Worst Place…

I took my Shih Tzu for grooming and clearly instructed them on how I wanted the haircut. However, upon returning to pick up my dog, I was surprised to see that they had almost shaved him, especially during winter. Despite expressing my preference for longer hair, they claimed the boss instructed them otherwise, showing random pictures as examples. The so-called boss didn't have the decency to reply to my messages on WhatsApp. I strongly advise against this place due to their unprofessionalism, particularly the boss.

The service was very good, and the boss was also enthusiastic. I like this pet grooming shop very much.

This clinic is awesome for pets they took care of our cat and showered him properly and cleaned his ears perfectly this is a good clinic overall

I don’t even want to give 1 star this is how bad quality of service they have given. Im not happy about ur service nor that time management coz when i came there was already a client after seeing his cat screaming my cat was sacred for any services. I had to hold and n told ur groomer to be gentle. Paw growing was not done properly still i paid 50 aed as per our conversation. I dont know why ppl have left gud review im not happy with ur service.
Manager give me time at same time he have taken other client i waited from 8: 20 pm till 10: 30 pm which was horrible during this time my cat was under depression coz the guy who brought his white male cat was traumatized by groomer n was not willing to let him touch. Cat Owner was holding and done half of the job. In front of me he give shower trim n blow dry to his own cat. What was point to take money from him i have no idea. Shop owner said i was watching from cctv camera and still wanted cat owner to pay full amount. I took my cat she was scared and didn’t want to cut her nails nor the groomer trim her paws properly. I so want to complain about them to municipality. So unprofessional so unethical. Very very bad management. I took my cat to many grooming shops while she was pregnant never she was treated this way. I wish i had taken pictures or videos to post as proof.

The guys are great. Henry did an exceptional job, both with my cat and my dog. He knows what he’s doing for sure. Will be visiting again! Here’s a picture depicting how happy Toby was post grooming?
