I have never been disappointed with the food here in any Paul restaurant including in India.

We had our breakfast at Paul ibn battuta branch. Food was amazing, Annalyn served us us, she is sweet, energetic and very professional. We are happy customers:)

Nice place, have only come here for snacks though, mini crossiants is something you can’t miss

Paul in. Ibn batuta is perfect for meetups and coffee and some work. The coffee Americano is bit bitter ask for a fresh batch. Most esp if you're into diet and just have black coffee. The cake slice in the standee infornt of my table is strawberry milles you are enticed but u cannot buy it unless u buy full cake so ended up with buying different one. Shld not be advertised as slice cake. Average cake slice 26 aed and black coffee 25 aed. Paul cafe observes the same standard across the world so they must be consistent. Enticing pastries and croissant displays and good service.

Paul indeed is a great restaurant; however, since I always try to stay away from carbohydrates, then Paul is not the best option for me to dine-in. Everything I have eaten at Paul is really good, very testy and high quality. Service is good; unfortunately in one occasion we didn't have a good experience with a waitress who was not in a good mood but we understood we all have a bad day sometimes.it is not Paul's fault. The coffee available there is really good. I highly recommend smoked eggplant avo.definitely Paul's secret weapon.

Looking for something not fast food. This will do very nicely. Service very good and food better. Coffee great. Nice balanced menu. Atmosphere, well you are in the middle of a shopping mall!

Food is very mediocre and price is way above average. Seating area is very noisy and crowded. Very small portions and greedy

Worst place to go for breakfast. No value for money. Attitude issues. Me and my son are big on breakfasts and living at jbr we usually go to excellent places around us. We usually also went to La Brioche at Mcc or ibn batata but since it was closed we tried Pauls. The omlette was thin and soggy. The cheese was everywhere. The waiter looked at us like we we shudnt be there or assumed we cudnt afford it lol! The coffee was cold. My english breakfast tea was cold before someone finally stipped by get me some milk to add since no one was available to take the order first time around. Iv done Paul before at Dubai Mall and it was pretty decent. Dunno wot happened to this branch but i ended up paying 200 on a breakfast i dint eat. I just left. Racist is the only word came to my mind.

Always a pleasure to eat at Paul's; the consistency and perfection on every plate every time are impeccable

I'm going almost every morning to the MoE branch and I can definitely say that this Ibn Battuta branch is a desaster.
The quality of services / employee is very bad - particularly Santa G!
Unfortunatly, this kind of employee destroys the restaurant reputation.

Superb blueberry banana smoothie and zaatar croissant. The prices were a little too high though.

It was my first time in Paul Ibn Barutta Mall it was afternoon time 07.12.2022 I just asked for the coffee and when I saw how the lady (looks asian) making coffee it was against all higene and hospitality steps. The portofilter was there with old coffee laying and apart from that no one cleaned (that time not even busy) that tool from the previous costumer she tryed to make for me coffee with used powder already.and it was very clear especially I used to work with coffee machines and I know how it's should be.that was really bad experience.

Paul restaurants in Dubai are superb in terms of quality, taste, and experience. We can always count on this place for a healthy and delicious meal.

Service very good.
Prices affordable.
Only the spanish iced coffee i will never order it again

Shocking lack of attention
Came here today at 3: 40 pm. Sat down at a table. A waiter greeted me, put some tissues on the table, and asked me to scan the barcode for menu. I did.
40 minutes have passed. Still no one came to my table to take my order. Everyone just assumed that I’ve already ordered, I guess.
In a restaurant that isn’t busy at all, inside a mall, on a Monday afternoon.
What’s the expression you’d use when something’s quality is worse than terrible? Pick your word. Whichever you’d pick suites this place well.

Update: it’s now 4: 45 pm. Still not a single person approached the table. Don’t worry, I’m the future I will start waving my hand at every single waiter in every single restaurant whenever I need my order taken preferably in under 65 minutes ;)

Ver bad service. It takes 50 minutes for a chocolate crepe and at the end they bring it cold with couple of slices of banana This is ridiculous. Very bad experience. Plus you have to call them to take your order no one suggests anything seems they do not care and no customer service whatsoever.

I love this restaurant because it is very elegant, food was tasty and cooked in nice ideas. I gave 4 stars because the outside sitting area is not comfortable, and staff they need more training.

This was the first time since ages that we went to Paul. We always used to go to the one in mirdif city centre, which was always good.
But Paul' s in battuta was very disappointing.

Had a steak sandwich.
-The bread was half baked,
-the flavor, well, there was no flavor at all
-Steak.almost no meat on the sandwich. I counted 8 small strips on the large piece of bread. (I left the bread, just had the steak)

I understand everything is becoming more expensive, but this just felt like cheating on your customers.

Hope your quality will improve.

Paul never disappoints.food was good. Healthy.this is a favorite dish for me chicken ginger orange sauce. However this time it was very dry and I hardly tasted the gunger.service is decent.clean

Been in Paul bakery and restaurant in many countries around the world, but the experience of today it wasn't the best at all.
The bakeries items which I had ordred it was looks not fresh with knowing that the place been busy.

المكان غير متميز كموقع. الجلسة في الردهة غير مناسب وسط المتسوقين. في الداخل فقط ثلاث أماكن للجلوس. طلبت من الجديد في القائمة سلو كوك بيف الطعم جيد ولكن ترتيب السندويش غير متناسق. حجم القطع كبير و الأفضل خبز طري. لن اطلبه مرة اخرى

It’s a nice coffee place where the staff will help you with a big smile! And if I have to give a recommendation; don’t leave without trying the Banana Mystery and the Pecan-Mille-Feuille Slice!

If I have to point out a minus point:
* There is not a lot of private seats as most of the seats are at the crossing of different ways in the mall
* One time I dined in for a lunch but unfortunately the bread/bun was so hard, the knife couldn’t get through, some red fingers because of the pressing later the staff didn’t do anything

Overall I still give this cafe a 4 star review! For lunch I wouldn’t recommend but the the cakes together with the coffees are truly amazing!

The other day I went to have dinner to Paul IBN Battuta Mall with a friend. Amazing food and professional service from Athar! He covered all our dietary requirements without any mistake and all the food was on time. For sure we will come back!

I love this place.
But I have an advice to management.
Please check menu of tea. You have lots of coffee. But coffee is everywhere, it's nothing especial in coffee anymore. Even it's not so good for health and psychic.
It's especial now to have a good tea selection. Not just green and black. Because just green tea is boring. It would be so good if you would add flavoured green tea, matcha, sencha e tc. Thank you.

Ibn batuta mall branch. The waitress who is on cashier she is rude and arrogant. I have asked menu and I know that they have scanned bar code. When I asked she gave me printed menu black and white paper A4 they used in training purposes. Anyway even the taste of food not like other branches.

HOT CHOCOLATE is not as chocolaty as the one I tasted in Al Ghurair branch. But cakes are good as always!

Mocha is not that good but the croissant is SUPERB!
AND the cashier this morning Marilyn B.was rude and not smiling at all!

It was OK and quiet. The pastries were freshly baked and tasty. One criticism would be that we couldn't order from the main menu because we were in breakfast time, although a few other restaurants are like that too. All in all, OK with pleasant staff.

The food at Paul is always exceptional and never disappointing. They have maintained their quality and consistency over the years.

Amazing coffeeshop, great coffee, delicious deserts and very tasty salad.

I got really bad service today,
Had to ask for new plates 3 times because of the bad smell, eventually they gave us two plates coming straight from washing machine, but still has a smell to them,
I ignored it, waited for my food to come,
When food arrived, Plates smelled like …. It was disgusting, I eventually had to cancel my order and told them about it, waiter didn’t like the fact that I returned my plate mind u it was there mistake serving customers with smelly stinky plates.shame experience.

Located in the Iranian court of the Ibn Batouta Mall in the middle of the walk way. Good coffee, bakery items and food. Friendly personnel reasonable prices.

Paul is always a nice place to have breakfast. The food portions are great and the taste of food is also ni e. Its also a place to chill. I usually go to Al Ghurair Paul branch, this time I tried the one in Ibn Battuta, its also a nice place but a bit in the middle of the path way for People. Privacy wise, only limited seats inside to be used for meetings. But since they have used the walkway to set up seats, there are more tables on a busy morning so you can still dine!

All of a sudden the mall was packed. Not a seat to be had anywhere.
The staff at Paul's were very helpful and asked us to wait for just a moment until a table came free.
Food was delicious (as usual) and the service was very attentive and friendly.
Fully recommended.

No need to come for late breakfast after 12pm, choose other paul that they serve breakfast menu the full day.

The Best in class French Bakery and Restaurant, which can be found in several malls and major locations in Dubai/UAE. The place for Gourmet Soups and Salads and is part of my top 10 list for Bakery products and casual dining. While the Traditional Onion Soup served in the Brown Bread Boul and the Grilled Halloumi Sandwich being my all-time favourites, I also liked the New Red Lentil Soup and the Avocado Fraicheur Salad. Good one Overall

One of best cafe in the Dubai that has best breads and croissants also very nice breakfast sets that will fill up you completely;eventhou it's bit expensive_they also have very delicious lunch and dinner menu
