We tried their cheese kunafa with soft and crispy coating. Both felt like average in taste. In was more like a watery, you can see from the video

الكنافة عندهم متنوعة و"الباكيجينغ" كتصميم العلب والألوان وطريقة تقديم كبراند حلوة جداً. ولكن الطعم غير متشابه تماماً مع محتوى العلبة.

ممكن تمشي مع الناس الأجانب اللي بتاكل أول مرة بحياتها كنافة. ولكن مع أهل بلاد الشام هي ليست كنافة ولكنها حلويات طعمها جيد نوعاً ما ولكن بالنسبة ما بجربها مرة آخرى اذا بدي استمتع بطعم الكنافة.

نصحتي دربوا فريقكم على كيفية التعامل مع الزبائن. ركزوا أكثر على قيمة المنتج كطعم كنافة وليس فقط التغليف وطريقة التقديم المبتكرة اللي عاملينها.

Bad experience/ very poor customer service!

If someone can tag the owner, please do!
Because literally, you he’s losing customers by the staff!

Passed by (walk-in) for 2 simple and plain orange juice for me and my kid, 2 staff members not even answering Hi and just so focused on his screen.

Fine, then finally one got my order and struggled with the squeeze of some orange.

Finally, served me only one and went to do something else.
The process take 15 min to have the other guy answer me or even ask what’s wrong!

Told him guys! What going on? U don’t respond or care while only one more customer at the shop.

He was not answering and just watching PC screen (probably a overloaded with online orders)
Promised him to approach the owner as he meed to know that either the shop need more staff or different team who cares for shop reputation and generate business!

He said it’s fine (like he doesn’t care) and here’s my honest review

U Just lost one more customer till things are corrected!

10 out of 10.i just ordered Kunafa narem cheese on talabat it was amazing the best kunafa i ever ate in Dubai. Package and plate were amazing as well. Definitely will order again

The all product are very delicious and good in taste i enjoyed every time when i take the papa kanafa's products

Worst kunafa ever. Never ask for Kunafa with crema (they make Mahalabiya or something like it instead). Not recommended at all.

This is Horrible Restaurant i don't recommend this! First, they give me the wrong order and when i try to called them they are shouting on me instead of doing something about my order! Very Bad service!

We ordered Mabrouma Takmem with sauce after seeing all the hyped reviews. It was too disappointing as the quality was not even to be rated average. Quantity for the amount paid was not worth. Would not recommend this place at all.

Kunafa is always yummy and fresh i like ordering by phone and get it on the way instead of waiting for long. It’s yummy and not to sweet where you can add the sugar syrup as per your preference. The place has outside parking where you can wait for you order or order. Must the juices

Worth a try, Good taste in a very good packing, 6 pcs of Mabroomeh is 24 dirhams and taste so good, No seating at this branch but u can get ur order from thr car

For me it's the best kunafa in town I haven't had kunafa like this for long time, and they made it fresh once u order it

We had mabroma 2 weeks ago and it was amazing.
But today the mabroma was bad and Was empty with no chess inside. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars review. 5 stars for last time. And 1 star for today.

Worst place for arabic coffee and knafa! The arabic coffee tastes like water and the knafa is not good at all.

As a suggestion, the team responsible to take orders from the cars are totally mess. We ordered kunafa and waited in the car for almost 40 minutes, then when we reminded them they told the guy who took the order forgot to ask the kitchen to prepare and he went to break. Really horrible service but good food in general

Unlike other locations, the custard was hard and using the thick orange rather than golden kunafa

Everything is amazing in this place as well as Aseer time EXCEPT for one thing (the time it takes to finish the order). It’s killing us! Specially in this time of quarantine.
