We took our beloved Scottish fold cat for a platinum grooming package, and from the start; the staff seems super friendly, the owner was following up on Rosie’s treatment closely and keeping me up to date, and we know how much work and care our pet required, it’s obvious this team care about the pets as if they’re their own.a highly recommended place for your pets. Took my Rottweiler for a platinum package and came back VERY HAPPY. The owner personally ensures thier quality of service to the point of immediate resolution if you have any concerns. (In my case, I wanted a short trim than initially requested) Highly recommend!

I recently visited Pet Pavilion to groom my cats, Ziggy and Bella. The overall experience was great. Owner Ms Chahat was welcoming and ensure that everything was well taken care of.the groomers Mr Kiran and Mr Steven were in the main zone as they were battling resistance of my kitties! However, they did a great job and the cut was as per my requirement. Well experienced and polite staff. They have great products and are customer friendly. Amazing service from start to finish. Not a usual pet grooming store. Owners were directly involved and looking into minute details. Their groomer was so kind and gentle towards my cat that she didn’t panic otherwise it becomes next to impossible to groom her. I would highly recommend them.
