Paul is my ‘go to’ cafe. I have been going there for like 10-11 years and still is one of my favorite spots.
They have the best pastries and sweets. Coffee is also great.

Unfortunately, the worst burger sandwich I've ever eaten in the Festival Center branch, where the burger was very burnt, and the bread (bun) was not really fresh.

I really liked this restaurant. It is a bit overpriced compared to what you get but still it remains one of my favourite coffee shops.

Wonderful service. This branch is our favorite for the calm and elegant ambiance, the warm service and the consistently good quality of the food. The pastries especially the croissants are a must have.

For service, we would highly applaud Ehab. So attentive, efficient and welcoming with his gentle and smiling demeanor. He shows through his service his commitment to give us the best Paul’s service on all visits.

Also our compliments to the branch manager Ahmed who was very approachable and engaging and to the whole team serving, at the counter and the kitchen staff behind the scene for making each of our visits so pleasant and enjoyable.

Came here for breakfast with my partner. Paul is a great breakfast and every day eatery. The staff were very welcoming.

The fact that although technically speaking the only breakfast menu available style, the waitress and staff allowed for me to order from the main menu and that by itself is really apprciative.

The service was impeccable and food was delish as alway.

Paul Bakery is a true delight for all sweet-tooths out there! The hot chocolate is rich, smooth, and indulgent, making for the perfect warm treat on a chilly day. The marshmallow rocky cake is a showstopper, with its fluffy marshmallow top and the decadent chocolate cake base. The balance of flavors and textures is simply divine, making for a truly satisfying dessert experience. If you're in the mood for something sweet, Paul Bakery is a must-visit!

My favourite Paul's either here in UAE or Phillipines. Ehab you are a truly lovely waiter, thank you for being so attentive even though you were busy. The bread to start is truly the best and the beef stroganoff is better than most I've had in 5star restaurants. Always a joy to dine here and people watch. Thank you for being so good Paul's. X

Manager should be fired for the sake of this rest. Very unprofessional person who doesnt know the basics of hospitality and just do some drama. His name some Ali ahmad (not sure if i spell right)

I like this place, they have nice food, for every day you will found what you want to eat in this place, and you are gonna found many drinks there and its nice place to study and arrange your appointments there

Cool place to have a quick bite inside the mall. Ordered latte and tea, with Tiramisu and tart. It was delicious.

It was an amazing experience because of the exceptional service we received from Ehab. A very customer focused person with a positive attitude. He goes above and beyond. Thank you Ehab.

The french onion soup was superb and so was the chk sando.didnt get a good seat as most seats were occupied

I had a really bad experience with the cashier worker she is very rude and disrespectful I was in line I have waited for like 10 mins to order and she was taking order from someone else time: 8: 05 on 21/05/2022 very bad experience

Paul Café has delicious coffee and freshly baked pastries and breads.

My absolute favorite breakfast is the Truffle Mushroom Puff! And the Strawberry Millefeuille is the perfect sweet indulgence.

The service Paul Bakery at the Dubai Festival city mall was extremely unpleasant.we were handed our menus almost 15 mins after we sat down. Moreover after the menu was handed over, no one assisted us or took down our order! Instead the customers that were seated after us were served the bread platter immediately. Ridiculous service by the attendants even after I asked for assistance.this branch requires a crash course in customer service

Had come for lunch. Had a very good experience especially the team awarness and Ms Purnima leading them in so jovial environment. We had great service and special care from Caramel, and the food was great. Wish we could come earlier as wanted to try out the Ramadan menu. Thank you for making our experience pleasant.

We were there today for coffee and desserts. We ordered the French toast with ice cream and no doubt it was delicious. However, the waitress who served us was very unfriendly and rude somehow when we asked about the desserts because its taking a long time.
This is not the first time we experienced bad customer service from this branch. It happened a few times before. Thats why we stopped going there. Today we thought of giving this branch another chance, but the customer service still needs improvement. For your record, we were there around 6.45pm for Iftar. A lady with long hair served us.

Literally the best Paul cafe location in Dubai. Amazing food, always fresh and hot. The staff over there are very friendly and patient. The manager “Lokendra” is the best. He is very professional and nice. The food at this Paul is something else. Whenever I go to this Paul and order something, it never takes time to be served.

Paul is good but the service is slow you have to keep asking to get what you need. I came back and still the same issue in terms of service

I simply love Paul and their food.everything is amazing, no doubt and i can visit several times.

We were here to try their soup in bread bowl, but were told that the dish had only onion soup (that on enquiry contained some beef Elements too). We asked to be served with mushroom soup instead which was agreed to, though reluctantly and with soup and bread charges billed separately.
However, the soup tasted good but very soon it became thicker as bread soaked the soup.
The other item ordered was Chicken Tagliatelle- pasta with chicken and cheese. Good taste but sparse chicken in it.
Not much options except many bakery items here. So, we finished with small cake.
Warning: it’s shocking that many non beef eaters are served their soup with beef content without their knowledge

كانت محبطة تجربتي كان الطعام سيء دائما" أذهب الى مقهى بول واحب الجلسة واستمتع ولكن في هذا الفرع كانت تجربتي سيئة من حيث الطعام والموظفين والتعامل ختى انهم كذبوا علي بالفاتورة في شيئ وقبل مااطلبه اخبروني بسعر وعند دفع الفاتورة دفعت سعر مختلف وضعف وعندما سالتهن قال لي النادل انه كان غلطان

Finalllyyyy got to try macaroons! Waited for New Year’s eve so it’s extra special. Paul has always been our go to place when it comes to cakes for any types of celebrations. Our fave is the fleur de lis cake. The crisp bottom makes it a whole lot better for me compared to the pave au chocolat. Can’t forget to mention their eclairs highly recommended if you want to eat anything french

The house of freshness, Paul never disappoints its guests. The ambiance, the service, the staff, the coffee and quick bites all perfectly crafted. Highly reccommended

I waited for the waitress more than 10 minutes and within the waiting I called a waitress he said he'll come but he ignored Me, even though the resturant was not busy. Such a bad customer service. Even when I left the waitress did not even apologised. They don't deserve a star for this treatment

Lovely ambience great selections of food available including healthy food too. Staff are friendly and the service is superb.

Disappointed…the quality of food is not the same as before… starting with 2 pieces of cold bread …

Very nice French bakery but bread baguette is very bad.

The Croissant that was served was not heated and was cold as ice, the Tea that was served didn't include sugar until we asked for it. The sad part here is that the 1st waiter was a snub. The good part is that the food and the 2nd waiter was great.

Was simply amazed by this place! We had the complete breakfast with some add ons from here. The ambience plus taste of every item from Almond croissant, the bread spread, omlette with veggies, orange juice and jams were top notch. Special thanks to Binish for his great service and reccomendations. Will definitely come back!

I always liked this restaurant with the almond vanilla latte as my favourite, so good. Adhering to new social distancing rules. The menu doesn't give any idea about the food presentation and seems quite ordinary but the look and taste is quite the opposite. Always try the strawberry Charlotte cake. Average cost for a meal ~AED70/person

My paul experience is always delicious, what I order the most is juices & cakes and it's really tasty. Can't wait to my next visit

Food quality is lacking.
Service is average.
Prices are too high for the quantity and tge quality.
Ambiance is good though.

Food is amazing as usual, but the waiters aren’t.both plates served were terribly dirty on the sides due to waiters unclean hands.moreover, ice tea shaker was leaking and the waiter did nothing about it other than a very quick wipe, i had to do the rest.

They never care about the clients as me and my family almost every week we are going there and spending alot for very cheap and low quality products I'm no longer going there anymore

Service is soooooooo poor! Waitress and manager are sooo rude! I got scared from them! Food is fine! Prices also fine. But service is very poor! Paul restaurant staff doesn’t care about there customers at all! Communication between them is not good. Paul in Festival city mall it’s not very good place to go there and have good time! Because staff will make your day worse!

Good breakfast, but also a lot of options for lunch and dinner. Good service. You can also request a complimentary voucher for wifi access. All in all one of the good Paul restaurants in the city.

They serving a good delicious breakfast but their services is very slow and you have to repeat your requests many times to get it delivered. I think they have to review managing their services. They don’t have kids menu
