The w On 24 May 2023 I submitted my device Huawei P30 Lite to the authorized center in Dubai (Pedigri) to replace the display and back cover.

The lady at reception checked with engineer about my phone and they said we have the display but we don’t have the back cover with same color, we can replace it with alternative color. I requested the same color. Then she said it will take 15 days to replace the back cover since they will order it from outside UAE.
I agree an I paid 50 AED as deposit as she requested.

In the next day 25 May, I received call from them the need my approval for processing, i give the approval and waited.

Today 7 June i went to check the status of my phone, the same lady went to check with engineer and she came back saying that we couldn’t find the back cover since its old model, she said that they fix the display but not the back cover.
Then she told me that there is no stock even outside UAE for this model.

I ask her to change it with the alternative color as she mentioned before, then she went to engineering and she came back saying that the don’t have alternative color.
Then she ask me to take the phone to another authorized center to change the back cover. I agreed to do that.

Then she told me that they need to change the payment invoice since they fix the display only snd i have to wait 20 minutes, I agreed also.

Then she went and she came back saying that the display was not fix, and if they have to Fix they have to damage the back cover, i get shocked

During this 14 days from the date I submitted my phone, the didn’t even update me or ask me to collect the phone.

I ask her i need to speak with supervisor or manager but she didn’t call anyone, onlay looking at me without any reaction. Just saying we couldn’t fix it.

I didn’t expect that from Huawei or the Authorized service center.

It is really changing my Idea about Huawei since its the first issue i face with Huawei mobile.

And it will be last because i will not have any Huawei device after that and i will advice my friends and family about this type of services.

Overall very nice experience they replaced my mobile battery. I'm totally satisfied with their service.

My Motorola E5 plus speaker was not working. Pedigri technologies got me in the next day, completed the replacement of speaker & receiver with no loss of data. I really appreciate the rapid and highly competent service.

WORST Service Center Ever.

Incompetent at an extream level. They chunked off my Motorola Razr display. They wont admit thier mistake. And wont fix the issue.

Very fast good services. My Motorola G9 plus mobile display was broken i was searched last 3 month i cannot get it all over dubai.finally i got it from Pedigri Technologies.

My mobile had a damaged screen which needed to be replaced. I bought a lenovo phone from Noon i had issue with charging from the second month, first time they said they will give refund for my charger, issue not resolved second time changed the charging board issue still did not resolve, third time gave a report as liquid exposure for the same issue. Fraudulent people don't approach them both noon and sevice center. I believe all the 5 star review are fake and paid reviews. Worst fellows

The service was prompt, and as promised the issue was reviewed and cleared within the reasonable time I like the way they handle with customer

I was super satisfied with overall experience.
Starting from security who would arrange a parking in the crowded area, a kind and supportive receptionist who assisted in guiding me on how to reach the location and was giving me regular update on the status with my phone. Last but not the least, the engineer has fixed my issue in fast and professional manner. It was my first experience with Motorola phone, considering I have been using two other brands along. This superb experience exceeded all my expectations. Overall quality is what matters the most. People make brand to be successful or fail.

I had a problem with my Huawei Tablet and after booking the service call, I had to delay the delivery of the Tablet to Mr Yasir due to some covid related issues at my office, but he personally followed up with me periodically and collected the device.

Thereafter once it was received at the service centre, the periodic SMS updates came, but more than that Ms Divya connected with me and explained an additional charge which when I requested was waived off using their special promotion offers.

When I came to the services center for back cover damage the front desk people feby and Malik responded very quick and the engineer Prashant repaired it within 10 min gave much support in my regional language.

To bad to bring your phone her its take two week to change the screen, and didn’t call you to tell you its finish. In normalcase need 15 minutes to change the screen

I was in urgent need of phone repair as I will be flying this weekend, my friend suggested me to visit them and they repaired my phone in 4 hours, I dropped the phone did some shopping and collected my phone while on my way back home. Excellent work n quick support.
