I have a 3month old cocker spaniel pup and got a chance to train my dog with Robin(trainer) assistance.
He has this magical way of settling your puppy. I was so impressed with the way he dealt it and my puppy turned out to be so cooperative. He set a plan and kennel for my puppy and i have had wonderful days from then. I strongly recommend to try Robin atleast once. Its worth it.

I am extremely satisfied with both the boarding and training my dog received at your facility. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and showed genuine care for my furry friend. The progress made during the training session is remarkable, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Trusting someone with a piece of your heart is difficult, but trusting someone with three pieces of your heart is impossible. Entrusting Paws and Whiskers pet nursery with my three fur babies was the best thing I could do while I was away. Lekshmi and Reylan cared for them like their own. They were very proactive with their updates and were always available when I needed reassurance! Would definitely trust Lekshmi and Reylan with our cats!

We get our lil pup groomed here and every time they never fail to exceed our expectations. Even their day care is a really good service as they update us everyday with videos of our puppy, we had Mr. Robin come to train our little puppy and with just one class our puppy was able to trust him and learn new tricks and manners even though we need to keep practicing.

We had our 7 month old puppy brownie undergo the 21 days training package programme. We are extremely happy with the obedience training provided by trainer Sajeesh. Genuine care and interest for our puppy, with regular communication and feedback over the 21 days made us less apprehensive being away from her. Sajeesh gave us plenty of tips to carry forward her training at home. She will definitely be a frequent visitor to Paws and Whiskers. Thanks again to Sajeesh and all of the team there.

I adopted a lab hound mix named Alexa, unfortunately she suffer from some trauma, but Paw & Whiskers team was the first to make her feel comfortable at socializing with other dogs. Her trainer Sajeesh always sends updates whenever she’s in daycare that helps me being comfortable leaving her. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in her behavior since I brought her here.:)

Brownie enjoys coming to Paws and Whisker from his first visit and it’s being 3+ yrs he loves coming here but grooming he only likes from Mr. Robin. Robin really takes care pet very well. We are very thankful for his kind nature and cooperative behavior.

Not professional at all. I booked the appointment 2 days in prior. When I reached the location, all tables were full with other pets being groomed.
I don’t expect this kind of service after making a prior booking.
My cat looks like he was trimmed at home, all his hair are shaved in patches. It isn’t smooth and looks so shabby. Very upset with the service.
Do not recommend this place.

One of the worse pet care and Grooming in the city, first of all they did not trim my dog probably and worse than than they are so careless that they have dropped my dog from the table in front of me that made me so angry and disappointed, after arguing with the guy his reply is just sorry.

My suggestion is that never try this place as my second and last experience here was very very bad with unprofessional staff.

Imagine how they are gonna treat your loved pet while they are so careless at your presence.

It was and is my worst worst experience here in Dubai.

The guy who dropped my dog was so lucky that I did not punch him in the face.

I was looking for information about dog bording and they didn’t responded at time, I gave them the vaccine information and they insisted that I need to pay again for kennel cough and my pet has already the vaccine. The information is not clear at all. Bad service costumer

Very bad first time experience, we took our kitten for grooming but they didn’t do it well at all. We have to tell them twice to clean the butts, ears were not cleaned, nails were not cut too. NEVER RECOMMEND anyone

The groomers are very gentle, extremely patient and always done a fantastic job! I have been taking my 4 dogs here for 4 years and I have always received high quality service. The worst grooming place I've ever been to, I regret going there.they shaved my cat very badly badly with patches everywhere, they were being too rough and my cat is scarred.

One of the best place for grooming. It’s always available, no need to wait days for appointment. They have pretty big team of professional staff. My cat’s grooming takes around 1 hr and they deliver a great result. Recommend!

Our first time to be here earlier. Kudos to all staff. They did a great job in grooming my cat. Receptionists are both good, too. Place is clean and busy. Busy because they have a lot of customers. Well, any business with a lot of customers means a positive thing, right? !:) Thank you very much to Mr. Kim and his teammate who groomed my beautiful cat.

This the second time I have availed the grooming services of Paws and Whiskers- in those two occasions my cats looked so fresh and ‘new’. Unlike my previous experience, my cats seem not ‘stressed’ after grooming- a clear indication that proper handling was done!

Good place to board pets and groom them. The trainer robin is marvellous. Staff is so friendly and animal lover.

I took my cats for grooming, I explained to her that the handle of the carrier is broken, so please to carry it from the bottom. When I went to pick them up, a guy runs down the stairs holding carrier from the handle, of course it broke and the whole carrier fell and rolled down all the way down. Is this is how you take care of animals, you shouldn’t be opened!

I took 2 of my cats yesterday at 9 AM for grooming & told me they'll call once they're done. I am glad I stayed to watch while they were grooming my cats because they're so rough! I had to barge in twice to tell them to be gentle because my cat is a senior! The assistant of the one who shaved my cat restrained him with so much force! My senior cat is petite and hasn't got much strength. First, it was a Filipino guy who handled my cat after 5-10 minutes, he argued with one of the groomers because they forgot that another cat needed to check out by 10 AM. They were screaming and ended up having a heated argument. That Filipino guy walked out and handed my cat to another groomer saying "we all go home. "
They don't clean the tools before using them to avoid fungal infection. They groom all the pets in 1 place, like a cattle market. The place is 100% stressful for the animals because large dogs are barking loudly so the small ones and the cats are terrified! One more thing, remember I said there was another cat that needed to check out at 10 AM? They flipped and slammed the cat on the table because they were rushing! Yes, you heard it right FLIPPED AND SLAMMED I've seen it with my eyes. My husband said if they do that to our cats, God forgive us! We will make a scene! My senior cat has been acting weird I hope there's no injury & fungal infection from yesterday otherwise I will report to consumer rights & DED. Let's see in the coming days.
So there's my honest review if you don't believe me go and see it for yourself. We are sorry for those pets whose owners are not there to watch while their pets are groomed! NEVER LEAVE YOUR PETS STAY & WATCH.

Just had the best experience here yesterday when I had taken my pet for full Grooming. This is my first time here and I know for sure I will stay with this place from now on. Keerti was very attentive and an absolute expert.
The staff is very friendly and the quality of service is very good. I would highly recommend Paws and whisker's to anyone! Keep up the good work

Mr. Keerti at Paws and Whiskers understands the requirements of the client as well as he has the talent and skill of understanding the pets too. We have a Turkish Angora cat and have been using Paws and Whiskers from past couple of years. Friendly staff and reasonable prices compare to calling for home service for pets grooming. Turkish Angora cats are docile until they hear the sound of hair dryer, patience and expertise is required to get this breed proper drying. Teeth cleaning of pets costs little when compared to taking the pets to the dentist. Overall, we have been satisfied customers, which is reflected in me giving 5 stars (price, service, and satisfaction).

I have tried their grooming services for my cat couple of times. Its always a good experience.

My dogs preferred grooming place.knows how to handle dogs be it from grooming or boarding.dodging them a star as one time my dog had diarrhea after boarding a couple of days.but never happened again thereafter.

Got my 3 months old Golden Retriever for his first grooming session and our goldie came out very happy.would definitely recommend

When we first fostered & then adopted our rescue doggy he was a little wild. Robin is outstanding at training both the dogs & the humans! Robin really changed our lives with the training both at home & on-site.

Our doggy also goes to the daycare at Paws & Whiskers & he loves it. Every morning he is so excited to get there. The team are always so enthusiastic & welcoming, with lots of playtime during the day.

We have also used the boarding facilities at Paws & Whiskers which are again excellent (they even bathed him before he came home)

I truly feel that Robin & the team at Paws & Whiskers really care about the animals & I am so thankful we have them.

Robin was a great help in training my 2 month old beagle puppy. Our experience was great with his specially designed time table for puppies.

Been there today, they have an exteemely bad service and attitude, they keep the cats for long hours next to huge dogs, and when i question it their response is that this is a cheap place go and find an expensive place if you wish a better service! Because you are cheap you have no right to torture and mistreat people's animals! Being cheap does not give you right to torture!

I had the the shock of my life after using their service a few times to find that after a normal grooming session recently my pooch was left unable to walk and limping. I called them to ask what happened during his grooming, I was told the dog is old and this happens. I had no time to argue and instead rushed him to the vet for an assessment and on only a visual inspection of his paw the vet noted a lesion in the paw pad and advised this could be the cause and gave him an antibiotic cream and injection to treat it. 5 days on, he is still limping and falling over and I had to take him back for an x-ray to find that he has a torn ligament. To add to this ordeal, I remember reporting the mistreatment of a cat the same day as they tried to get it out of its carrier but the cat obviously terrified would not come out so the groomer lifted the carrier in the air and shook vigorously to make the cat fall out. I was shocked and reported this to the lady at reception and she said she will look into it. Co incidental? I do not think so.

Took my cat for her first full grooming, and the groomer did an excellent job. Her coat was neatly groomed and she smells like bubble gum. I definitely recommend this place.

Do not send your animals here for any reason. The people working with the animals do not even appear to like animals, let alone treat them with the kindness they deserve. Concerning things I have seen include:

-Dirty boarding conditions
-Lack of knowledge of animals in care. When asked about health of the dog, they didn't mention a serious lack of appetite or diarrhea.
-Unnecessary and unprovoked roughness in the handling of a dog resulting in the dog's fear of the handler
-Poor grooming including dirty paws, toenail hanging off causing the dog pain and a limp when walking
-Unfriendly staff. A staff member refused to take the dog into boarding when requested.

When I shared my concerns with the staff, the response was to point fingers and act confused rather than working to address the issues and correct the problems I identified.

There are plenty of great grooming, boarding, and daycare facilities around. Unfortunately, Paws and Whiskers is not one of them.

Clean n tidy place with very reasonable prize. Happy with them n would definitely go again. Thank you

They said it qould take 2hours to groom my cat but i wouldn't leave her unattended so they did it in 30 minutes

Its my 4th time comming in this shop.they always did a great job for my dog.
As always i keep recommending them to my friends and relatives.very nice, clean and very big facilities.

They don't do a great job. I left two cats for over two hours and then had to wait for another 30 minutes because the groomers had to redo their shoddy job.

Also, maybe I shouldn't have been watching, but they don't treat the animals very well when grooming them. They grabbed my cat by the neck and practically slammed her on to the table.

Not recommended at all.

Unfortunately very dirty I went to groom my cat and in the service room were maybe 4 more dogs doing grooming on the same time, she was traumatised, I took my cat back and went to different place.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! This place is like a factory. THEY TAKE NO EFFORT IN UNDERSTABDING CLIENT NEEDS. I took my cat for grooming today and even after explicitly explaining that I want to keep long hair for my cat only trim, THEY SHAVED MY CAT. In fact they did not even do the blow-dry properly. The moment I carried my cat all small hair stuck to my clothes. I called and complained, the receptionist advised to visit again and the staff will clean again. When I took my cat over there the guy who groomed told that I have cleaned already and did not even take the effort to open the carrier and check. They did not even apologize for shaving my cat. THESE GRROMERS ARE VERY ARROGANT. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE BASIC COURTSEY TO HUMANS. I M SCARED HOW THEY MUST BE BEHAVING WITH PETS. Never going again. CANNOT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR FOR THEIR SERVICE WILL GIVE A NEGATIVE 2. The attendat even forgot to inform us after grooming was completed. My cat was totally traumatized.

I bring my dog Bruno yesterday for grooming, I am very happy the way they treated my lovely Bruno, all the staffs are professionals and friendly. The place is spacious and clean, 100% recommended and no doubt to use them again in the future. You should try them and see the good services that they are offering.

After visiting this place for grooming, both of my cats got an infection or whatever, which led to diarrhea; they never had such problems before. All cats and dogs together, and as practice showed very dirty and unsanitary conditions.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE FOR PET GROOMING!
Today is the last time I use this place for grooming! I'm standing In front of the grooming room. Staff don't clean the tools after each pet, even when I explicitly asked for the groomer to clean everything to avoid fungus infections, the staff use excessive force when dealing with the pets. Been gentle is not in the order

Please refrain to use this place IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE Me try and stay to see how animals are been treated here!

All the animals looked distressed when we dropped off our kitty for grooming.

We spoke to the groomer and explained what we needed for our little sugar.he just quickly nodded and walked away.

2 hours later we come Back, our kitty is wet, nails are hanging off and haven't been cut right.

When we mentioned it, they said "ah we will dry now" then he pulls Out an industrial blower than can knock the socks off anyone. The noise it made was too loud for a human let alone a tiny cat.

Other than that, He doesn't look Any different than when we dropped him, He is fine, but we were left wondering what did we leave him for 2 hours for?

I would like to mention that All the other pets were still barking, meowing and on edge.

And to top it off when I said I found them On Groupon, they said "no worries just pay here"

We are very unhappy with this service and I don't think this place is fit enough to leave your pets there. They really don't care.

We had the most shocking experience with our Maltese when we took him for full grooming, he came back full shaved and uneven cut and looked like it was done in a hurry.i don’t recommend for anyone to buy Groupon voucher as it seem that they are doing a favor, though we pay Groupon.

If you are looking for an affordable place for grooming of your pets, they are really worth it. Brought my pomeranian for full grooming and was really happy with the result. I paid 3x more in other grooming facility and they offer the same result. Highly recommended.

I was extremely disappointed last time when I board my dog. They sent back his bed all wet plus his food and water bowls are missing and his shampoo. I sent multiple messages but got no reply. Wow, just wow. Extremely unprofessional.

Our Cat Zoe stayed at the paws and Whiskers pets nursery before being relocated to India. She was taken care off well.

Left my English bulldog couple times for holidays stay and he is been always well treated. Hope the service and attention remain in good quality.

We almost lost our dog because of this place! He got a bacterial infection after getting a grooming the vet confirmed that he got the infection due to lack of hygiene!

I love this place. So pet friendly. My puppy went for one day. He was so well taken care of. Smelled so fresh and clean. Thanks to Robin. You are awesome brother. Will come back soon.
