Worst experience had at Patchi today. Zero experience of sales and representation by shop attendance. Not at all pleasant and received very rude welcome the staff at Wafi Mall Dubai. Purchased almost 1500grams of chocolate its good for Dustbin. Taste of chocolate suggested was not at acceptable by such good brand of Patchi. Eventhough we requested to exchange with other good choclated but refused by staff.
Due to some discreted terms and conditions.

Always been a regular customer, the attitude of the staff of this outlet was not upto the mark. They did fulfilled to all our requests but lacked smile on their face. Good Luck
