I wanted to pick a gift and reached the store. The manager doesn't seem to be interested in selling. I tried asking him to suggest me some ideas as they don't have any samples to select from
He kept saying that u give ur budget and then will talk.extremely rude and definitely not a pleasant experience.

Worst flowershop ever. I will not recommend this shop to any of my friends. Prices are questionable, flowers are too common but easily die.

Nice shop, good options, and the flowers are fresh, but weak in: arranging bouquets, beautifying gifts and mixing colors of flowers. Can’t justify the pricing.good luck

I love peonies and petals! The collection is wonderful. Lots of beautiful and fresh flowers and gift ideas. The chocolate is so delicious too with a lot to choose from. The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming with lots of nice ideas. They helped me pick three different gifts for different occasions. The delivery was also very quick and smooth. Thank you so much again! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again for anyone in Dubai:)

Very Poor Service, worst experience ever, the staff is very rude, very unprofessional, staff insist on their own customized stuff to see the customers shell a lot for their targets, strongly not recommended.

Most adorable flower boutique in Dubai! Beautiful store with amazing variety of flowers and very friendly team. The bouquets are perfectly arranged and at great value. I had such a lovely experience at this store! From the welcoming staff, beautiful flowers, story telling interior everything, everything and yeah I MEAN EVERYTHING! Oh and they had this cool thing on the stairs that says loves me, loves me not hehe that made me giggle.

The quality of the flowers used were excellent, design was beautiful and perfectly wrapped. The staff were very helpful in every possible way and they were quick and efficient with my order! Will be definitely coming back, great value for money and top service!

Horrible experience! People absolutely unqualified! I ordered a bouquet for delivery and they kept increasing the price for no reason! They did a bouquet that was colpetely different from what I ordered and wrapped in a paper that i clearly asked not to be used! Finally they delivered the flowers with 5 hours delay with no water and of course all the flowers where almost dead when they delivered them!

Loved the flower arrangement! It looked super nice - the colours & flowers used made it look beautiful! The flowers lasted for almost a week! Highly recommended!
