It’s such a nice place with great view to dine in i ordered murgh tikka masala and some bread the food was delicious the staff was very friendly especially waiter Srinivas# given prompt service worth visit and their menu is very affordable good food with great taste at low price

Service was horrible and I found a dead rat in my food. There was also ants in my drink. Not even 20 minutes after eating and I had explosive diarrea. Do not recommend.

Very good restaurant! I ordered chiken Korma it was delicious, I asked the chef Renjith to do a chocolate naan with the swiss chocolate I bought. It is the 6th time I come here and I will come back again!

Service is really good but the food isn’t.tastes like airplane food, if not worse. We had the “Iftar” menu, and it was bad overall. I don’t recommend this place

We had dinner outdoors at peppermill restaurant in dubai mall.great views of souq al bahar and surrounding cluster of buildings.pity was that burj khalifa was visible only partly and could not see fountain from there.food was all right.they have good varieties in starters and mains.service was good.indoors also, the ambience is good.

I never think twice before going into an indian restaurant because the food is always good, but this was the first time, I wish I checked the reviews before going in. I went for Iftar with my wife. We were given a separate menu with very limited options to choose from. You were forced to take many options you didn't want, and you can't order from the regular menu. We went along and ordered the food. This was the worst indian food I have ever tasted. The chicken tasted really bad, like it wasn't washed, and it had a weird texture to it. The biryani did not taste like biryani, it was just colored rice with bad chicken. It tasted like airplane food if not worse. The "vegetable" starter option was some just balls filled with yogurt and soy sauce, it was disgusting, I gagged. I was in complete shock. An indian restaurant in a prestigious location like Dubai Mall, I expected great food. How was this restaurant even allowed to open in Dubai Mall? Not to mention that the outdoors seating area was dusty and unclean. What made things worse was that there were crying children, and the staff didn't bother to do anything to fix the situation. They just let all the customers hear crying the whole time. To be fair, I mentioned these issues to the manager, and he offered to replace my meal with another freshly made one to compensate. I agreed, and while the new meal was edible, it was still not good indian food. This whole place was a disappointment. Dubai mall management should shut it down and allow one of the many successful resturants in Dubai to open up instead.

Recently went to @peppermill_uae this is one of the best indian restaurants and amazing serving. The staff is very professional. Love the quality and very delicious food.
My favorite is the Noor Mahal Biryani, so far the best Biryani I had ever had. Love the other items too.my rating is 10/10 for this restaurant.

Let tell y’all very straight, the food was 4 out of 5, I have enjoyed the starters a lot. Reason I gave 1 star, is due to the service I have experienced, I have ordered simple 3 dishes and 2 drinks, sides never arrived, drinks came when I asked the bill, more to say, ice and lemon wasn’t a there, I ain’t being picky, but my order was extremely simple and the restaurant was empty (accept one family). Come on, I would understand is they were busy on restaurant orders, maybe they had online ones, but such a end restaurant cannot allow such a service. Staff were so quite, I couldn’t even hear what they say, slow, unresponsive.
With all of that, I always used ESAAD card as my local discount, they didn’t accept one, as we don’t use it no longer.

Anyway super sad experience, they lost a client for sure.
