Very poor customer service, too pricy and unfriendly staff.
In general I have an unpleasant feeling after visiting this shop. Never ever come back there again….

Also offers delivery but call first to check minimum
They have costumes and balloons and also have helium gas for balloons if you already bought from outside

Promised to write a review about their "great" work and "responsibility" for other people's holidays. We came in advance and chose balloons for our birthday, we asked to have them ready the day before the party with delivery. We were asked to indicate on the sheet the time and place of delivery. I made it clear several times that it was the DELIVERY we wanted! The long awaited day came, an hour before delivery I decided to call and make sure everything was ok (thank goodness I did) I was told by the voice on the phone that there was no delivery and their delivery service was not working today and that they were closing in an hour. I was shocked and insanely angry. But the people on the other end of the phone were completely indifferent! With some difficulty we got the balloons. Half of them "clear with tinsel" fell to the floor the next day. The rubber balloons with gold color filler also fell off the day after. What I paid for, I still don't understand. Do you want to ruin your mood and your party? Then you only go to these guys!

Very worst customer support i have ever seen in UAE.just went there for some products knowing even though there price is very high but the sales people very arrogant behaviour.there attitude shows like they are giving product as free to us.we spend almost 1 hour unattended in side the shop and came out highly frustrated.

They have different variety of products and at affordable prices. The products they sell are unique, they have very friendly staff and are willing to help their customers.

Utterly rubbish and incompetent customer service. Staff could not be less caring or more indifferent

I always get my ballons done here. Very good. Lasted a long time get the extra helium its 0.50fils more definitely worth it.

Is very nice the variety of product, I always find what i need for costumes or parties but is expensive.
