I don’t usually leave reviews but Permatech’s service has been phenomenal and I felt I had to get it out there. I had their under sink RO system installed in my home about 2 years ago and every time we contacted Permatech for maintenance and changing the filters we got amazing customer service. But what really impressed me was their service when I moved house last week. Permatech sent their technician to my house who disconnected my RO unit, cleaned it, packed it neatly, moved it to my new home and reassembled it. He was very clean, knowledgeable and polite. I had a complex installation at my new home which the technician confidently executed with perfection. He was wearing a mask and gloves and at one point his glove got a small tear in it and he immediately stopped what he was doing, stepped outside, put on a new pair of gloves and then came back in and started working again.

They truly go above and beyond for their customers and I highly recommend Permatech to all. You will not regret it.

I have been purchasing filters for my previous RO from Permatech for quite a few years.

And recently when I felt that quality of water from my previous RO was not better, I contacted Permatech. I recently moved to a new area in Dubai where the main water tank’s chlorine, sediment and mineral content is so high that a regular shower filter didn’t do the job in improving the water quality so my hair and skin started suffering tremendously. Also, the toilet water in all the bathrooms was usually brown from the rusted and dirty water pipes, no matter how much I cleaned and flushed them. The kitchen faucet water emitted a bad odor at times, like the rotten eggs smell you notice due to high sulfur content. It was such a negative and depressing living situation that it became necessary to have a filtration system attached to my main water tank. After much research, I found Permatech’s prices to be the most reasonable and their customer service was very professional and friendly. Mohammad was very polite, informative and easy to talk to, he took the time to walk me through everything (even when there was a mistake on my part) and answered all my questions efficiently. His technician seemed quite experienced and the whole installation process was smooth and less time consuming than I expected (and I was given a free shower-head filter as an added bonus.) Because it was so easy and stress-free dealing with this company, I decided to also have a reverse osmosis water purification system installed under my kitchen sink. It’s now been almost 2 weeks since the initial installation and I’m quite pleased with the results so far, and I have a clean, good-tasting water source for drinking and cooking:).
