They don't reply nor acknowledge customer's emails to them. Why have a customer service email then if they don't reply to it? They completely ghosted me on my order which was a birthday gift and 10 days passed they didn't ship it still untill now. Now I have to present my birthday gift late. Unprofessional and I don't trust the integrity of their perfumes since their behavior is questionable I will not deal with them again.

I ordered perfume to be shipped to Canada. The perfume arrived on time, smelled absolutely beautiful and was 1000 percent real. This merchant answered my question through email promptly as well. Outstanding service.

Placed order for one expensive perfume. Been 5 days with no update on delivery though their site mentions delivery within 2 days in Dubai.
Their contact numbers do not work and mails go unanswered.
Dont know if I am ever going to receive my product.

Trust worthy! Ordered Amouage sample vials on Tuesday and got delivered by Thursday just in 2 day. Although their UI order history may confuse, my order was shipped and delivered fast. Also the vials look legit.

I recommend being very cautious when placing an order on this website. I will update the status of my order and provide all the relevant information after waiting for any updates. Don't buy online with this place! I'm not even sure if the details are true or not. Placed an order for perfume on 16th to be delivered on 18th. Today is the 28 and NOTHING! I emailed and called the number given on the website several times but no answer. So be careful ordering from this website and if you do, DONT PAY IN ADVANCE. Worth paying the extra AED 10 for COD instead of loosing hundreds of Dhirams! Let's see if the company at least responds to this.

It is good website and orginal perfumes, so far, i bought twice from them, and i am happy with thier services.

I used to shop here from way back 2012 till probably the end of 2016. I have recommended this site to all of my friends and we would be so happy coz they used to be really generous in sendi g us samples which was good because we again buy if we liked any scent from the freebies.then the sudden change in everythingfrom the website which was nice and simpleand easybto useto a morrcomplicated version and prices became higher. Even testers are now very highly priced. I would try to ourchase again and see what's new.

Very strange customer service!
I reached out to them on their Facebook Chat (perfumeuae.com) to confirm date of delivery for my order and also on their policy of "authentic or 100% money back guarantee" and got told that I can return and get a refund as long as the perfume is untouched unopened. However, I asked them how I will know if the perfume is authentic without opening it and since they have stated "100% moneyback guarantee" how does this work? In response this is what I got told:

"It's alright we are cancelling the order, as you not confident of your purchase. As you know once a perfume is opened and used we cannot resell it. Your money will be refunded and you should receive it within 2 to 3 business days. Our best regards"

I'm sorry but this is outright strange and rude customer service. You could be polite and tell me that please call or message us if you have any issues with the fragrance and we will sort it out. After this I messaged them that this is a gift for someone and now I am insecure if they are even going to send me the perfume or not - NO response from them! I am highly disappointed with the customer service - I cannot comment on the product as I am not sure if I should even wait for it anymore or not.
