I have been a customer of this branch since ever, but this is the first time I had a bad experience with their staff. We came inside and approached their staff named Amer, but he did not look at us, not even attend to us. We waited for him, thinking he might be doing something very important and when their is another customer that came in, he looked up and immediately attend to them first. I am giving 2 stars only because of the products but 0 star for their staff.

Their chocolates are lovely and my favorites are those with wafer centers. Compliments to Amer who helped me this morning with my orders. Amer was very engaging, welcoming and made my visit such a pleasant shopping experience.

I am a huge fan of Patchi and really do visit various stores often. As a little treat for Ramadaan, I visited today for some treats for iftar.

The service was extremely poor from 2 members of staff. There was no welcoming attitude and they even seemed annoyed that we were asking questions. I actually wanted to buy some of the special ramadaan collection as gifts when I travel to the UK next week.

It was extremely disappointing after several fantastic visits to Patchi in other locations.

The best option for the gift, excellent customer service, they always let you try and are very patient, chocolate os absolutely delicious

Nice place but no respect for customer request. They should think from the customer point of view, after buying an expensive chocolates they refuse to align these chocolate in properly order but instead they through in the box like garbage dump.while saying we can not do it as if you need it you align th.of you own.dated 2022 March

I like my chocolates dark and not too sweet. This is the shop to see and visit.

My favorite chocolate! I will for sure visit Patchi every year when I join the Automechanika Dubai! Filling half of my suitcase with Patchi is a must! My families and friends love the chocolate as well!

Our favourite chocolatier. We love their chocolates never failed us for many years we come here to buy for ourselves and gifts for family and friend.

Our current favourite collection is their baby gifts they’re so adorable and appropriate. My cousin loved it for her baby shower!

They good variety of chocolate, and the quality is good but nothing special about it except the price, it is very expensive and I really don't know why!

The store it self is fancy and the staff are helpful, they nice packages and many options for gifts and events.

Went there a few months ago when i visited dubai from europe and it was my first time at patchi, a person called Ayoub deceived me when i asked about a product in a very disgusting manner.

I specifically asked if there is a smaller chocolate box than the 200 dhs one, and he said “no. ”. Well guess WHAT, there is:) which i found out after i saw my friend with a smaller box.but he decided to LIE disgustingly like that, to take my money. What a rude person!

I was going to be a continuous customer, but after this experience with such a character I absolutely will not be wasting any more of my money there.
Shame on you Ayoub)! I hope you fix your deceitful behavior.:)!

As a customer if i did not ask for a smaller or lesser price it would HAVE been my FAULT, but when a customer DOES ASK & the employee lies then its is 100% deceitful and low. Im sure his behavior does not represent Patchi as a whole. But this was my experience.
