2 sales people for a huuuge store and they only conveniently go to the asian tourists. Waiting 20+ minutes for nothing is unacceptable.

Even though the store is full of customers, the clerks still handle all kinds of things with a good attitude. Especially with this beautiful lady called Khawla. Of course, other staff are also professional and nice. Well recommended this shop

Dishonest salespersons, if you are a local and ask them for a product they will try to lie to you and say it is not available or sold out because of it popularity and sell you there other products and probably they have instructions to sell it to international visitors only, I tried to send someone else to buy it and to my surprise it was available. The product is (sugar free whole pistachio bits covered by milk chocolate.

Attention to Patchi Dubai Mall Management, you are a luxury chocolate brand however you’ve hired cheap and rude staffs.

Never ever visit this store. They will never treat you with respect. Horrible staff who will treat you like nobodies.

Extremely rude staff, absolutely horrible behavior treating customers with contempt. Ridiculous behavior, I have never seen behavior like this. Yaman was the person attending us and he treated us with so much contempt saying things like we were trying stuff just for the heck of it with no intention of buying. Extremely judgemental and presumptuous staff. And the worst part is no one apologised to us even after we complained vehemently.

Yaman’s service is very good, he is handsome, and he can speak Chinese. He is really considerate to Chinese customers. Like it

Very bad staffs, this review for their management team, please train your staffs how to approach customers politely, no matter how much they purchase. Bad service is killing the good quality chocolates!

Lin is a very nice girl and the reception is very warm! Professional service! Will be very enthusiastic to tell me which kind of chocolate is delicious! Will let me taste it too. Great!

It was one of the best shopping experience in Patchi Dubai Mall, especially with the assist from Ms Zari (one of the staff in Patchi). She greeted us with a warm smile and was helpful with recommending the best chocolates for gifting. The overall customer services made the product even more luxurious. Definitely recommend people to deal with Ms Zari and wishing her all the best!

Customer service was bad, not up to the standard of selling high quality chocolate products like the brand.most staff was cold and didnt want to answer questions.either they lack knowledge of their products or look down on customers.

Felt like a royalty when I visited this shop. It took me a while to choose what to buy but the Pilipina lady with the face of an angel (she's always smiling) who assisted me was very patience and listened to what particular kind of chocolate I was looking for and kindly suggested what I should buy. The overall customer service made the products more luxurious. Incredible experience. Specially that this is my first time to visit the store. Would definitely be back here next time I visit Dubai again. When I got home my family loved all the chocolates I bought. Too bad I didn't buy enough to last for a week.

We have been dealing with Patchi from long many years but to be honest this time we meet Ms. Dania in Dubai mall brunch and she was amazing! In terms of service and welcoming us warmly as well she explain very clearly about every details of our order! We had 4 different orders and she manage to finish them fast as well exceeded our expectations from the design wise! I strongly recommend every one to deal with Dania and wish her all the best.

Patchi, in my view, is the world's ultimate chocolate experience. Delicious flavours, chunky, satisfying, and oh-so-smooth. I love the shop in Dubai Mall, which offers not only chocolate, but macaroons and beautiful merchandise, too. The shop assistants are super welcoming - loved the warm welcome from Marie Jo during our most recent visit. Highly recommended - don't leave Dubai without a visit.

Everytime i am in Dubai, i love to buy chocolates from Patchi so it has now become a must on my shopping lists in Dubai. You get to try some great flavours and choose the quantity you need, 250gms, 500gms and more. They also have great gifts packs, bar chocolates. Dubai mall outlet is my favourite although i have visited the one in Burjaman center as well.

Chocolates are very good and packing also quite good. Worth visiting. Brand becoming more popular.

Patchi is going to lose its customers at a place like Dubai mall if it has rude sales person.
The filipino staff at the counter was very decent and helping. While the other fair lady staff of another nationality whom unfortunately i approached earlier was rude and sarcastic as hell in dubai mall patchi. Felt like she was judging people and acting crazy. I had to repeat everything i said three times, while the filipino staff and other staff understood everything i told in a go. Visited this outlet today 2nd april 2022 around 9pm-10pm and i would really like to give this negative review about the lady whose name starts with letter 'N'. She behaved really rudely and disinterested in showing the chocolates and helping in selecting, she wasn't patient enough and not at all helpful.
Later i was forced to move towards the other filipino lady who was quite polite and very helpful, she understood things and instantly helped people.

I would like to commend Ms Marie for assisting us in selecting chocolates as we will bring it to the United States. She’s very kind and enthusiastic. Her knowledge about Patchi chocolates are impeccable. Good job!

Not serious, they promise the customer that they will do all what we wont, after i call them and drive all the way from Abu Dhabi they said that they will not make it. By the way, I called and sent the request at 2am, but it was rejected upon arrival

Patchi Dubai Mall, for chocolates and candies, very high level of chocolates taste, very good and delicious desserts with many choices, prefer place to buy gift for chocolates lover, with offering ready gift packages, the prices medium to high ranges.
