I highly recommend using Pawsome Pets UAE for when you want to relocate with your cat or dog. They did my import permit for my dog when I relocated to Dubai. The paperwork is hectic and all the vet checks and vaccinations that are needed. You do not want to take a chance and fly over with your pet only for your pet to be denied entry into the country. Jade from Pawsome Pets dealt with my dog Max and liaised between all parties and Emirates to make sure what was needed and that all paperwork was correct before Max flew. He breezed through when he landed because everything was perfect. Carlo was the pet Chauffeur from Pawsome Pets who dropped Max off at my apartment in Dubai. Pawsome Pets has been assisting us at the Kabul Small Animal Rescue in Afghanistan to transport adopted cats and dogs from Afghanistan to the US, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East for the past year and we couldn't recommend their services more highly. Every aspect of the process has been impeccably professional. Their staff have coordinated complex plans with our team in Kabul and have been true miracle workers when it comes to handling the often sudden shifts of plans beyond our control here. The dozens of cats and dogs they have transported for us have been treated like royalty, showered with affection and attention. We wouldn't change a thing!

I remember stressing out because most agents wanted me to find my own export agent in the Philippines and wanted me to connect them with the import agent in Dubai. All the condos are modern and clean and spacious enough for a cat to move around. Good food and grooming options are available. This was our first experience of boarding our cat. Kirsty and her team were extremely helpful in getting our cockapoo puppy who was under the care of my sister in Toronto to Dubai. Even with delays in his rabies vaccine titre test results that came in late from the United States that pushed us very close to our cut off date for bringing Max to Dubai, Kirsty and her team really ensured everything was done in a matter of 3 or 4 days to ensure Max comes on the soonest available flight which as we understand could otherwise be weeks after the puppy is ready to travel post his documents being ready. Super impressed!

The best people to deal with if ever thinking of pet relocation, their genuine love for the animals is so obvious. French bulldogs travel restrictions are insane so I was so worried but they made it look effortless whilst ensuring everything was ready without me having to do a thing. Hi friends and pet lovers! Just wanted to say how smooth and professional and stressless the arrival of our dog from HK to Dubai has been thanks to Pawsome pets! We were separated with our dog for 5,5 months but since he was picked up from the airport by Pawsomes it seem they made him calm down and prepare to meet us somehow and everything went incredibly well. We enjoyed chatting with Dean when he dropped our dog to ours and he shared the situation with dogs and cats here in Dubai in detail – sad story but thanks to people like Pawsome Pets there's a hope in education future pet owners and it seems Dubai can become a truly great place for pets and families with pets. Pawsome Pets delivered an excellent service from beginning to end helping us to fly our 2 Frenchie’s back to the UK. They were recommended to us by a friend and did not let us down. From ensuring we had the correct crate size for our Frenchie Pixie through to guiding us through the vet visits they put our minds at rest.

Kirsty and her staff took full control of the relocation of our 3 precious furr babies, during a stressful move time back to the UK. They had a 10 day staycation in a family room while the movers were in the house, where I could visit and play with them until they flew home to be reunited with us.

You could see that the Team really do take care of their guests, even our shy one would play with them. The Team also took care of us adults having time to support us too.
