Got a great deal from Groupon, they took my small dog at minimum notice and returned her all shiny and new 1 hour later. Recommended

I’ve gotten their mobile grooming services twice now for my senior dog, and both times they’ve done such an amazing job! I’ve had many bad experiences with groomers in the past 14 years, but Paw Parking’s groomers are the very professional and their mobile grooming service is very convenient at a very good price. Would recommend them to everyone!

They spend so much Time playing with my Frenchie ISOTTA and all the other Dogs!
When she come home she is always super Tired!

I can't think of anything I regret more than taking my cat here for grooming. I initially urged them not to clip all of his hair,  but after they persuaded me,  I agreed,  but I specifically asked them not to remove the hair on his tummy. And the catastrophe came when I returned home and discovered that they had completely trimmed his body,  leaving him with major mouth problems and an eye injury that I need to take him to the veterinarian for treatment. I've never had a worse service than this.

I brought in my cat today and let me just say this that the service I got was amazing from the staff how super friendly they are to how they took care of my cat. I can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend them they are truly amazing on what they do️

My furry buddy Vockou had a pleasant and amazing grooming today from the caring hands of 2 amazing staffs, Arthur and Deni.
I highly recommend them because they have patience and compassion in bathing and grooming my Vockou.

The staff is amazing, so loving and caring you are really at peace that your pet is well taken care of. They send pictures to reassure you as well.

I have been using their service for a few years now and I would most likely use it in the future as well.

I did however face a small issue, after I went to collect my dogs from the facility, one of my dogs has some minor problem performing her business (traces of small amounts of blood in the stool). I then contact the facility to ask if anything unusual happened, they mentioned nothin and said they will check and call me back, which they did not. This did upset me. Anyhow, good news both my doggos are healthy and fit, so I can safely assume that nothing happened at the facility and this is was just a one off.

Overall I absolutely adore the facility, staff and the owner. Joyful and Proactive.

Amazing place, great prices, very friendly staff. You have services from grooming, daycare and overnight boarding. My hound looks amazing after her groom session. Will definitely come back

We brought our rescue fur baby for a trial day care session a few years ago and she absolutely loved it. We trust the paw parking team with both our dogs for daycare and boarding. All the staff are animal lovers and this is reflected in the happiness of the animals in their care.

I loveee the staff here. They love their job and the furr babies that it shows in their work. They have been taking care of my wolfy who is a handful but they have been so patient and loving towards him. All the staff is soo friendly and supportive that you wud definitely feel comfortable leaving ur fur baby with them. I Highly recommend this place.

Took advantage of the ENTERTAINER for grooming in Nov2020. Very pleasant friendly staffs. Specifically told them not to trim too short as he has double coats. Back in Europe, my Westie was hand stripped only. Since no one has the knowledge of hand stripping in Dubai, I decided to try out trimming. The receptionist assured me that they have done it before with dogs like mine.
Left my dog for 3 hours. Running late and close to closing time at pick up. I couldn’t recognise my baby! He was shaved to bare skin, a hole across his nose, sticky hairspray inside both ears and eyes, he was tearing & itching for the entire week after. The product used on him was too strong, heavily scented. The groomer had left. Only the apologetic receptionist heard my displeasure. Damage was done and nothing can be undone. Best to write my experience here. The worst grooming ever! No knowledge on different breeds of dogs. Never again.

It was my puppers first time experience in grooming and I was really anxious about how it would go about. The staff was really understanding and assured me not to worry. He was calm and squeaky clean after. Clean puppy is happy puppy

Disappointed. I bring my cat for grooming and washing and I end up with cat bleeding paws as they hurt nerves and lips somehow.

Overall- very good experience. Guys took booking for same day and agreed to keep our dogs few hours prior the booking time. They kept in touch with us thought all the time our dogs were with them.
We requested for basic haircut and it was fulfilled. Even, prior the cut, groomer contacted us to confirm few details.
Unlike some pet boarding places- Paw Parking smelled pleasant.

They Give my dogs to someone else that simple.they dont know the person they dont have contact number. So simply you can walk in here and ask for a dog and they will give you what ever available.

Friendly, Approachable and very Helpful staff, Took my lovable cat for her grooming. Absolutely fantastic job! Highly Recommended.

I’ve been there 2 times. First time it was ok, only few finishing touches had to be revised, but the second time (today) it was terrible. First of all in the end the cat looks like half way groomed and only after another 30 mins it was fine. When we reached home we’ ve notice that the cat has a wound on one of her front legs and some long hair around her butt. This is really not ok and for sure I will not go there any more.

Job was done.
We asked something a bit complicated for haircut, didn't really manage.

The staff is good, however the grooming service was very bad. I am disappointed with the service and do not recommend them for grooming service.

Extremely unhappy with the haircut. My dog went to them with normal eyes, came back with a wound in her eye. Had to rush her to the doctor and it took 2 weeks to cure. Never taking her back to this place. Even their before and after pictures are deceptive, in a pic of my dog, they water sprayed her hair and pulled it over her eyes, making her appearance shabby, which was clearly not the way i'd brought her.

In response to your reply.please check with your groomer, she knows very well all about this incident. Infact she had even agreed in our WhatsApp communication that the eye wound was probably due to shampoo not being rinsed off properly. This happened around a year ago, i wrote a late review. My dogs name is Kulfi. You'll will have a picture of her in your records. I never write rewiews but this time I had to.
