Everything is good, but the person who do the grooming must know more about the kittens, how to cut and catch. They don’t feel comfortable, he have to communicate to make him feel better and comfortable during the grooming

Best place to buy mealworms and superworms, a bit expensive but of good quality and chemical free. They also have many kinds of cute small pets, well kept and healthy.

I found a dead bird inside the cadge it was looking very sick. I told the staff they just removed it and wrapped it up in a paper without explaining or apologising for the incident. It was definitely your shop and we never called on the phone.

Orderd on line and it was a fast delivery and the grooming is the best as my cat loves his monthly spa here, excellent staff!

Called last week to book an appointment, the call was very poor the lady literally took 5 minutes to find me an appointment for my pet. She sounded confused and lost, didn’t note my request that I need an appointment in the evening at 6 or 7pm because of work, she gave me options at 12 pm and 3 pm! Horrible, hanged up the phone and called the pet shop in mirdif aswaaq which is much better, booked me in seconds and they are very friendly!

The actual shop is cool but the service is horrible when I came in with my dad we were treated nicely but when I entered the store alone the employees were mean and I was asked to wait for a employee to even approach me I waited over 10 minutes when the store was clearly empty when I asked the grooming guy if he could open the hamster cage as I wanted to buy a female Syrian hamster he approached me then said ask one of the other employees which was rude because he was also free and was just sitting at his grooming space I then took his advice and asked one of the other employees but every one of the told me to wait I also listened to them and waited when finally a lady with a short bob haircut came up to me with a annoyed look and said yes! I said I would like to purchase a female Syrian she then suddenly left I was confused so I follow her and said exuse me she then replied with a very annoyed voice she said Wait I’m getting a box can’t you see then she came towards the hamster cage and asked which one I wanted I picked one and asked if it was a female she said yes without checking the hamster I wanted was in it’s house when she started aggressively shacking the house waiting for it to jump out when it finally did she took the box to the counter and told me the total and I left in a couple days I come to find out that the hamster I bought is a male and I went back and said I want to return the hamster because it was aggressive which it was and I said it’s a male then the same lady said no it’s a female I shrugged it off and said I still want to return it the lady said it was the last time I return a hamster because it was not allowed which I agreed with then she said pick u hamster I did and she said pick it up but I clearly couldn’t because it was going to the back of the cage so I couldn’t reach she had the most annoyed face I’ve ever seen she picked the hamster up and then but I. The the box and I left overall the service is horrible and so are the employees I would never buy from this store because of the way you treat your costumers I do not recommend to shop there I believe there is another pet shop in uptown which sounds better that this horrible disgusting service

First time to have our Persian cat groomed there and we are so happy. They do a great job and we believe that they are very gentle with the animals as well as our cat was very relaxed and not stressed out at all when he was finished. Good haircut and super soft fur. Better experience than in some other places.

The best place to groom your sweethearts cats or dogs. Denies & his colleague was very nice & sweet with my daughters the store was extremely clean & decent, smells very nice.was really confused before I go but since I step inside the store I felt so comfy & it's like my home & when they started to groom my cats they way how they care I was like inside me: I'm lucky I'm lucky I found those ppl after suffering with other groomers & the prices are really good.good luck best store

I am so glad to have found a shop in Dubai that actually cares about you and your pet, and isn’t just in it to make as much money from the customer as they can. Have shopped at all of their branches for various things for my little sausage dog and will be returning many times in the future!

I took my pomeranian to Paws & Claws for grooming. They are so professional and patient. My dog looked amazing after the grooming. I will for sure only take my dog to Paws & Claws for grooming. Thank you for your excellent service.

Bought some fish today for the first time from them, Ruben and Jaja been amazing and very helpful in additional to being HAPPY. If there is one reason why I will be back here, it would be because of the amazing staff and offcourse the shop itself.

Good place to wash your pets but shampoo products for animals are not much (like for fur hair loss), not much animal variety and whenever I book an appointment they don't register it.

Highly recommended, i tried many places but Paws & Claes is the best for my pet. My dog loves to get groomed here, the groomers are gentle and animal friendly, they genuinely love animals and working with them. Sales staff are professional and polite.

The staff are very very rude. They were very rough on my cat even though he wasn’t aggressive at all; on the contrary, he was very scared. I’m never taking my cat there again.

Not at all recommended. Please don't take your pet here. The person was extremely rough with our cat when we took him for a simple grooming. I don't think he was even a trained person. Traumatic experience.

I've been a customer since the first day and the service still perfect as it was and the price is very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and never had any issues with my 9 cats. Thank you P&C and you will never lose me as a customer.

My feedback is based on the Sustainale city branch. The service and attitude of the groomer was horrendous. I called to book an appointment and when I arrived with my cat he seemed bothered by my arrival, as he was watching some tv series on his phone. He rudely asked if I have an appointment, and when I confirmed he seemed even more angry. He handled my cat with the least care and consideration I have ever seen a pet store employee do so, which was already an alarm bell. Then he cut 2 of her nails and because she hissed, as she was scared, he threw everything on the grooming table and snapped that he can't groom her so I should take her away.
I froze in shock! I have 4 long hair cats that need grooming every 2 months, so he has just lost the branch 6000 Aed revenue/ year, and that is just one customer.
I strongly recommend you do not take any of your pets there as they may be hurt or traumatized.
I visited the store on the 5th of September, at 11 am.
I am rating 1 star because I can't give them less. Disgusting service and a horrible person that does not belong working with animals

Geniue animal loving staff. I have been in dubai for 15 years in which 14 yrs i hv been a pet owner. I was so happy to have found a place which I can trust for the wellbeing of my cats. From a 1 cat household to now 9. All my long hair kids with different temperment and medical conditions, the staff always follow my specific requirements when i brought them in for grooming. From the 1st time i would stand supervise through to make surr my cats are taken care of, to now i would just leave and come back and pick up my kids when it is done. They always look clean and happy. I am so glad with the service. It is like you have found the best nanny you have ever wished for. Keep up the good work.
