Very happy with the patience and service the team rendered. We brought our own set of metallic balloons to be inflated and was charged 7aed per balloon which was very reasonably priced. (prices goes upwards depending on their size)
We also decided to buy additional balloons and party materials, because they had a wide selection to choose from in-store and they were very patient with us despite a busy day. Thank you Wil and the rest of the ladies who helped us that day!

Holiday shop. There are balloons, attributes for special holidays - Halloween, New Year, etc. But the choice is not very large and the prices are inflated

Very pricy.i found in other store the silver curtain, for 4aed only but there is 27aed, thé happy birthday there 42 aed in other store is 9 aed only, but its okay its a business.my main complain is the cashier there, I don’t know if she’s trying to cheat us she scan the items third time … don’t do that to ur customer again.and then when i pay card she insist to pay cash! Why? Then when we told her to void the 2 items she did, but when she give me the receipt my friend she’s checking on it and she still found the items that we told to cashier to void, now we are wondering how many time she scan these items.there’s something wrong.

We have come to expect good service in Dubai, but is is fantastic to experience outstanding service from a business. Party World excelled in helping me with an urgent delivery and made the recipients very happy people. Full credit to JEFF who personally made this happen. The staff are approachable, and they are so nice, the place is also convenient when it comes to the party needs.

Very bad and disappointing experience! The first picture is what we ordered and the 2nd photo is what they delivered (untied). It was supposed to be a surprise that is why we ordered advance and we set the delivery a night before the Anniversary party. We were even constantly in touch through Whatsapp to make sure instructions were clear but still failed with the execution. We are so disappointed!

It's a nice place to get decorations for lots of occasions including balloons. But it's little bit messy

Awful staff except Agun! Especially the store manager lacks basic communication skills, tries to charge unnecessarily for everything and lacks respect. Never coming back to this place. These two points are because Agun was an extreme gentleman and helped out when he didn’t even have to. This store doesn’t deserve him.

Has everything one might need for any kind of parties i often go there for birthdays very friendly as well

I Visit this shop today and there was some rude philipino staff,

First of all i try to enter from main entrance the door was locked cant access however there was a lady staff show us come from back side we walk other side around and enter the shop.
The staff from that shop is rude and push us out of the store saying this is only for staff to enter.
When we asked where is the entrance that guy was aggressive and rude to showing the finger saying for there.
What a rude staff you have and poor level of customer service

Went to get stuff for a friend’s bridal shower
They have good quality items specific to the party that you are having

Over priced balloons service with no price list nor logical explanation. They requested for a job 700 aed to get the job done while other very decent competitors requested only 200 aed keeping in mind that the material was already purchased from outside since they didn't have any of the needed balloons nor decoration.

It was a mistake going there anyway.

The staff were rude and not able to answer us nor provide us with the material or input needed.

Bad service from the staff. I was not treated with credibility. I asked them for a specific theme, but the employee ignored me and when I confronted her, she gave me her back without apology and did not respect my role in blowing the balloons, as she ignored me again. I do not recommend this place because they do not respect customers

I was using this for my birthday and after 2 hours it just deflates? ! And when I blow the balloons it bursts. Make choices better.

If you are visiting this store to buy party things for a happy occasion, don’t expect the staff to match your enthusiasm. A wide range of items, but poor customer service unfortunately.

I had to go there for Helium Balloons, their rates are somewhat ok. Inside is very good. Many people loomed satisfied with prices and veriety.

Really nice party supplies store, spacious inside with a well varied range. Awesome balloon service, reasonable prices. Rachelle was super helpful with our checkout and the staff also helped us get all the items into the car securely.

All parties related items available and is one stop shop for any party but little bit on the expensive side

Balloon deflated immediately after leaving the shop and shop refused to give another one.other customer had same issue and they are not helping anyone.bad customer service!

The selection is limited and the quality if the same products is much better in party centre. I think they keep older stock as the colour of the foil baloon faded in just a week. The balloons were bursting while I was blowing them. The gas goes away pretty quick. My party centre balloons lasted months before they started fading or deflating. In my opinion party centre is a much better choice than party world.

Loads and loads of stuff for parties and table decorations. Big and small letter and number baloons filled with helium at request. 45aed for a big letter size. Fancy dress costume selection too. Plenty of stock and the staff are really helpful.

You ask for it and you will get all theme decor, balloons, costume and loads loads variety to make the party rocking.

Definitely one of the cheaper options in Dubai for balloons. Helium balloons will usually last for 12 hours. They cost around 5 AED per regular balloon with helium. Lots of variety in colours.

Good place to find all party needs! Attendants were really nice and smiling. They accommodated us during our visit anf were able to provide answers to all our queries. They do strive to provide good customer service. Thumbs up

Good place to go when planning a party. Great selection of props. Wigs, special custom, ribbons, balloons, etc.

This place is heaven for every celebration yet to happen. I visited this place on a Friday while most shops were shut it literally saved my life. It was my dad's 50th. I loved all the decoration! Definitely going to be my Go-To store for every celebration.
