Terrible service, they started serving someone else and completely ignoring us when we had been there first. Zero hospitality and service:

The lady who served me was really as if she's from another planet her attitude was not good what really shocked me that I paid 200 dhs for the marron glacé and I do always buy it only from patchi but it was dry and old I threw them all, how come you sell something that old.

No Need to talk about the chocolate cause it’s One of the world leading Companies of their Field.

Good chocolate, but dry attitude of the staff and person on counter, as if you are buying it for free.
The premium chocolate supposed to be sold with better service and customer attention.

Personally I don't like. Even after purchase in bulk the dont have person to help if any visit please take your delivery guy with you. Disappointed

They have a very good display and provide you aswell with a great arrangements for chocolates just in case if you want to give to someone

This was and still is the original fancy to look and eat place for chocolate. Sure I have a new place that I prefer the chocolate but still for aesthetic they are masters
