Scam alert on prices. I went to buy a birthday card. All cards were labelled as 16AED however she charged me 19AED. I flagged this to her and she didn't seem to care (it's 19 in the system she said) instead she asked the guy to check and yes all cards were labelled as 16AED. She asked him to update the stickers and didn't seem to care about my complaint simply ignoring me.

I then told her ma'am this is false advertising I'm not happy with this and I'm waiting for the 3 AED back as this isn't right. Angrily she grabbed 3 AED and gave it to me, no apologies about the situation or anything that you might expect in a professional retail outlet. Avoid this place is my advice.

I was surprised and was wondering who would want to buy a helium balloon for 55/- Dirhams each? !? I needed number 12 but after hearing the price we decided not to buy it. It would have costed us 110/- Dirhams for it in total. Regardless of anyone's income bracket I wonder who would want to spend that much on a balloon that would end up in a garbage after a day or two!

Their prices are literally double the toy shop downstairs and their staff have no clue what they're selling when I ask what is this or that they give me that clueless look then start guessing. No wonder why the store is always empty.
