Party World The Springs Souk

We had a huge event in our office and we decided to go to party world for our balloon set up and they magnificently delivered an amazing service! Awesome staff like Rio and his team and Vanessa who provided us the best quality service! We will definitely come back to them in our future events. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed in Party world.

I always go to springs souk for every birthday, Halloween decoration, the mechanical zombies, etc…
I bought 5 pcs at party centre media city, but decided to buy the additional balloons etc at party world springs souk as a loyal customer.
You charged me 9 aed per balloon for the helium. I could have gone back to party centre to have it done for free and buy the additional balloons there. Instead still out of loyalty to you I decided to proceed with the purchase.
But I have a really bad feeling about this, so I decided to go to party centre from now on or to do it myself… you have lost a very loyal customer today. I hope the 45AED was worth it…

FYI: The reason that I went to another shop was because of the fact that I always show up with the same balloons since your collection is either very kids focused or stays the same. My friends have received your balloon combinations already several times…
And I need mostly balloons for adults.

Furthermore, I asked for delivery and the lady was complaining that I needed to reach the 200AED.
Which I was obviously over even with the self bought balloons, which she didn’t even know at that time since the guy from the filling station hadn’t informed her about it yet. And then probably there was no availability according to her… which had never been an issue before since you have always delivered my balloons. But every time you need to call someone to check delivery slots and I guess she was just not willing to.

Next time I will just purchase Helium on amazon which costs me 3,5 AED per balloon and the balloons are cheaper too.

It’s clear you have enough customers and are not bothered by loyal returning customers.

Trying to tell me I cannot return or exchange items, which is not correct according to consumer rights in the UAE

The staff was amazing they helped me with my balloon decoration especially Dino did a wonder decoration Omg! And the ladies Gen and Jam were so helpful.thank you so so much and keep smiling

The shop is good but the staff aren't great. I've been there several times. Today i stood waiting to be served in front of three staff members for ages - they all just blow up balloons and ignore you. No one offers to help despite the fact you're obviously standing there waiting to be served.

Such great staff! Shannon, Charie and Jam were so lovely and helpful and so much fun. Always one of my favourite shops to visit!

The staff is excellent. Mark was such a positive and energetic person. Jen and Mai were also so sweet:)

Not surprised at all this place has such a low rating. Came in asking for quick service for a gift wrap, which would take 5 mins as it’s a small gift and she insisted that she has no time to help me even though there is 4 of them! Plus I can see that their management doesn’t care because clearly they aren’t replying to anyones concerns here.

Great balloons for great prices! Wouldn’t mind a small update of the choices though? ;-)

Love the halloween decorations and mechanical dolls too!
They even have pens for fabrics and other crafts material that comes in handy sometimes.

They have everything I needed for my events. Will sure come back and visit their other branches as well. Good job to you guys. Keep it up. Even when they were busy they managed to assist Mr. Thank you.

It’s supposed to be a kids place. However, they have no understanding for kids. My boy opened bubbles by accident and they immediately made me pay for the full pack without even informing me.

Some essentials are missing especially for adult parties. For kids though, it's got pretty much everything you need.

Very unprofessional. I wanted a small balloon for my dog’s birthday that is with helium so I could tie it to the collar and I have told so to Rosalie, however I ended up paying for a balloon in a bag, that doesn’t fly so I can’t use it for anything. No solution was offered from the staff since I specifically mentioned that it’s for my dog and will be tied around her collar, clearly their mistake for not paying attention.

I have never seen in my life a more unprofessional staff member. Not saying hello or anything, then refusing to assist by saying she has no time for me as she is extremely busy. I offered to come back after an hour and still she refused to wrap the baby shower gift for me just before the event. Not interested in what she does at all.

Thank you so much guys even your too much busy you still accomodate me well, especially april and the tall guy he did not put his name.
But you need more staff because i saw yesterday how hard to entertain all. But thank you so much guys.i can recommend this shop.
