Having 3 dogs and sometimes additional fosters that need grooming, they are the most accommodating. Even if some of my bookings are last minute they always manage to give me a same day appointment or next day. The team is efficient, fast yet gentle and thorough. Special mention to Noel who is a grooming magician for any of the long hair jobs.

I recently visited this pet store, and it’s an absolute gem for pet lovers! Yakos is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about the animals. The store is well-maintained, and they offer a wide variety of high-quality products at a good price. I highly recommend this store for all your pet needs!

Took my cats to grooming and they have done exactly what I requested, the staff are kind and good listeners which really is something good.
They kept me updated with the status of the grooming and were punctual on time.
They also have good rates for grooming and offers which is exactly what I seek for having more than one pet to groom.

Been taking my pets to pet avenue since it opened. It’s An incredibly well managed pet grooming venue with staff that handle pets with a ton of care and it’s affordable.

They did an excellent job! 2 cats full grooming. And in literally an hour. Very impressive and really recommended it.

Like every pawparents we were bit anxious on leaving our little pawbaby at boarding but the travel was a must. Pet Avenue ensured us and our little heart had a good time as in she was having a vacation.

My experience at Pet Avenue JVC, they are highly professional, you will find for your pet all what you are looking for, you name it it is available. They care a lot for your pet, and it goes beyond expectaion, Assist in caring about your pet in need for care, which I consider as great care avenue for pets happiness.
Not to mention grooming, washing all that is highly recommended to visit and check yourself.

Cannot express how grateful I am to Alexia and her team for boarding my cat. Ginger stayed in Pet Avenue for about a month. During this time, Alexia used to send me videos so that I could see that my cat was alright. I could also see that the boarding place was quite spacious and comfy. It had racks so the cat could jump from one level to another.
It's so clear that Pet Avenue is more than just a business for Alexia. You can feel her empathy towards animals. Not to mention that she helps rescuers and is a rescuer too. I def recommend Pet Avenue to anyone, you can be sure that your pet will be taken care of

It's a half hearted job with reused towels on different pets. Unhygienic.
They advertise a long list of services in the grooming that are included in their price. But when I got to the groomer, the staff wants to do the bare minimum work. Gives unreasonable excuses for not wanting to do the job.

We are extremely happy with the grooming session done for our dog. They were very efficient with grooming and they did a wonderful job. I’d like to commend the team for a very professional service. Bella will definitely be seeing you all again soon. Thank you.
