The cheesecake was nice. However, their Cappuccino is a joke. It tastes so bad. Anyone with basic barista training can make better coffee. Dubai festival city branch has a much better Cappuccino

Raafat was super friendly and greeted us with very warm energy. He was also attentive and made sure all our orders came on time.

The service is very bad.and rude towards us from a Filipino lady worker whose name begins with the letter K. Please take an actin toward her as it is not acceptable to stuff treat customers like this and it is not first time and even our friends got very bad experience from her. She works in the Al Ain Mall branch in the evening. She did not take our order and ignored us and went to other customers and treated them in a different way, We did not face any problem with the other workers.

Paul has a great menu and food tastes great. However, they could improve their selection of Beverages, hot and cold both.

They do have amazing deserts perfectly delicious! But the food for that kinda price it’s just uhmm!

مقهى (كوفي فرنسي) غني عن التعريف، يقدم أنواع القهوة ويتميز بتعدد أصناف الحلى والمخبوزات، ويقدم وجبات سريعة ،، يستحق الزيارة، جربت فرعهم بمول الإمارات، مدينة دبي.

The most racist restaurant in Dubai, we are a couple from China. We were waiting in line for our meal when a white family cut in line and the waiter led them into the restaurant first. I love those lovely cakes but I think the service is bad! In the branch Dubai mall they don’t want to serve you (because of my Asian face), but here, they don’t want you into the restaurant. We suffered poor service at both of your stores in Dubai City.

Very bad experience in paul cafe mall of emirates.this staff in the front her name kim very bad service, we waited for almost an 1hour and a half i ask her how many hour more we need to wait and then she said she forgot my Gosh! What kind of service do you have, her mind is out of this world.i think this lady needs a break,

Nowdays the capacity is not big to sit inside but it's available for delivery

The food was amazing as always…. And the waiter Don was more than kind to me and my daughter… very attentive and professional…. We had an amazing lunch here…. Totally recommend it.

Delicious food. The set up is not the top class. The staff is not friendly at all and sometimes arrogant but they keep the smile on the face.

Had a great lunch earlier at paul moe, we ate cordon bleu and it was amazing. Appreciate the staff who attended us, Mr Don Y, for his friendliness and good service. Thanks again Paul MOE will definitely come back.

I have been here twice, once in June and another time in October. It was very crowded and we had ro wait for about half an hour. However, the food is delicious and it worths waiting.

Quite a lovely place to enjoy Parisian style coffee as well as their entrees are delicious. It's very popular location to dine and enjoy a good time with family and friends. The service we received at the Paul Bakery in The Mall of the Emirates is great and their staff is pleasant to deal with.

Im looking forward to coming back to this place during the off peak hours to enjoy a great cup of Honey Latte or even their Caramel Cappuccino.

I would like to thank all the personnel at the Paul cafe in the Mall of Emirates, for they great customer service and standards. But most of all I want to thank Apple M.for attending my table with friendliness, care and attention to detail.

Got a sandwich with chicken and avocado it was very tasty. We had to reserve a table after 15 minutes the hostess called me back and we had place to sit what was nice. I ordered a cola but had to send back the glass as it was still very dirty what disappointed me from a restaurant like Paul.

Paul has good food, croissants are very tasty. MOE branch is very busy so you have to keep reminding stuff now and then but they are very kind.

It should be 1 star but Gilbert was a very professional server. The coffee is not good, the pastry is not good. It made me feel sad.

As usual, great food and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
One negative point i had related to the soup, it look like it was heated by microwave i guess, or by oven but not hot enough, as i got it cold and request to heat it again.
The prices is fair.
Overall experience is good.

Nicest coffees in the town. They have elaborated menu but I am only there for a coffee. Sitting arrangement is outside also near fountain in Dubai mall.

I usually go to Paul whenever I get chance, i like everything in Paul Cafe, excellent food and excellent service from the staff.

Amazing service and highly skilled waiters. Our waiter Amoronjon was amazing as usual. The manager Ziad is always proactive and attentive. Keep it up.

I suggest one important tip for all the beautiful souls who works always hard to satisfy the customers,

When the customer is requesting modification for his order, even if you know that it’s not possible, just easily go to the chef and ask him if it’s possible because it seems so strictly speaking, Take it easy and smooth and everything will be perfect, better than looking like that you don’t want to modify the order ️

My friend and I wanted to have some refreshment at the Yas Mall and came across Paul's. The cafe looks inviting and comfortable. It sits right in the middle of the open space at the mall.
However, the Filipino waitresses were just engrossed in their own conversation to serve us. A Caucasian customer had to stand up and called out to the waitress to serve us. The Caucasian lady was really empathic to our calls. I went to her table and thanked her.
I had the Cappucino and some very tasty and beautifully decorated cakes and desserts. My friend went to the counter and got the cakes, after having a difficult time with the table waitress.
We still enjoyed the food despite the bad experience.

I visited this restaurant today. The food was excellent. Service was good for the paid food items we ordered. However, I did claim a small cake based on the app birthday voucher received (Paul Arabia) - the voucher was thoroughly scrutinized (checking, double and triple checking the app, asking for the logged phone number) by the waiter & provided the small cake with a short and grumpy Enjoy - which was disappointing. The conversation with the waiter took way longer than was supposed to when claiming the voucher, left me with the feeling that I am trying to somehow "take" something from him. Also none of the staff said Happy Birthday! When I mentioned it is my birthday.

- الشاي الإنجليزي كان ممتاز وطريقة تقديم الشاي كانت رائعه ، بإلاضافة إلى الكعك الذي معه كان جدا لذيذ.

One of my favorite food restaurants, always like to try new things in different countries.
I tried two new vegan dishes.
Avocado and Aubergine Toast with tomatoe slices
Hummus and Sweet Potatoe.

One of my favourite cafes in Dubai. Great selection in their menu. I come here every time for brunch on my off days. My favourite dish is the avo energy. Avocado is perfectly ripe and good quality as well. Their salad dressing is very good as well and pairs perfectly with the avo and boiled eggs. If you’re craving something different try the the truffle mushroom potato cake with poached eggs or the eggs Benedict with avocado.

Went in for a coffee ended up having a complete meal.
Do try their French toast and hot chocolate.
Love the bread butter and olive paste.
Almond croissants and way too delicious.

Paul will always be one of my favorite breakfast, lunch and coffee spots. I ordered their Omelet of Marseille and a cinnamon and honey cappuccino:) So far, everything I’ve tried at Paul’s is always fresh and delicious:) and I always enjoy the service and atmosphere at every Paul cafe I’ve been to:)

Had the mushroom soup. It was terrible. The soup was not blended well and looked like oats. There was no flavor. Made my stomach upset. Sent it back

My favorite breakfast restaurant ever. Paul offers a rich delicious breakfast and lunch and various types of dishes, sandwiches and deserts options. The staff are skilled, friendly and passionate about their job. Although Paul speaks about itself but still I Highly recommend it

After 8 years being a regular customer, I have to say they dropped the quality extremely.
The tart was not eatable too hard to cut by knife.
The Earl-gray tea had neither taste nor taste.
I wonder what it was but definitely it wasn’t tea.
Very disappointed and will never go back.

One of the best places to have a coffee & desserts & meal with your families and friends. Try chia pudding. It is delicious.
