Nespresso should find another exclusive distributor in this region, as this company is ruining the brand's reputation. Their after-sales support team is by far THE WORST and INCOMPETENT customer care representatives I've ever dealt with. They clearly do not have the right skills and training to deal with customers. You can easily tell from the moment you speak with them that they either do not know what they are doing or they do not care at all. I'll make sure to inform anyone I know, who might be interested to buy one of their machines, the hassle and headache that they are going to endure, should they need an after-sales support.

I repaired my Creatista Uno there and was very pleased. Mr. Emmanuel was very responsive and professional. Pick up and return was on time. They charged me a flat fee of AED350 which is fair. The work was perfect. I saw bad reviews which go back 9 months and they might have been bad before (cannot judge) but now they r amazing.

WORST COMPANY I’VE DEALT WITH.
You haven’t the foggiest about customer service. Conning customers into buying products which are rubbish.

Your shops are fancy and decorated colourfully with pods etc but behind the scenes it’s terrible.
My machine is under warranty
Spoke to a representative
He was rude and abrupt and asked me stupid questions. Huffing and puffing on the phone
Telling me how you suspended the service of replacement machines
Story soon changed.
Bunch of liars.
Seriously how do you employ these people? I waited a month no reply.
Then was told someone’s coming to collect your machine.
I waited at home. Wasted my time
No call nothing. Zero.
And here we are two months on, still no reply.
Nespresso want you to buy a machine and you’re stuck with Thier pods.
Well, my machines going in the bin.
Time for a PROPER machine upgrade to ground coffee extraction.
This pod business is a con.

Cannot believe how terrible your customer service is. Your products are only as good as your customer service.
Yes I’m raging as I’ve wasted time and money. From today I will advise all friends and family the same. Thanks and byebye.

They are brilliant at saying “we will call you back”- 1 month and still waiting. Must notify Nespresso global as this is not the level of service that is acceptable for the region.

Worst service ever they don't care about their clients. Like they will let you feel we don't care if you cancel the order or no.
Even their customer service. Zero service

Thomas in Yas Mall Nespresso outlet rescued a customer from buying a competitor machine. He went to the trouble to call management about an offer made that had expired. The
Management responded perfectly and quickly. Big cheers to Thomas for making the effort. He made a big difference to the brand and loyalty for me. Brendan
