We rented the Doona. Excellent service, contacted in day of arrival with a delivery to our hotel and collected on day of departure. In perfect condition. Doona extremely useful as is an easy to use 2 in 1 car seat and stroller. Would recommend Paper Planes to anyone visiting with a baby.

I was extremely impressed with the service of Paper Planes Dubai. We purchased a Scooter as a gift for my son and they delivered it beautifully wrapped with a personalized card and on time. I had seen the same scooter on a few other store sites however Paper Planes was the only one who could guarantee to deliver it on time. They were extremely easy to communicate with via phone and WhatsApp and the shopping and purchasing experience on their site was very easy. I was impressed with the quality of their selection of products. If you are looking to have a gift delivered to a loved one, friend or family - I highly recommend Paper Planes as their attention to detail from the wrapping to the delivery is very professional and makes the receiver of the gift (in this case my son) feel very special! Great service provided by Paper Planes Baby and Child, we visited Dubai and rented a car but the car rental company failed to provide a car seat. Paper planes came to the rescue. I messaged via WhatsApp to get the booking sorted in the night and the following morning I had the toddler car seat. Very efficient and very well priced. Definitely recommend for all your child's rental needs.

100% recomended. The communication was easy and clear, and they adapted fully to my convenience for delivery and pick up. Even I had a problem with the order and they solved it by whatsapp quickly and with sort notice. The crib was as per the description, and also no surprises with the price. The best and the quickest service in Dubai. We have rented a few items from Paper Planes and we’ve been very pleased with the communication, quality of the items and the service they have provided. We decided to rent a play mat and a stroller as well at the last minute and they have quickly helped us and delivered them on time. The team is very helpful and friendly and they made sure we had our baby’s crib delivered before our arrival in Dubai which has allowed our boy to sleep peacefully from the very first night.

We rented the MaxiCosi Mica car seat from Paper Planes from April - June 2022. They provided wonderful service. They helped deliver it to our hotel in Abu Dhabi and collected it while we went on holiday for a week, then re-delivered it to us again. The seat arrived in brand new condition and was 100% clean and newly wrapped. They also helped with quick communication when we needed to extend the rental last minute and organising this was very efficient and done over WhatsApp.
The seat itself is excellent and the easiest ISOFIX I have used (rotates, excellent safety rating etc).

Great service, we rented a baby car seat which was new and perfect quality (Maxi Cosi Tobi). You communicate via WhatsApp (we with Jacky who is very engaged and friendly) and they usually come back within minutes. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

What an excellent and smooth service from Paper Planes (PP). We needed a cot for our son as we were staying in an apartment and we managed to hire one from PP. Apart from the cot being very reasonable in price, it was exceptionally well made.
The cot was delivered to an 11th floor apartment where parking was quite far away. All this was done with a smile from Jacky and the team.

When my pump broke and needed to be repaired Paper Planes saved me! They were super fast with delivery and were so accommodating to the several extensions I needed while my pump was away. Great service. I contacted them before traveling to Dubai and they reached me through whatsapp. They arranged everything with me before arriving and delivered the yoyo board to my hotel. They are very punctual and accomodating to our time restraints. I highly recommend them, they made our stay easier with the kids.
