then, the food was ready on time and the staff at the counter was helpful. Brilliant team there at Papa John's.

I asked for different type of pizza, and discovered that the manager of the branch gave me an old pizza and changed the ingredients with his hands!
Will never visit it again, and it was very bad experience.
You will find the pic of the pizza, he removed the chicken by hand, and put the un cooked beef and pepper! DON'T EVEN THINK OF EATING THERE!

Isn't there a lower rating than 1 Star? Has to be the worst run outlet. My pizza didn't turn up after 2 hours despite the fact that I live 5 mins away from the branch. The call centre was incompetent and wouldn't accept responsibility for the delays and poor service. I waited 5 mins to get connected to the JVC outlet and spoke to Jean who is clearly a namesake manager. 10 mins of a conversation led to absolutely nothing but more frustration. This was a horrible experience and a real disappointment. I hope this rating is taken seriously because they should not be operating anywhere with a staff that's so poorly trained. They do absolutely no justice to the brand and have truly set the bar as low as it can be set.
