Mornings and breakfast at Paul are a delight the bread is freshly baked and love their variety and the cappuccino there is wow.

A great place for formal meetings, it’s always has been a lucky starting place for me.

We love going to Paul. We had breakfast today and Sunita had served us. As usual, food and service are great.

Today I went to Paul Bakery and Restaurant in Mirdif City Center to get my gift because today is my birthday and I got a gift from Paul's application. But when I went to the cashier the Philippino lady wearing glasses, gave me so bad service. She treated me like I was a beggar who went there to get a free cake. No smile, no greeting, and her attitude was so bad. The concept of giving a free gift on a birthday is good but treat them nicely when they come to redeem the gifts. Treats them also as a customer.

It was a good experience. The orange juice fresh was so good. The sandwiches and breakfast combo was good.we missed vegan options on that day.

In paul, there is always an issue of the service waiting time. Waiting for ordering, serving food, and paying.

A good restaurant / Cafe. Well maintained and managed. Clean. Good variety of food, good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good food quality and ingredients. Very nice dessert variety. Good selection of coffee and tea, and other beverages. Average prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Very busy. Nearby parking.

Visited on 4th November by 4: 00pm. We had the Vegetarian pasta, Chicken Poke salad, Hot chocolate and a dessert. Food was average. But the service was terrible. All we were discussing during our visit was how bad is the service. The staff were behaving as they were least interested. Needless to say first and last visit happened

A place where you can relax after a long day or energize yourself with a wonderful breakfast, PAUL has always been a go to for me since many years. The food is fresh, healthy and always made as per your taste. I do understand that they get crowded and it’s harder to wait for what you order, but the patience rewards with you an amazing staff that delivers some of the best desserts, coffee and food Keep it up guys ️

There is display price, but when u buy something and pay u find the price is up and they apologize for the displayed price! What does this means? It happened with me 3 times! So disappointed

Both quality and quantity wise going downwards. Used to be our favorite restaurant to visit in Mirdif city centre but now waste of money and time.
Have to mention that Paul at Dubai mall is though better. Don’t understand why it should be any difference.

I’m regular customer for Paul in Dubai branches unfortunately this year their service in restaurant is becoming bad in both branches Mirdif City Center and Festival city. I don’t recommend pail for big groups more than 6 because you wont have space to sit. Their food is tasty the onion soup is their signature, their dishes are healthy. Better to go in weekdays because it is to crowded in weekends.

We ordered the vanilla puff Pan cake. Oh boy it is exquisite and the service is great as always.

Worse taste and quality food ever, we tried the smoked salmon sandwich and avocado shrimp. The sandwich bread was hard as stone, and shrimp was extremely oily and taste like fried paper… will never go to this restaurant ever again…

If there is less than one star I would have given it to them.extremely slow staff.this not first time.but my mistake I never learn.today got me cappuccino instead of Spanish latte and when told them they insisted that is Spanish latte based on what's written in the bill. Avoid them one of worst coffee shops in MCC.don't waste your money here

Letter of appreciation for a brilliant waitress Anna B. I visited the MCC branch with my mother & swiftly mentioned to our waiter that my mother has a severe allergy to sesame seeds/oil. He reassured us the club sandwich has no sesame in it.
Anna B was not our waitress but she heard our waiter placing the club sandwich order for my mother & she came over to warn us that all the breads delivered to Paul are placed together & there may be a possibility of sesame seed contamination of the club sandwich as well as the complimentary bread basket.
She also mentioned that sesame oil is frequently used to marinate the chicken.
She went out of her way to give us this valuable information & I would like to commend her for her thoughtfulness & foresight. I hope all service staff can be up to her standard.

Paul was my favorite, recently became my last choice due to:

1. Food is not tasty like before.
2. Customer service is very bad, and staff not caring about the customer.
3. The application not working properly

The staff is not very friendly they are rude, I understand they are busy but that does not mean that they should become rude. Mirdif city centre

لديهم رويق وجبة الإفطار خفيفة ومشبعة جدا والاسعار متوسطة وعليه إقبال كبير والحلويات روعة وخاصة بلاك فورست ،يَوجد أطباق وسندتوتشات مختلفة

Staff is rude… we were waiting in the line and was seated by one lady but there was another gentleman (probably the manager) questioned us if we waited in the line and were seated by staff 2 times. We politely told him that we were seated by the lady. He also called the lady and re checked few times right in front of us… Think some hospitality lessons are due… not coming here anymore (though food is excellent just one rude behavior is enough to spoil the show)

Moreover, conveniently located throughout UAE at several shopping malls with exquisite seatng environment. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

Clean place.
Helpful staff.
Wide option in the menu.
No any discount card.
Befor they was axept esaad discound card, now the stopped it.
Hopefully they bring it back, or at least we get a loyalty card.
Always my first option for breakfast.

لم نجد اي خيارات جيدة مثل قبل. لا يعرفون كيفية التعامل مع الزبائن دفعنا مبلغ زائد عن فاتورة بسبب انهم لا يستطيعون ارجاع الباقي!

Paul has added some new dishes to their dire menu which is good!
Hence now it’s not just a coffee place for me now, I eat there too
Try these truffle eggs they are delicious!
A little hard to eat not for a formal meeting but fun pull and share with friends!
The açaí was pretty good too.

It's a nice place to meet and discuss things in a comfortable place. Their service as products add reliable and good.

To be honest, I hate majority of sweets I almost all restaurants, because they made from heavy custard cream or heavy cheese and loose their taste and all you feel is just that custard, which isn't tasty itself. Majority used to make sweets with that staff, because it stays longer, but completely tasteless. But thanks to Paul team today, they've made éclair with whipping cream, I've completely enjoyed every and ea h bite. All five stars for taste and for delivering on time. Even within delivery nothing happened. Finally, I've enjoyed my éclair in Dubai. Thanks a lot will always order only from them in future

The chicken sandwich was not fresh. They changed the menu kids cancelling the dessert. Disappointed.

Had great food at Paul's Mirdif last week. Was served by Madhav, who did a great job, and went to great lengths to accommodate our requests.

I had breakfast here with my friends. The food were delicious. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Opens early at 9am.

Seating is good.
Customer service not so much. We waited a lot and there was no remorse for the delay.
The food was okay, we ordered pain perdu. However, we can still smell the eggs.

My wife and I are visiting from America and we had Paul for the first time. It was amazing… Better then any cafe we went to. The food was excellent and the staff was even better. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks for a great experience Paul and staff!

Worst customer service ever by one staff member, she was so rude that while we were standing infront of her deciding on the cakes, she gave us a huge attitude as we took over a minute to choose, she threw the cake lifter inappropriately then turned her back to us, when we called her she ignored us and gave us a face! So shocking.having said that, I still gave 2 stars as her colleague Maryrose was very kind and tried her best to sort the issue. Me and my family were regular there but if we have to deal with such attitude, we will never step a foot in this branch again.

Seating was well spaced out. Accessibility was good - it was near the back entrance of the mall. Breakfast was good.

Nice Cafe and restaurant. Very good stuff and delicious meals. I strongly recommend the Beef Stroganov.

Service is terrible, waiter wearing his face mask under his chin, food served 10 minutes before the drinks. Completely unorganised.

I’m probably biased because this is my first meal out since the pandemic and I almost cried from how good it was (probably compared to my own cooking) even though it was a simple chicken and avo tartine. Their food never fails me though.

Had a very fine dinner (grilled salmon with french fries) and were served with complementary deserts. The strawberry mille feuille was amazing. Edward and his colleagues were very welcoming. Paul serves the best bread ever!

It’s great place to go with family and friends. I took my wife to treat in Paul Mirdif city Centre where staffs amazed us by great service.
Specially the lady manager and floor team are no. 1.
Lastly refreshing mojo to with tiramisu loving it.

Excellent service. Delicious food, especially their dessert menu having a lot mouth watering options. I love the chia kale drink. Great place to meet with your friends n family to hang out.

Ordered coffee and cake 20 minutes ago. Coffee arrived, but, as seems to be the usual at Paul, cake just arrived, when coffee is almost finished. Makes me wonder if this is a deliberate ploy to encourage customers to order a 2nd drink.

Paul Mirdif is serving outstanding food, staff is well trained, nice greeting and excellent customer service providing by Paul. Nice to visit again and again for delicious food

Very good for breakfast, you can't go wrong with Paul! Wide range of food. One of the places we go back to again and again. Always ticks the box!

If you are a lover of French cuisine Paul is the best place for you. Find a taste of France here! Amazing coffee options and for a good price. Coffees are between AED 17 - AED 25. The coffees come with a tiny muffin or french pastry. They have a wide variety of french pastries like macaroons, pain au chocolat, tarts and others. You can also get food dishes.

Cappuccino was ok. My wife had the mango passion fruit juice. She loved it. Other than that the strawberry eclair was dry and the carrot cake was ok.

Today i had visited the Paul bakery in Mirdiff city center. I was a bit disappointed with the service, cleanliness and staff because of the following reasons.  

1. The staff seem to be a bit impolite and aggressive.  
2. The chairs inside were very dirty filled with stains.    
I also comprehend the fact that it was a super busy day for staff and the cleanliness of chains is very critical. When it comes to cleanliness i am very picky as a food blogger and i take this seriously to inform my readers.  

We ordered the Cinnamon latte, vegetable omelets, and water. The food was decent. The bread served in the bread basket seem to be a bit hard bit still that is acceptable.  

I wont recommend anybody to visit the Paul branch in Mirdiff City center.
