Paul is always great, consistently providing great coffee with the best bakes.

Staff are always friendly and the seating area is very nice. Parking is easily available in the mall.

Good food, good service many choice mostly you can found this restaurant in all holes in Dubai good for all gathering friends and business meeting

The kids pizza was the worst one when we ask them to change they change it and they charge the meal double 39 dirhams each. It’s not a big amount but it’s their mistake why the kid should eat something not well cooked.

To much bad staf I m not like now to much wating for odr next tiem I don't like this restorent staf

The worst Paul branch ever, if you like Paul, please don't come here it will ruin your image of the restaurant.
Sat there no one came to take the order for more than 30 mins then when finally they decided to come take the order, they had no knowledge of what is available. The stuff are below average, the service is under 0 which makes the experience terrible.
Ps: the restaurant wasn't even full to excuse the slow service, plus I ordered only a drink and a cake that still didn't come after almost an hour

The food is great. The serving is big
The atmosphere is cozy although the couch is not that comfortable.
The service is great! My friend availed the free cake for birthday promotion.

I will come back and order more steak.

Very disapointed by the bûche we bought yesterday, very dry, very little of cream and chocolat, very expensive for such quality

Been to Paul's many times so today was a big let down. Food quality has gone down. Served wilty salad omelet was rubber heated up in a microwave with cheese dumped on top think as an afterthought. Burger mushy with no flovour and. Food cold.

Nice location in the mall, staff are friendly and the food is really nice but the cakes win! They are so good, so make sure you leave space

Sheryl D served our table and she is a very talent person and super excellent. We enjoyed dining at Paul because of her amazing way to interact with the customers and explains all the menu’s ingredients including her knowledge on all the elements and allergies

خدمتهم وايد بطيئة زرتهم مرتين او ثلاث كل مرة ما عجبني تعامل الموظفين حتى الأكل و الكوفي غير عن باقي الفروع مع ان باقي الفروع انصحكم بشدة تجربونهم روعة.

Highly not recommended!
I have been using Paul Arabia app to order my lunch. One hour later, i received a call from the restaurant, saying that i will not get my food as thy don't have a driver. I was left without lunch and as well NO REFUND. The staff apologised but did not try to find any other way to deliver my food. I was even offering to pay for the taxi. Very disappointed!

Nice place, classic, good view with high ceiling (which i love it) so good for relax if no surroundings activities. Food taste good but not fantastic. Service team ok but not outstanding. Prices medium high.

The great food quality you usually expect from Paul, complemented with super nice and helpful staff. Great atmosphere and not overcrowded.

We visited Paul at Mercato mall on a Saturday morning for breakfast. The place was very busy, we found a table inside where the air-conditioning wasn't great. The waiter was very vigilant but the food was a bit slow to arrive and that is expected in a busy restaurant. We were offered bread and butter while waiting and our hot drinks were served without any delay. Breakfast was nice and hot, and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Paul for not just breakfast but at any time of the day.

Soup was served cold while bowl was hot = microwave.
Salad was not tasty and nuts in the salad were old.
Generally disappointed

Love the quinoa citrus salad that is served during lunch hours. Bakery is excellent too. All in all.its a great cafe

Five stars for the exceptional and super tasty birthday cake and for the very friendly and helpful staff!

Stuff too busy have bg fun with each other to pay attention to customer. Head waiter entertaining water rather than doing work. Recommend to come to restaurant when manager is there to get service usual for other outlets.

If ordered through Careem, the portion is small and different as in the restaurant.
Pasta in the salad was hard. Quality is poor.

Steak dish was not really cooked in professional way It looked amazing but taste not really, i felt as it was boiled meat and not on flame or grilled or even pan fried, soup was nice, service was good. Pastries are amazing, Hope they improve food quality.

One of the best coffee shops in Dubai. They serve freshly cooked dishes and freshly baked pastries, croissants. Great ambience, superb service.

Disappointment is an understatement.
My first visit after all this pandemic situation to the Paul Bakery & Restaurant at Mercato Mall. I must say, food had changed so much and I wished I could say for the better.
We ordered the Beef stroganoff and the mushroom swiss burger. Both were disappointing. It seems they have decided to use the Thousand Island dressing for both items, one as main sauce, the other as condiment.
Beef stroganoff was sweet and pink, sugar was added? Mashed potatoes were cold and without any flavor whatsoever.
The burger was cooked well done, no other option was available, which was like eating the sole of my shoes, and again, thousand Island dressing was used.
Their salad menu had completely changed. Even their most popular Nicoise salad was gone.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We will not be visiting Paul till they changed their menu to something less sugar coated.
P. S. Staff were, as always, very friendly and helpful. Hence the 2nd star.

I was there for breakfast i have never been went to any cafe for breakfast before but my 1st experience was amazing although I go for breakfast cum lunch option but my decision was good ;) turkey sandwich was too good and feels healthy with cappuccino it was great after that we had French toast with strawberry ice cream and berries it was too good highly recommended.

Worst timings ever. Counter closed 20 minutes before the time mentioned. Never ever proper timings.

Went for a quick snack & my son swore he had one of the best burgers he had ever taken in his whole life. We order a funny dish which came wt black rice & chicken but it was new a kind I had never taken and I loved it. Plus the basket of different rolls with fresh butter surely made it special.

Amazing fast service, fantastic taste! Taste like heaven! Their mushroom soup in a bread - a must try among other things, of course

Paul is an elegant resturant. It's food is well prepared. Health and tasty. They have many kinds of salads. Recommended.

This Paul is another successful branch in dubai. The outside seating is adding more to the whole ambiance of the restaurant.

Ha well not too happy with the service and the food. There much better places which offer great service and food. Definitely will not be wasting any more money on Paul.

I had the chicken avocado sandwich, I was very hungry so I'm glad that they weren't poxy with the chicken. Also the caramel latte was great!

A staple in our day to day life.remains constant. Staff do whatever they can to help. Menu and food are good. Well priced and good portions. As i said a good place to fall back on whenever left wanting for a place to eat.

Good ambience, but prices are a bit expensive and orders take a bit long, however it's worth it.

Price is high. Food is basic at best, chicken con don bleu was so dry the filling was separating tasted previously frozen.the salad had lettus stems and browning, Rule 1 always remove the stems, never include in the salad.ordered lemonade with mint, drink came room temperature no ice, asked for ice was ignored, no one finished their food.

After all these years, we still like Paul's. Alittle overpriced compared to France but at least the quality of food is still good.

Food was decent but the staff always looks miserable and the service is a bit slow. Overall an okay experience but they need some upgrades and some better training

Worse Paul branch ever. It took them forever to make a pasta and it wasnt even busy. Secondly, we order chiecken club sandwich and it was cold and whenever we asked for it to be warmed up, it took another 5 minutes and we had to ask to get it back and it wasnt warm at all.

I so much like Paul at Mercato. Staff always friendly. Food always fresh & ready to serve. Mashroom soup is so good. Traditional Onion soup is amazing.
