Amazing service and just as amazing food. Niraj was always there to help, and food didn’t take long at all.

Faisal was our host for the day, He was a great host as he has a top level of hospitality and he is really great at doing his job

We ordered espetada, and I judged that the chicken looked a bit pale, but it was wrong. It is very tasty and the meat is so juicy. I would love to come back.

The best Peri Peri chicken I have ever had. Wouldn't have thought that I would have such a good experience over there. It was always packed so I thought we should give it a shot. Food was delicious. Everything wss fresh and just cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and everything was tidy and clean. Good job guys!

The best Peri Peri chiken I ever had with great service. Garlic and chilli sauce is mind blowing.

Sides are amazing and adds to the great grill chicken experience.

Tapan Dey's (Manager) service is extremely outstanding, he is always smiling and takes care of all customer. All other staff are very friendly and welcoming. My kids enjoy visiting Pepe's Peri Peri and don't mind going there eveyweek.

And to finish the the triple lava chocolate cake is delicious.

We highly recommend this restaurant and it's service.

The chicken quality was amazing, great selection of yummy variations and nice healthy choices. Price is more than fair. Went in here expecting it to be a knock-off for Nando’s but actually it surpassed any Nando’s I’ve ever had. Their chicken is SO tasty so flavorful and their service is prompt. Christine is EXCELLENT and so smart. She is absolutely brilliant and very helpful to customers. I just wish they partnered with Deliveroo or other partners or did direct delivery as their food is expensive on Talabat. If you dine in however the prices are very competitive and affordable. The sauces are delicious and what I love most about this place is that they accommodate all your requests without being snobby about it. They give you exactly what you want and then do one better. It’s an unassuming little place tucked away on a main road in motorcity but all their staff are efficient and friendly and the food is so delicious! 5 stars all the way! Thank you ️

The Best Peri Peri chicken in Dubai, Finger licking tasty. The Chicken is perfectly grilled and the choice of different sauces are perfect. The best part is you can customize the chicken according to your taste mild spicy, tangy, etc. Hassan is the best guy here, he advised me have different sauces and he always serves me a grilled pita bread! A great guy he makes sure we are enjoying the food. Absolutely amazing place to have chicken, I go to this place every week.

Tapan (Store Manager) is a Rock Star, Marching an army of staff, courteous to everyone, attentive to everyones needs.
Food comes second for me here, it’s the quality of service this team executes for all the customers.
If you like grilled chicken you will find this place anyway, come here for a great walk around the autodrome and tasty side dishes and if you live in Dubai you will be back.

Food was okay, not great just okay. Was told the order would take 8 to 10 minutes. Almost 20 minutes later I went to KFC next door, ordered food, ate some of it inside Pepes before my order was ready for take out

One of the best place to get spicy grilled chicken, with good sides, and other flavours of chicken, spicy and crunchy. The taste is unbelievable, food is affordable and moderate prices. I love this place and I would recommend everyone to visit. It is located in Dubai motor city

Firstly, Sharmila (staff) was very motivated, she encouraged me to give the meal a try being my first time, by requesting the Chef a taste portion of the Pepe's Chicken Piri Piri style. It was an explosion of irresistible flavour, juicy, succulent and tender. It was an amazing experience, worth the penny and my time. Thanks Pepe's.

Food is good but service is very bad.we ordered additional food and after wait of 10 minutes, server comes and tells us that chicken strips are finished and we need more time if you wish to continue with order.nevery expected such.moreover there is no service recovery from manager or supervisor. Will not visit again

The food was delicious even the restaurant was nice and clean. But the staff was not so friendly (the guy who is wearing a white polo shirt) he is not even smiling and looks irritated as people keep coming. The rest experience was perfect

Tried the chicken xl burger, its size has been reduced substantially. Inside there is one sauce and some grassy lettuce, no other salad. Complete disappointment!

Its not worth the money and no comparison to other better chains.

I have heard good reviews about Pepe’s so I thought of trying it myself. The chicken did not disappoint. The meat was so tender and so tasty. I definitely recommend it and will certainly come back for more.

I LOVE Pepe’s. The food is super delicious and fresh. Mix the mango and extra hot flavour for the ultimate sauce The restaurant has a nice vibe and the staff is very friendly - Piolo is especially lovely. They even have good discounts on Emirates Platinum and Zomato Pro. Would definitely recommend!

I tried duo platter its just delicious and better than any other grilled chicken around my area.
Awesome taste and their staff are very polite where they make you try it first before you order the food.

The Best Grilled Restaurant in Dubai by far. The best customer service from everyone especially to Nessa! Always has a smile on her face and is ready to assist you with anything at any time. Flavours of chicken are unmatched definitely by far a repeat Purchase!

Friendly staff and fast service, but in short the chicken has not absorbed the seasoning and it made it taste like sand.

We visited whilst on holiday in Dubai. I have worked at Pepes in Manchester for over 6 years, the taste is exactly the same. Service was really good, colleagues were very friendly and food was spot on. Really enjoyed it.

To the owner, heard you are opening another store on the Marina. If you need a manager, get in touch ;). I just need an excuse to move over.

Was served reheated food today, the chicken was very dry, cold and had a very hard outer layer making it extremely difficult to eat/swallow and I’m still having difficulty digesting it. Had told the staff but they suggested that my judgment was probably wrong and that the food was cooked perfect, I have eaten from here a few times and I can 100% tell you that the food was not up to standard (was probably served chicken that someone else refused to accept too). So not only was the food unacceptable and me being told I was wrong, I was given no apology and had paid in full for whatever I was served (wouldn’t call that mess chicken).

One would question why eat from a place like that.

I got the extra hot chicken and piri chips and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Better than a cheeky Nandos, sorry Nandos: p

I was a huge admirer of the Chicken N rice and used to miss it when i left London. Was shocked when I randomly saw that they have opened in Dubai. And thankfully it was the same mouth watering taste. Only problem is its too far from my home. But would definitely recommend

First time trying this brand. When I first walked in I thought they sell fried chicken because of brand colours but it is definitely grilled, Impressive quality. Top service by Hassan.
Favourite flavour was mago mixed with hot.

Food was tasty.service was a bit iffy.the menu made no mention of the special offer and the same was not intimated by the staff.

I come almost every day to pick up a side order of spicy rice. It has always come with the small red and white dip. I popped in today and was told that it doesn't come with the dip. I had to query this and felt inconvenienced and awkward having to ask for something that has always come with the rice.

Kindly respond and let me know if there has been a change of policy about this. It would be very disappointing indeed if you are now deciding to skimp on a small dip with the rice. If that is infact the case then I won't be coming back.

Update (08/08/21) : contacted their customer services on the email address given. They did not rectify anything as they said they would. No care or concern shown whatsoever in the response from their customer services/customer care team. They say they must always charge extra and had operational errors. Whatever. They've lost a regular customer as a result of their extremely poor customer service.p. S.it is probably worth commenting on their meal options as this is something that wasn't covered in the original review. The portion sizes are small and do not reflect good value for money in my opinion. The chicken and rice meal for example only comes with a few bits of small chicken pieces. If you order fries, you can count on two hands the number of fries on the plate. Expensive and small portion sizes with meal options.

Tasty food. Staff like Tapan very accomodating ang gave us complementary cake for the delay due to unfortunate circumstance. Recommend to have bit of presentation in the food to make it lively.
