It same everywhere they offer the best desserts no doubt i had several experiences in different areas cities as well countries but they offer the best i recommend you to try their desserts its delicious othe then that i will not comment on because not had the experience in all places just some but desserts i must recommend

Was not able to find this Paul after long researches by 39°C so I ended up at Bateel. They serve very good breakfast there!

Very disappointed because its not the paul restaurant but only bakery, they only sell coffee and pastries, no food other than pastries and pre-made sandwiches. So make sure you you go to a proper paul before visiting.

They ran out of many items at 2 pm! Many sandwiches, salads, onion soup, and even cheese croissant. Next time, we are heading to bateel who's next to paul.

Place opens at 8 am, I came with a kid at 9: 30 am to eat something, just to see completely empty shelves and hear at the entrance “I’m sorry we’re only serving coffee at this time”.

It was an amazing experience. 1 thing though, whenever I tried ordering something they rarely had it. Please sort this out: D

I really like Paul. But why you use only one way dishes and cutlery. Its just crazy the WASTE we produced for breakfast [4 P]. You need to think about that.

Overall nice food and sweets, I’ve tried many different dishes, but I’m really surprised that the mille-feuille is not as how should be. The cream is too thick and the puff pastry not enough. I didn’t expect that from a French bakery. Anyway, your cheesecake is really nice

Location is quite good actually and the food too. Service is a bit slow ie they have less servers compared to the tables. They are running up and down the whole time and barely get a chance to respond even when you require their service. Takes a bit of time to get the order or bill ready so don’t be in a hurry

Guys, try to use at least once some soft well baked bread. Not that rocksolid baguette. Impossible to eat. We ordered turkey and halloumi sandwiches and just sent to the bin.

I am truly in love with their every single food but tartlets with raspberry and the frozen dark chocolate cake are our favorite ones

Food is delicious and the staff is very friendly! Choice of options is also good.

Bad service. You need to wait even a bottle of water for 20 min.each time, for food 40 min. The menu is really poor and bad, just sandwiches and crepes, no eggs at all.

No kitchen so no breakfast. At 8: 15 am not even a croissant - nothing. Bare shelves. Just shut it down. Waste of prime space.

Our previous visit was not very enjoyable but since we love Paul so we decided to try again, this time is for breakfast. We know that, unlike in its home country, Paul in UAE is considered as premium brand. It was true when they just opened in Dubai. But lately the food quality doesn't justify the price and brand anymore. The bread tasted nice but hard, as if it was already kept for long, but it was only 10am in the morning. The milk in the Almond latte is too light to my tongue, and the coffee itself kind of over roasted a little bit. What still good is the professionalism and friendliness of the staffs. This review is not just about giving stars, but I hope can motivate Paul to be up in the class again.

First I thought it is like any other Paul restaurant! Went and sat outside waiting to be served. When no one showed up; went inside and asked for the menu… this is when I discovered It is just a quick coffee shop with limited options. Not sure why they call it restaurant! Save your trip there it is like a Starbucks if that’s what you are looking for.

The worker, Maya, is very, very nice, one of the factors that attracted us to the cafe

Fantastic taste in food. A little pricey but still worth the money! All staff are very friendly and helpful.

The best bakery I know. But only in Dubai.
In France Paul is not so good. I don't know, why there is a difference.
You have to go to Paul in the UAE! It is great.

Unfortunately they don’t use the glass set, just plastic, which bothers me a lot. They said that the reason for us that there is no sink, however actually there is sink…
I guess for that price they should introduce back the crockery.
Till that day I will prefer Bateel

Store opens @8AM. We were there @8: 10. The waitress said we had to wait for 15 minutes for her to complete setting the tables before which she will not take the order!
Absolutely do not appreciate it.
Food is good, multiple times they would not warm the croissants optimally. Therefore it does not survive the coffee as a great accompaniment.

I think that breakfast is a vital meal on which depends productivity of the day. And starting your day with a great cup of tea or coffee (as you wish) with scrambled eggs mixed with amazing herbs means that you on the top! And Paul caffe in JBR gives it all!

I have tried to come here a couple times and have never had a good experience. Terrible service. Don't bother coming here when there are plenty other restaurants around.

Always out of stock of something. Not due to Paul being a "victim of its own success" but rather a result of an aversion to unsold items greater than the goal of making customers happy to wide selection. Disappointing.
Definitely not the experience that one expects when visiting a Paul in Paris. Too bad because the food is good.

Good as always if you are looking for a fresh and healthy breakfast / lunch or a coffee / tea with some tasty pastries /sweets.

Thursday we been there, was the worse experience ever, cold coffee, cold croissant, we ordered the omelet the bread arrived after 20 min
The waiter got lost with our order and other guests orders
I believe that Paul Managment should understand that busy location as JBR needs more staff to run the show rather than 3 or 4 waitresses jumping here and there when the place is full

Very famous and internationally recognized names, French style in every thing, food, setting, presentation, i like the food, specially the pastries, different type of croissant, danish, cakes, coffee and tea, prices are average, normally visited to have breakfast, eggs in all kind, fresh juices,

Paul Cafe is a classic, one of the favourites but this place is a bit disappointment. Surprisingly they never have French toast

The waitress was not nice and not helpfull at all, we came here often but after today's experience won't come here again. We even moved to another place close by, I couldn't stand her additude. Go to Le Pain Quotidein, better service.

First of all the Staff attitude was not good. It feels like they are serving people for free!
second they were not if the order is available or not! So they are a bakery and it may not be available do they bake it elsewhere then just heat it! After that the food was a little bit hard and the knife was not sharp so it feels like I'm fighting with the food, even when i asked for another knife they brought a bigger one but wasn't that big difference.

Don’t come here, with so many much better places around. We came in for coffee and pastries. Coffee was ok, decent enough to drink but pretty low quality. But pastries were a DISASTER!
The apple tart had a crust so hard it’s not possible to cut without ruining the whole dessert. The other pastry had RAW dough in the middle.
We asked to change the desserts, to which the chef responded that we can only take the same kind. Needless to say same thing was wrong with the new desserts since they all came from one batch (what a surprise).
Had to pay for this disaster anyways and leave.
There service is horrible, people shouldn’t be required to paid for uncooked food!

Took forever to get service, coffee took another 10minutes, meals served 10 minutes apart. Awful experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I think that the place is permanently closed. No wonder, with bad coffee and the continuously detoriorating food quality.sad to see what happened to what used to be a good place.
