Nice Patchi Burjuman outlet. Mr Ashfaq and Ms Salma were the best in dealing with us giving the right product.

Zero Customer service skills, none of the staffs greets the customers & doesn't even smile which will automatically make you feel uncomfortable.
When asked for samples the lady had a weird facial expression & a very negative attitude as if shes giving it from her pocket.
I've been purchasing patchi since ages now & this is the worst branch I feel because of the staff.
When I entered the store the guy in the Cashier was over the phone, when we went to pay for our purchase he was still over the phone till we left.
How unprofessional. Seems they dont want to sell anything. Will never recommend this store.

I was a bit disappointed with Burjuman branch because the French biscuit I bought weren't crunchy as usual as it should be.
But they apologised and offer me replacement.

Burjuman Mall patchi store very neat & clean ambiance with very fancy chocolate and crockery, staff is very good and welcoming.

The customer service by the ladies in Patchi at BurJuman was really disappointing. They were rude and unprofessional. The other patchi outlets in Dubai are great. This one was a let down!
