I had a treatment, cut and blow dry from mark and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve lived in dubai for 8 years and I’ve not found a hairdresser until now that ticks all the boxes. I couldn’t recommend mark and the salon more. From start to finish all the staff were warm, welcoming and a fun atmosphere to be around. Can’t wait to come back

I’ve been going to Rachel for my haircut and color for over a year and I’m honestly so so grateful to have found her. My hair has never looked so shiny and smooth and the color is so beautiful even as a rich dark brown is always luminous and reflective. I like my hair cut straight in the back but she cuts layers around the face that are literally so seamless I can wear it straight and the layers just create this beautiful seamless framing of the face appearing as one length or I can curl the ends and it’s a beautiful bouncy layered look. She just knows instinctively exactly how hair naturally falls and how to create the most effortless model hair look. I highly recommend booking with Rachel she really is incredibly talented and an absolute treasure.

I was there in the 1st June and I have to say I finally found my favorite hairstylist! Ruben did such an awesome job. I’ve never been so satisfied with a haircut than ive been with Ruben! But let me also speak a special thanks to Janessa who made me an awesome head massage which let me forget about all my stress! Natalie has been my hair stylist for the last 12 years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She always takes such care with my hair and gives me the best advice on how to look after it. She has plenty of new suggestions for me and gorgeous new products to try. I love the way she cuts my hair and the highlights are the perfect colour for me. I never tell her what to do because I know she knows definitely knows best. All the team at pastels Ritz Carlton make you so welcome. My coffee is with me within minutes of arriving - they honestly can’t do enough for you. Rose gives the best head massages ever but honestly all the staff are amazing.

I have very thin hair and she highlighted it excellently with Olaplex so there was no damage at all.

The only room for improvement is the sitting which aren't too comfy, there is no neck holder so you can't really lay back and relax while you have your nails done

This salon cares too much for reputation and not about what the client wants. I called ahead and discussed what I wanted and got childcare and when I arrived the stylist was too scared to do what I asked. I respect the “training” and education but give me a break.

Great treatment and lovely staff. Kerastase is my preferred hair brand. They have everything. Great choice.

Today, I had a fabulous experience at Pastels salon with Adam.
Since past 8 years, I was colouring my hair dark brown, almost black but decided to go for a change.
Adam understood perfectly what I want, adviced me what to do and explained me the whole process.
After 4 hours, new colour, new hair cut and myself walking like a gazelle, feeling beautiful!
My husband’s reaction was priceless, too. Instantly, he loves me more and complimented me.

Ive been going to Natalie for nine months now for highlights & toner - sun kissed look. Natalie is amazing, she does my hair beautifully without any color damage. She is a true professional when it comes to healthy looking shiny hair. She is always kind and caring to me and all her clients. Pastels salon is the place I go to for grooming. I usually find it uncomfortable to go outside for grooming but a friend recommended Pastel to me and I always go there now. Would highly recommend this Salon.

I’ve been getting my hair coloured, treated, cut and styled by Charlotte for well over a year now and I could not recommend her and the salon enough. I don’t trust many people touching my blonde hair but I know I am always in safe hands and the results always come out perfect, and exactly how I picture in my head. I have struggled with the condition of my hair for years and it’s never grew past my shoulder until Charlotte worked her magic through treatments and advice, my hair is finally is fantastic condition and I’m finally seeing growth past my shoulders. I’ve been going to Vesna at Pastels at Ritz Carlton JBR since 2012 and wouldn’t consider going to anyone else! Vesna as a hair expert and wonderful person, supporting all my hair colour and style changes over the years; all the warm and welcoming staff and the ambiance of the salon makes each visit a real pleasure and always leaves me walking away with a big smile. And I especially love their hair wash stations, they’re the comfiest in the world- especially with the accompanying head massage! Truly a wonderful experience on every visit. Highly recommended:)

Amazing customer service. Hair stylist Julian did my hair cut and Kerastraight treatment. Most recommended. He did the job with full dedication, great chat amazing results. He is so professional and expert. Will give you the right advice according to the hair type. Very vigilant and perfectionist. Even before my actual appointment asked me to send my hair pic on watsapp to prepare in advance. My husband and I absolutely loved my hair do:)

I have made the mistake of using other salons. Julian and the tram at Pastels rescued my hair. I feel amazing and am so grateful for their advice and excellent colour and styling. I must mention the hair wash.by far the best part of the experience. To be able to lie flat comfortably and have all the tension massaged away is just the begining of a 5 star experience.

Excellent experience. Fell asleep during the head massage and hair wash, received a french press coffee, and laughed with Jordan as he made me presentable again after spending too much time in Saudi.
