I chose the store through Instashop because the app showed 18 minutes for delivery. After waiting 45 minutes, I called the store and they said the driver casually asked for 15 more minutes. The lady on the phone seemed quite comfortable to cancel the order and was not one bit apologetic about the delay. Terrible service. Will never order from them again.
This is where you can absolutely get what you want and the best place to go to pamper your pets! Services are AMAZING. Big 5 thumbs up! If they have 10star i will give 10
Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We used to take my dog for nail trim to that branch regularly until one day we have received the WhatsApp message that I can’t make any more appointments since my dog was trying to bite the groomer and we are blacklisted. My dog in fact is a bit anxious when it comes to nail cut hence I always stay inside with groomer and him biting was never the case. What is more the place cannot even offer the proper muzzle in order to prevent possibility of such situation as all of them are broken. If you have a big breed bare in mind they ware not feeling comfortable with them.
We have been sending our dog here since they opened, and they are always really good. They pick up and drop off our dog and always been happy with the grooming, and delivery of anything we need.
I just took my 2 cats to basic grooming in paws and pets when I came back to my place I checked my cats ears I was dirty and my cats was snitching so I cleaned by my self and I sent the picture in wats their answer was only “let me double check with the groomer “ I m not waiting for you to double check I m just charging my bad experience with you to let people knows We are paying money to make our pets happy not for hurting them I m not happy with your service and it’s not professional Unfortunately I will not come again
Went in for a grooming service for my cat, they could not controls it (its a one year old kitten) were closed to any kind of suggestion. All they wanted was to refer us to a vet and as per them "only a vet can control the cat". Even when we mentioned that we will get the cat sedated by a vet, they still insisted that we take it somewhere else. The issue that we faced is not about whether they can manage the cat or not, but their attitude in addressing the situation and clearly not willing to listen.
