Slowest service I’ve experienced. Staff are not efficient. Waited over an hour to see the doctor and it wasn’t even busy. Nurses were taking their time. They need to work on this asap.

Never coming back

Waste of time! It took 35 minutes to do PCR although the clinic was empty on Friday at 12 pm! The receptionists were too lazy to facilitate things. I had to follow up with them in order to get my test done! The nurse was too rough when she did the swab

I agree with others, who have come here for a PCR test, there is way too much data collected most of it unessential.

After I submitted the data, their online form crashed, and I was given three sheets of paper to fill in instead. Pages that duplicated many fields, name, nationality etc. Irritating.

Everywhere else I have got a PCR test wants a copy of your passport and a simple form. Kings should review their data collection policy. Why do they need to know my occupation? Which country i am traveling to? Passport expiry date? On and on and on. None of this is relevant, I just want a PCR test.

I don't know why you need to fill lots of info not necessary for just doing PCR TEST.
