Terrible Experience, Filthy Environment, and My Cat Got Ringworm
I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Paws and Claws pet groomer. The moment I walked in, I was hit by a nauseating smell that seemed to come from the filthy conditions of the place. The floors were sticky, and there was dirt and pet hair all over. It was evident that cleanliness is not a priority here.
To make matters worse, after getting my cat groomed at Paws and Claws, I noticed that my poor feline friend ended up with a severe case of ringworm. I trusted them to take care of my pet's hygiene, but instead, they exposed my cat to an unsanitary environment that resulted in a contagious and uncomfortable condition.
I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with Paws and Claws. Not only did they fail to provide a clean and safe environment, but their negligence also led to my pet's health being compromised. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and prioritize the well-being of their beloved pets.
Very bad service the staff not friendly with pets and he’s not professional . He does his work with anger because dogs and cats moving around I will never ever take my pets there
My favorite place to take my cat for grooming.their staff take good care of your pets and it shows that they’re actually animal lovers. The location is very quite and convenient for people who live around this area
Grooming was done well but the employees were not careful nor considerate towards the animals. Showed no empathy toward the animals, especially when cutting the hair of my Persian cat.
I took my cat for a simple washing and he was returned to me all scratched and bruised! Even though I WARNED the staff to be gentle with him! PHOTOS ARE ATTACHED FOR PROOF. I took those photos the SAME night I came back home with my cat from the groomers. He is a hairless Sphynx. So the marks are easily visible on his bare skin. If a cat had hair then the owner would be clueless on this abuse, as the hair would cover up those marks. No wonder my cat always comes home tired and instantly falls asleep. Poor thing has been through hell and back!
