Patchi at Dubai Hills Mall is my favorite chocolate store. The exquisite chocolates they offer are incredibly delicious, and the inviting ambiance of the store enhances the overall experience. What makes it even more enjoyable is the friendly and helpful demeanor of the employees, adding a touch of warmth to each visit. It's a delightful destination for chocolate enthusiasts like me.

I visited today Dubai Hills mall branch.
Seller don’t know how to talk with the clients.
When I asked him to help me with a recommendation of a chocolate; he asked me a question what is my budget? Are you seriously? I don’t buy an apartments. Just a box of chocolate.
When I asked to try a chocolate he replied no I can’t and that was a joke.
Very strange joke with customers.
Very poor customer service.
Please pay attention how to talk with the clients.

I went to Patchi Dubi Hills Mall for buying chocolates. I was so stressed on that day. Donia the branch manager was amazing and dealt with me so nicely and so professionally.

Very bad experience yesterday we bought chocolate for new born baby girl occasion but the staff in shop very bad and he don’t know how to give the people a good attitude. Really it was bad experience I surprised from the sales person in the shop

It says they are open till 11pm but I turned up at 10: 54 and it’s all shut and lights off! I drove all the way here just to see them close earlier than advertised!
