Party Monster Balloons & Party Supplies

I have recently ordered a set of balloons for my friend’s birthday from Party Monster which was set to be delivered between 5-6pm. Not only did the balloons arrive an hour later of the time expected, they deflated within 8 hours of delivery. I contacted Party Monster right away and the response I got was ‘nothing we can do’. This is poor service, especially for the price I payed for the balloons and delivery as well. Not happy with the service, I do not recommend and will not be shopping with them again.

A great company who were patient in ensuring that my daughter’s 5th birthday was special! They really went over and above and I would certainly use them again.

I ordered helium balloons, and they not only met but exceeded my expectations. They provided exceptional service, accommodating all my preferences with express and timely delivery. The quality surpassed all standards. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

They were extremely helpful over text, arrived promptly and set up the even beautifully. I ordered a large screen, a projector, speaker and bean bags. The event went amazingly. Thank you!

This is supposed to be a surprise in the morning, their balloons don’t last long, compared to other places. So disappointed.
Not ordering from here again!

Having the Photobooth Mirror for my daughters Harry Potter themed party was a huge hit! The staff who I was chatting with from the beginning was super nice and easy to talk to. They even accomodated my last minute changes on the day. They sent me Usha and Saif as the attendants who I liked immediately. They were extremely kind,

Best birthday party company in Dubai. Celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday with them. Ordered decorations, popcorn cotton candy and games activities from their hosts. Been trying different companies since last 3 years but this one is the best and I am going to stick to them. Highly recommend

They managed the whole party as per my budget and also took care of extras such as tent and air coolers which was a plus as party was at 6pm.
They are truly a one stop party shop.

We had a 5 star experience with this company. We booked a birthday for kids and Joy was our event manager. I had a lot of joy working with Joy;) She was kind, polite and always welcome! She talked through so many detailed. Answered patiently my repeated questions. Met my concerns and calmed me when I was anxious about the event. All program was as discussed. Everything was as planned. I could not be more happier, because the party was smooth and everyone liked it! I was so relieved and happy, of course, I will come again to Joy for joy;)

We had a very bad experience with this company. They damaged our apartment with the ballon glue wich they put on the roof of our apartment. After trying to solve the problem with this company they did not answer e-Mails phone or any other contact. We had to paint it put still there are marks wich you can see. Please be aware of this people.

It was a great experience working with this company! We had them for our client's restaurant opening and it was the perfect fit for that event! The 360 Booth they have has LED lights, looks very clean and fits any high end event!

I wasn’t disappointed in anyway. I like the prompt responses I was getting. I got everything I was expecting and my son and his friends just had a blast. All the team was pleasant and professional. The game host was super nice and accommodating. However, kids didn’t like the magic show and found it boring!

4th time I’m ordering. Very satisfied with the balloons and how they look. Affordable for Dubai. Also the customer service is very good!

The best ballons and best staff to make my occasion so special! They came in and did all the set up at record time! Added so much dimension with the balloons to my existing backdrop! Can’t recommend them enough!

I ordered balloons for my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately very bad experience with their quality. Balloons lost air after ~18 hours. I ordered tons of times in my life balloons for birthdays and they always were flying several days in the air. When I contacted them how to solve this they just said based on their contracts they just need to fly 12h minimum and they wouldn’t bring some extra balloons as a compensation. Horrible contact.

Our party was a great success thanks to Party Monster, Roseanne was very responsive when coordinating and the set up looked great. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing service. I used them while I was traveling to organize my husband’s birthday decorations and they did an absolutely amazing job. They coordinated with someone to go In and get the decor set up before my husband can get up and see it and everything they did was absolutely stunning and professional. Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services.

Amazing experience with party monster, I order balloons, phography and videography for my graduation and they delivered on time with all my orders perfectly made. The balloons float time was 3 days which is more than the number of days they had mentioned. I absolutely love them and will definitely recommend them again and again

If only there was a ZERO or NO star!

I hired this joke of a company for a corporate event that starts at 9am. Had to pay extra for them to come at 8am but they came in at 8: 45! No one answers the calls and no one responds to text! The reason? Traffic! This is never a reason!

As a compensation they didn't let me pay for extra balloons but the damage has been done! The purpose for the event is to be a surprise but no more surprise as it took them 1 hour to finish everything.

This is less than 24 hours after balloons were delivered!

Do not book with this company!

One of the best Party arrabgments in town they got solution for everything you think, they can manage all your party worries so 10000000% recommended must try. Also i must mention very reasonable price.

It's really nice company.so quick services. Even in short notice they are delivering balloons at your door step.

I was being reunited with a loved one after months apart due to Covid, it was a very special occasion for me. The balloons arrived 5 minutes before the closing of the deluvery window which is fine but I was worried they would be late and arrive after my visitor, so I tried calling and texting for updates but was just ignored, hence the three stars. Good service eventually but they could be clearer in their communications as it was quite stressful wondering who would arrive first, the decorations or my visitor.

What a disappointing and misleading company! Horrible customer service. Dont bother choosing them.

Ordered balloons for my partners birthday party. I gave them a set time for collection and when I got to the store the balloons weren't prepared. They were so unorganised.

Secondly, while they were putting the bunch of balloons together I noticed 2 of them were completely different to the picture advertised. It was meant to say stay fabulous. Instead they added 2 random balloons that said 'feliz cumpleanos' I dont speak Spanish nor does my family so this was so odd to bring home. When I told them this is not what I asked for, they rudely responded saying this is all we have so basically I had no choice.

Thirdly, if you take a look at the balloons advertised on their website it looks like there are 3 separate balloons with confetti. But when I received it it was a weird mushroom looking top. So misleading!

Never working with these guys again. Their customer service is terrible! Something that was meant to be a smooth process turned into a nightmare.

We took services from Party monster for my daughters 1st birthday. Our experience with them is superb. We are fully satisfied with all the services.
They suggested very nice decoration as per my requirement. On the day of event everything was done hassle free and timely. Their staff is very cooperative and kids friendly. Kids really enjoyed their face painting and ballon bending activity.
I would like to recommend them for party decoration and activities.

I was tensed worrying if everything will be as expected. An hour before the delivery time, I got a message that there would be a delay. As always, delays create negative reactions and add to stress. However, you have been online on WhatsApp all the time with update information. The team arrived with the balloons and everything else. The female colleague who brought this was very sweet, courteous and helpful. She set up everything with a smile. She was great. The Balloon, the sparking candles and everything else were Fabulous.
As a fully satisfied customer, I came back for the second order. The online support was immensely needed and useful to complete the order. Gratefully Rose was very helpful & efficient, she informed me about such details and give best suggestions to deliver the balloon same day my dad's celebration. It was delivered on time. I ordered from Party Monster for my kid birthday and had superb experience with the decorations and the implementation. Everything was ready much before the time was committed and all staff were neat and clean and were very supportive. There balloon quality was superb and even the helium balloons stayed for much longer time than I experienced with the other party company. The price offered by the customer support team was very reasonable and they understood my budget too. Overall I would love to give them more refrences for there future business.

Their photobooth service was great. The attendants were extremely polite and arrived on time and set up quickly. The attendant during the day of my event was friendly and everybody enjoyed conversing with her and laughing with her. The design team did an incredible job in terms of creating our desired template and all the guests were happy with the printed outcome.

I ordered a customised birthday balloon for a colleague and Lee and the team were so accommodating in answering all my queries. Add the convenience of WhatsApp and online payment is also note worthy. It was a pleasure ordering a set of balloons according to color-theme. I highly recommend this shop!

I ordered twice for our family occasion. Their response, promptness and the quality of balloons were really just fantastic. When i checked online some of the balloon colours were showing as "sold out" and i called them, they arranged it and delivered it on time. Keep going guys! Amazing job!

Second time ordering from Party Monster. First time was great balloons lasted for a week. This time however the foil balloons didn’t last more than an hour. By the time of the party they were already on the ground.

Placed an order for balloon pillars and photobooth backdrop. Czarina has been very helpful and accommodating with our requirements. The team who have setup the balloons and backdrop were very quick and flawless!

Usually really good and prompt delivery with good arrangements. However today have failed to delivery birthday balloons for my 5 year old tomorrow. No response by phone just ignoring calls after telling me that they would arrive 35 minutes ago. Sorry to say not reliable and I have wasted 145aed.

Very organized and so wonderful Czarina helped a lot with providing information and made it easy for me to choose which package I wanted for the photo booth and Sara was so patient with a bunch of teenagers and also bared the heat and humidity of our hot summer because the event was outdoors.thank you so much

Never ever again from this company! Total waist of money, for the poorest quality of balloons that were all on the floor the next exactly morning, not even a day! Balloons cheap looking, very small sized, not same as they advertise on website, so the money that is been paid, total waist!
