It's been 3 months and no news of my missing cargo and no response from the owner too.
To the owner of PPC I had sent my cargo with your company on June 20'th, 2023, destination USA
I have received only half of my cargo and yet to receive my Bose soundbar and a hand made Buddha wooden frame.
I have been following up for two months and still have no idea what has happened to my missing cargo. Your staff Ms. Sharada has still not provided me the necessary documents of the cargo sent. She keeps giving me different reasons for the missing cargo. I asked for your email to check with you but no response for that too. I have paid extra Aed. 550 for just the sound bar and wooden frame and still have not received it. I hope you are going to help me get my missing cargo delivered to my home in the USA at the earliest.

And I receive with in 6 days including duty and taxes. They did packing in professional way

I wish I had seen these reviews before I picked this company to send my cargo. Been quoted 8 days, it's been 23 days and no sign of my package and also my messages are ignored by Shaarda. No status. No tracking number. I can assume that I've wasted my money and never going to see my belongings again. Lesson learned. I will always check the reviews first. Too many scammers in Dubai. Time to report this company to Ded.

I recently had the most horrendous experience with them and I feel compelled to share my terrible ordeal. Despite explicitly requesting that my items be wrapped with bubble wrap for added protection, the company disregarded my instructions entirely. To my shock and disbelief, they decided to wrap my precious belongings in my own clothes In my absence!

To make matters worse, during the packing process, the employees closed the door, effectively shutting themselves off from any disturbances. Their assurance that they would do a good job left me blindly trusting them. However, when I received my shipment, I was devastated to find that every single item had been broken beyond repair.

To add insult to injury, attempting to reach out to the company for an explanation or compensation proved futile. No one answered my calls, and there was no one available to take responsibility or even apologize for the mishandling of my belongings.

I strongly urge anyone reading this review to steer clear of paradise shipping Their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer instructions, and complete absence of accountability are absolutely unacceptable. I am so disappointed with their service that I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the Dubai government to expose their fraudulent practices.

In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to avoid using this shipping company. Save yourself the heartache, frustration, and financial loss by seeking alternative shipping options.

To be very frank and honest the team was very professional and very nice and they came bang on time without any delay i was absolutely surprised on the way the team behaved as I thought its like any other movers, furthermore they have very good packaging tools that i did not witness with others as I moved my staff from KSA to Dubai but it was scary moves

Last Paradise team members are absolutely fantastic and worth each penny you pay them.

I was also surprised as they collected all trash without telling them to do so.

I am echoing the below comments and I wish I’d seen them before we engaged PCC - 2 and a half months after our air shipment was packed, we still have not received all of our goods. They quoted 7-8 days for delivery from Dubai to Romania, I have spent the last 2 months chasing, absolutely terrible service and I have recently found out that a company that we did not engage (AWC Cargo) in the UK is in control of our possessions - they do not respond either. They in turn subcontracted DPD who seem to have lost our items, opened an investigation, but wouldn’t speak to me because I’m not “the named customer”. Absolutely awful experience, we will have to speak to the police to hold someone accountable for this negligence. These companies should be shut down.

I used the company to send empty suit cases to london and then had them filled and returned by air. The whole operation took less then a month and my cases arrived back in Dubai and were cleared and delivered back to me is speedy fashion. Good courteous service

I echo the comments saying that this company should be avoided at all costs. They are rude and dismissive, overcharge customers, and do not provide factual information about the shipment. All in all, this was a nightmare. I strongly encourage you to read all the reviews BEFORE you pay for their services and to check their website (which is very sketchy). I regret not doing proper due diligence. I detailed my experience below.
The initial interactions go very well, the team preparing the box is very effective, but once you are out of the country, communication becomes scarce, unreliable and rude.
I am surprised many people in these reviews praised Saradha - in several conversations via phone call, she yelled at me, mocked me, and even hung up on me mid-conversation.
I engaged this company to send two shipments, one via air cargo and one via container to Canada. Re: the air cargo shipment, I was told, for several weeks that my package would arrive the next Monday/by the end of the week/today. They take advantage of the fact that you are no longer in the country and it makes it difficult to follow up. Things got better when a friend of mine, from Dubai, called them to ask for valid information. The tone immediately changed, although the misinformation continued. They said the shipment had been returned to the UK, but it was, in fact, in Germany.
I received my shipment with 30 business days delay vs their initial estimate - while I understand there may have been issues with the customs - these were not flagged or properly communicated. I submitted to them documents that proved my shipment was exempt from taxes - which I got on my own, they never advised me about procuring these documents, which you definitely should - but they never passed these on to the local courier, and that created additional challenges, as paperwork had to be resubmitted, validated, and this led to additional delays.
When I opened my boxes, I discovered that the weight they declared was nearly 10 kgs less than I had paid for.
In conclusion, do not pay for services provided by this company.

Poor service. Delay of arrival date. I shipped 5 boxes I only received two boxes until now after 15 working days. Door to door agreement but the transportation company charged me for home delivery. They ignore calls or reply to messages.

Absolutely horrible company and service. I recently shipped my 2 room household stuff from uae to jeddah and below is the ordeal i had to go through:
They initially inspected my stuff and gave me a quote for 15CBM volume. My move got delayed a bit and when i had to move they increased the price by 1k. On the day of move, AFTER packing the stuff they told me the volume is actually 20 CBM and asked for another 2k.

The shipment was promised to be delivered within 12-15 days but it took almost a month. Evertime I followed up they kept lying that its stuck at the border. When I actually received a call from the customs at border after some 15 days, he informed me the truck only arrived the day before.

The packing was just horrible. They just stuffed things into boxes (books were packed with toiletries!) all of my furniture could be easily disassembled and packed buy they didn’t think it was necessary. Now most of it is chipped in places.
Almost ALL the boxes were opened and re-taped when I received the shipment. Till now i have a dslr camera missing from the stuff (box and bag is there but camera from inside is gone!) God knows what else will be missing once i start arranging stuff.

Thank for this company to accommodate my staff and I’m really happy and recommended Paradise for future needs. Thanks and behalf

I kept trying to contact them but they were not helpful in trying to retrieve or replace the items.
I went with them because the price was reasonable but never again. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I asked this company to pack my stuff which was a fully loaded 2 bedroom flat and keep them in storage back in September 2018. At that time I was moving out of Dubai for a couple of months and did not want to be spending rent in two countries. I asked them for an airconditioned storage as I was concerned about the heat and humidity of Dubai warehouses. A turn in circumstances including the COVID-19 pandemic caused me not to settle back into my new Dubai home until much later than predicted, this happened in December 2020! To be honest I did not have the slightest hope that my belongings be in a good condition after more than two long Dubai summers. They brought back all the items, nothing broken, not a single item missing and to my surprise no damage even to the fabrics, rugs or clothes.
I truly recommend these people specially the manager Mr Imran who is very accessible, flexible and careful when dealing with his clients.
Their services have been very good for me and their asking price is also very affordable when compared with other competitors in Dubai.
Once the time comes for me to move out of this city permanently I have no doubt in calling them again.

I wanted to ship some cargo to Sydney from Dubai. It took 5 months and continues follow ups including several visit to the office.
Moreover, one valuable item is missing from my cargo. A Boss soundtouch wireless speaker was missing.

From the get go these guys were simply brilliant. There due diligence on the items, two sites, access points and on ground facilities management was superb.

We moved from a large 4 bedroom on the palm to an even larger 4 bedroom downtown.

Despite the fact that the downtown property had tiny lifts, the paradise team were able to bring several large and heavy items up the narrow stair case without any hassle.

The entire move was done in a day and the transition was seamless.

These guys seem to know every building in Dubai with their various idiosyncrasies.

Throughout the team were well supervised, smart, courteous and would simply cater to every request we made. At all times their aim was to get the job done.

Not "paradise" at all.
I have unpacked the boxes just to find out that some of my child's toys have been damaged because of the way the guys have packed our belongings! They just dropped everything in the boxes and taped them. Very poor quality customer service too.
I suggest their manager Imran to change his way of thinking, also train his staff better.otherwise they will loose lots of customers.
I don't recommend this company.

I am an Iranian who has been living in Dubai for 15 years and all the time I had a hard time dealing with movement, but this time with the help of Paradise Moving Company, I got a big relief, with no hassle they came, packed and dismantle the furniture and assembled them in my new location without any damages. I have just recently experienced shipment through Paradise Packing Clearing LLC. As I was advised shipment period should be 5-7 working days, as it supposed to be shipment by air. Company came to collect my goods on the 1 of December from our flat in Dubai and we just received it in Netherlands on the 30 of December. So one month is away far from agreement and our expectations. Besides it the local delivery company informed us about delivery one hour before and when we managed to reach home by running at the end they just refused to lift boxes till our flat on the third floor, they left everything on the ground, although we paid for door to door service. And the worst thing that you cannot discuss it or effect somehow as we have already paid the for the full service in advance. Maybe local company in Dubai is not bad as they were trying to give me some kind of support by providing some tracking statuses on the shipment but the fact is that they have very weak partners in other countries. For example the rating of the local delivery company here is just 1.4 which is so obvious that they are not going to provide a proper service. So if you still want to ship your goods through Paradise, please use my Lesson Learned and not pay the full payment in advance. In that case at least you have a chance to control the situation. P.s.: Besides some fragile items were broken.

One of the worst companies you can use, almost all of my glass dishware arrived broken in canada. They had me pay extra for claiming my shipment in canada with the promise that they would return the money. Of course that didn't happen. When I tried to call them back the guy literally hung up the phone in my face. I wanted to ship a container and half of is arrived empty. I later found out that they abandoned a lot of my personal items because they didn't feel like packaging it. Unprofessional, unfriendly, no accountability and quite frankly just thieves trying to take your money.
