Pet friends vet clinic

I brought my puppy to the clinic yesterday. It was such a great experience. Doctor took care of my puppy , examined him and helped out with whatever other clinics refused to do. I highly recommend Pet Friends vet clinic and moreover their prices are really affordable.

They were so lovely and accommodating, stuff was very kind and friendly did such a good job with my dogs grooming and gave him treats for being a good boy, the vet was very good with my dog and gentle, 10/10 service definitely recommend

Great team, very welcoming with a very cheerful atmosphere. A definite winner for me. My cat is very safe when he is going for his regular checkups.

Today was my 2nd time i brought my pomeranian here, the reception is super friendly and Dr Manar is very gentle and knowledgeable - would highly recommend this place. The groomer cut her nails, and all went super smooth.

Wow, the first day my puppy had an eye emergency, all the staff were closing the clinic, Doctor Manar (amazing professional) was already leaving in his car and his Love for animals made him and all the staff reopen the clinic and stay extra time to care for our puppy, until now our dog still in treatment and they help me to give him his medicines day and night, with great kindness and without any extra charge. We are really grateful for all the kindness and good treatment for our puppy.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Dr Ragab and his team went above and beyond to care for our cat who was very sick. We are so grateful to the pet friends team for their kindness and compassion! Very happy to have our baby home and healthy again. ️

Amazing service. I had an issue with another groomer and my cat got cut. Took them to pet friends and they stitched her up asap. Would definitely recommend!

And most reasonable, as I did check around 10-12 vets.but they gave the best quote for the neutering surgery of my dog.
Lastly, the icing on the cake was a free gift, a lovely retractable leash.

This clinic does not have the standards specifically the grooming the employees are not qualified. I found my 2 cats with injuries plus it’s not clean if you love your pets please don’t go to this clinic it was a big mistake I don’t recommend it to anyone

Many thanks to Dr. Manar for the careful and very professional work and caring attitude! My cat definitely got good experience and was not scared neither aggressive to go for the procedure/surgery. All the clinic staff is very welcoming and punctual. I would definitely visit again for the annual check up.

Good place to bring your pet. They offer honest consultancy. Very accommodating. Both the doctors and the staff will definitely help you manage your pet while you are there and during the consultancy or while your pet is under stress during medication. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who’s looking for an affordable yet very professional service.

UPDATE: They only do good work at first. After paying for the pet registration, now it's been months of following up and the answer I got is "The municipality cancelled everything with us and all old registrations we don't have it anymore. It's not our fault because we put everything already. " All the good words and works' now all shattered. Thank you for your service. Never EVER gonna go back there anymore.

I took my kitten after she fell and hurt her leg. The doctor was very thorough in assessing her leg for any fractures, and he ruled it out and gave her antiinflammatory medications. Later, when she didn't get better, he recommended an X-ray and gave her a free follow-up session! The prices are very affordable compared to other vet clinics and the doctor seemed knowledgeable and good with pets, but due to lack of resources (like not having an X-ray), they are more suitable for routine vaccinations and checkups rather than emergencies and complications.

Horrible during the follow up on the status of my cat. They made a mistake with the stitching of her wound after spaying. They said the set up was normal, but when we got a second opinion from another vet, we were advised my cat's incision was infected already and there was malpractice within the stitching, and they got to cover it up with surgical paste.
They are ripping us off as well during "free follow ups" by giving us unnecessary pills. Antibiotics for 10 days!
Will definitely not come back here!

Fake VETS, they need to close down this place. They put whatever in your pet’s system and they avoid telling you the medication

We got my cat spayed last 29th July. We came back after 8 days. Got worried because the wound got nastier each day. We asked if it was infected but they said it was normal and they just injected antibiotics and gave us another set of antibiotic pills again for our cat to take for 5 more days. Saying it's to prevent the wound from getting infected. The day after this check up, our cat's incisions looked really horrible and slightly opened. This was the worst time for us because when we asked for their help on whatsapp the receptionist keeps on replying that he/she will refer to the doctor and after several hours they told us that their clinic is closed until Saturday and asked us to go to their other clinic in al jaddaf which was really far from us.

As this was an emergency, we decided to search for other clinics near us and we were lucky that they accepted our request even though it was short notice.

When the doctor checked the wound he immediately advised us that the outer layer of the skin was infected. He had to remove the outer stitches to prevent the infection from getting worse, and also, the stitches were badly done. We could not even tell the doctor the name of the antibiotics because it's not stated on the invoice. He also guided and showed us how take care of the wound for 5 more days and he himself is very hands on when it comes to updating about our cat's condition on whatsapp.

We just wish that the Pet Friends would have been more helpful on this kind of emergency and more transparent on our cat's condition and not just cover up the issue with more medications.

We were really disappointed and we'll never come back for sure. We will not risk our cat's health anymore.

I had the most traumatic time here and I don't know how it's still open. I took my cat in for neutering and got told I would receive a phone call when she was done.

When I arrived the original doctor who took her from me and seemed very nice wasn't there. I was greeted by two strange vets, Dr Navid Krushean (unsure on spelling) and his assistant Ahmed. They were stood with their arms folded and showing no emotion, and made me believe they were monitoring my cat as something had gone wrong in the surgery, but she was okay. I asked where she was and to be with her so she knew I was there. Dr Navid then left, and Dr Manar entered and sat me down. He explained that she hadn't made it and the information they had told me was miscommunicated.

I wept and wept. As I broke into tears Dr Navid then returned to the room with the body of my cat shoved into her bubble bag that I'd brought her in. Which only made it worse and so he left with her.

My friends arrived to try and help but the doctors kept changing their story of what went wrong. It was obvious they were at fault and had given her too much anesthetic and not tested her correctly beforehand. As my friends were trying to understand what happened in a very normal procedure, Dr Navid then returned with the DEAD BODY PARTS of my cat from the surgery in hospital papers. I was TRAUMATISED and proceeded to have several panic attacks.

The clinic then offered me another cat in replacement which I obviously didn't take as nothing will bring her back. I have asked for the medical records of the procedure, the vets names, licenses and certificates and the clinic is REFUSING to provide me anything.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I went here because of the good reviews. Now, I don't believe any of them are true.

This place is horrible, they rip you off and scam you.
Vets are not qualified to do anything with pets

Honestly, their veterinary clinic is the best out there:) Our pets (2 cats, 2 dogs) always have fun whenever we go there because of how kind and accommodating everyone is! We're always so thankful for the love they gave our pets. In addition, they always give the best price and discounts each time:)

I’m so happy that I visit Pet Friends Vet. All staff is wonderful. Dr. Noor has special communication with cats. (I have 3 cats and it was not easy for me, to bring them the same time) but as soon I arrived everyone helps me and my cats and me stop nervous. In this clinic works high professional level doctors. Immediately doctor found a problem and give the right treatment for my cats. What is really surprised me it’s so nice discount. It’s now my vet clinic. Thank you. So much.

I would say the best clinic in Dubai. Excellent service and reasonable prices. All the staffs are very friendly and nice. I took Mimi for vaccination and deworming. Doctor Manar is very caring and professional checking her ears and give treatment. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

The vet was really gentle and sweet with my puppy and didn't allow him to whine or cry even once throughout the vaccinations! Not 5 stars because we had an appointment and were still made to wait.

After very poor experiences in several Veterinary clinics, I was not totally dissappointed with this one. That itself was remarkable. Their services were satisfactory not exceptional but I believe that is rare in this country so kudos!

Got my 1,5 y/o cat to Pet friends vetclinic for castration. After surgery my cat Silver felt little weak and quiet, due to anesthesia, but next day he became active again, and there was no screaming of him any more.
Want to thank the doctor for his wonderful job, and his assistant, who was contacting me via watsapp about cat's condition, giving me advices.

A very pleasant experience at Pet Friends with Dr Ragab. We brought in the neighborhood stray cat for vaccinations and check up and Dr Ragab was very kind and compassionate towards her. Great prices too! Definitely highly recommended!

My first visit at Pet Friends Vet Clinic JVC when I brought a stray cat that I wanted to adopt. The cat was suffering from pneunomia. From thereon. I started taking my pet dog to their clinic.

Dr. Ragab and Dr. Manar are both down to earth. They do not show any arrogance when you ask for more information about your pet's health conditions. I have confidence in their medical expertise and knowledge.

Highly recommended them to the fur-parents who are looking for a budget friendly vet clinic without compromising the medical needs of their fur-babies.

Overall, the staff are friendly, compassionate and professional.

I not recommend this clinic. We had appointment for grooming and check up, but after 20 minutes they took another dog and didn’t explain why this happened. We just left and didn't get an apology

I was referred to Pet Friends Vet Clinic by a friend.
They are just amazing! We have rescued our Scottish Fold Kitten from a 9th Floor fall a month back, and today we went to the clinic got her all required Vaccination, Deworming and put her a microchip as well, with Dr. Manar, he is very friendly, spreading good vibes, very caring for the Kitten, everything was smooth!
Also price wise, I think its 100% cost for Value, even Cost is not enough for the Value you are being given!

Best of luck guys, and I will be your regular from now on!

One of the best vet places in Dubai. Extremely friendly doctor and staff. They took really good care of our fur baby, he dint even know he was getting a vaccine.

We had great experience with our Pet's vaccine session. Dr. Ragab is extraordinary. He's great and truly showed how he cared for our furr babies. All of our babies did not cry during the process as he has gentle hands. They will also not rip your pocket. They give great discounts. Also thanks to Ben who has been coordinating with us for the schedules. He's very responsive and friendly. Overall great experience! This will be our official Vet clinic. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible place, we went there to get a furball removed from my dogs mouth, and the doctor first said it’s a tumor which it obviously wasn’t. I asked him to check again and he then only realized what it actually was. How can a vet not know the difference between a tumor and a fur ball? That’s truly disgraceful. After this the vet said it can’t be removed as there would he too much bleeding and stitches would he required which once again was completely false as when I came home and tried to remove it again, it came out perfectly with no blood whatsoever. Please Refrain from bringing ur pets to the digrace of a vet clinic who can’t tell the basic differences between a tumor and a fur ball. If you care about the well-being of your pets you will stay away from this deceitful place.

My First experience and it was a great a great experience. My Cat got complete vaccinations/Deworming and Microchiped from here and now again I'm here for Grooming. My each visit was great and Dr. Manar is great. He always regards me with great discount.

One of the best vet clinics in UAE, where I have taken my pet for consultation. Very affordable and professional services. The staffs were polite and friendly. Usually, in other clinics, the pets are taken to another room, and then we are briefed about what was done and what the problem could be. The doctor examined our pet in front of us and explained in detail the issues my pet was facing. They offered us a discount on consultation and medicines. We never had such a good experience from any other clinic in Dubai. Hats off to each one of the staff and the doctors for the incredible services. Keep it up!
