To begin with, shop is beautiful and the price is around the same as other shops around the market.
I purchased the French Bulldog on 29th of April, who had a genetic defect which was reported to the shop on 30th of May and on 15th of June I provided certified medical report from veterinary clinic with the issue and rate for surgical correction which is required urgently as it has a fatal effect if not actioned. Since 15th June I have sent number of emails, visited shop physically numerous of times and every time I was told different excuses without any direct contact with the owner of the shop. Staff doesn’t give the number of the owner, owner is always on leave, out of the country, they will contact me back, they are offline, they are inaccessable, everytime there is a term tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Then i was told that its only possible to split the bill 50/50 and to receive that percentage in toys. I have no idea where that came from. Until September there was zero resolution, no contact with the owner, and they were dragging the time to get out of 6 month warranty which will finish in 2 month.
What I did is I made a complaint to consumer rights protection regarding this, and for one month while I was working with them, I had never heard back from the owner. However in 1 and a half month, I have received a call from one of the owners to solve this matter. Finally after 4 month of pain, waste of time, and complains, the resolution came to life. Owner was willing to pay the amount for the surgery.
If you are buying a dog, make sure before you buy it to read the contract, and make sure the dog is healthy, if you don’t want to go through what I did.

They have good qualities of puppies and their staff are all accommodating. Looking forward to seeing your business expand and reach to all other animal lovers not just in Dubai, but all over the UAE!:)

I went for a 2 hour drive to buy a pet from the Warsan pet market I was so excited to find a new pet from all the reviews i saw but sadly I went home without any pet. The prices are from 13-25k aed!

Very friendly staff, they enjoy what they are doing and they are very informative. I took my cat for grooming and she looks and smell great! In a seperate note all their pets seem very energetic and healthy.
