I loved the care for animals. However the Managment needs to b more flexible. I have booked stay for my pet in advance for which they collect the payment upfront but then my pet died u expectedly. Informed the kennels and they said no refund but I can get the credit that will b valid for one month. I mean what sense does that make? Not flexible with bookings. Since then I take
my babies to Petsville on Palm. Excellent care and very accommodating

My little Luna is a funny lively little maltese. With a strong character, sometimes naughty and loved to bark. She went to different trainings and it has been an amazing change in her behavior. Khalid has been giving nice training and advices. Luna is still funny and lively, but now has improved very much with the barking. She enjoys as well a lot the day care 3 times a week to play with her friends. I am very pleased of the services provided.

I moved my Blue and Gold Macaw to the UK. The team took care of every detail and made it a seamless exercise. Highly recommended for international pet transportation.

I’ve adopted a cat in Dubai and received a very qualified help at Pet Station with all necessary analysis, vet passport, boarding for a few days, follow up medical checks, etc. Also it is very important that in this Clinic you can receive a help with the relocation of your pet. Pet Station representatives will make all arrangements on your behalf, will pick up your pet from home for a medical check before your flight, arrange health certificate, travel certificate and export certificate from the Dubai Ministry so you can easily travel with your cat or dog. We used the facilities of Pet Station in Al Quoz for Obidience training for our new pet - 4 months old mini yorkshire terrier. He was trained by Khalid for 2 weeks. I am extremely happy with the training, regular updates, videos sent nearly everyday of my pet’s progress.

I wish I read the reviews prior going to them and get scammed. Worst experience ever. They take your money and disappear after promising a refund. Will never use them again for my dog! Fake diagnosis by their vet to grab more money glad I didn’t fall for it and was warned by others.

The best clinic ever my cat was with them for almost 5 years boarding service is affordable the care is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful, they also did all the papers for him to travel to Kuwait and alhemdllah my cat is safe in Kuwait now, Muhammad was huge help and very understanding when i was under pressure. Pet Station Group was absolutely the right decision I made for my Beagle pup. My rather hyperactive pup Hugo, started with boarding for toilet training, then everyday day care along with obedience training and I am more than satisfied and very happy. Mohamed the manager/supervisor who is an excellent trainer along with his crew Khalid, Shameem, Reo, Anita, Nadia, etc, are thoroughly professional and just wonderful people to deal with. The facility is clean, tastefully presented and well equipped. The veterinary clinic attached is most convenient. My Hugo looks forward to going to play everyday along with all the other many pets there. The health and care for all pets are continuously monitored and regular updates are given. Hugo has been going there for six months now and I will continue taking him there to play and exercise and be social with other pets as he’s growing up to be a very friendly, loving and happy fellow! Go to House of Paws to board your pet instead. They cost half the price, are open on Fridays, have much better customer service, and took better care of my cat versus Pet Station. Everything is much easier and a better experience at House of Paws.

I usually never leave bad reviews; however, my experience with Pet Station warrants a one star review (at best).

I made a reservation for my cat to stay for two weeks and paid the invoice as soon as I received it (that was a mistake). Due to Covid, my travel plans were cancelled and now Pet Station is saying they can’t refund me any of my 1500 AED because part of the stay was over EID (even though this accounts for 3-4 out of the 15 days she was supposed to staying). I had never been told that I couldn’t cancel. Furthermore, when I called to cancel my reservation they noted I had to send an email to do so. It took 5 days to receive a response back over email, yet, when you email to make a booking they respond within an hour. I tried calling several times and no one was ever able to help and no one was able to confirm my reservation had been cancelled.

It is very poor customer service to charge someone when I tried to cancel the booking 10 days out and received no response back or help. During times of COVID, you need to be more flexible OR more transparent about the cancellation policy. No one ever told me this policy when I made the booking, and the policy is not on the invoice but embedded in a link that has pages of information included - this key fact is buried in other terms and conditions when it should be verbally communicated as well as listed and provided directly in an email / invoice. Emirates airlines refunded my ticket and all my hotels for my holiday refunded my money due to COVID, but the cat kennel was the only place I couldn’t get my money back from. How is this right?

I will never use the Pet Station again and urge you to go elsewhere. This has been a completely disheartening experience, I expected better. I am really surprised that a company would do this and be so inflexible during a global pandemic. It’s just bad business.

I have been taking my dog there for daycare more than a year, my dog loves there, she is happy every time we arrive. Staffs are friendly and helpful, will keep using their services.

انا اول مرة بجيب كلب ومااتخيلت انه موضوع التواليت راح يعملي قلق، كلمت محمد ونصحني دربه لمدة ١٥ يوم عندهم بصراحة توقعت انه الموضوع ماراح يظبط. بس فعلا بعد هي المدة رجعت سوزي مدرية بنسبة كبيرة وعلى الاقل تعرف وين تسير على الباد تبعها.

Not recommended at all! I sent my dog for training and I was expecting to fix all his behavior issues, unfortunately my dog became worse than before with more issues.

After covid 19 and the lockdown i have an emergency travel and it was first time i put Chico in a boarding, they schedule an assessment session and gave Chico few hours daycar to see how is he with the other dogs and they accept him as he was a good boy and to be honest i was very satisfied with this process becuase i know he will be in a safe hand.

My dog (Roy) had swimming session last week, I was very excited to know if he knows how to swim or no, first few minutes was very scared then with the trainer guide, he was confident enough to swim. Definitely will come back for more sessions.

Used both the grooming and veterinary services of Pet Station. The Co-Founders are both lovely, personable and professional in their service. Will be a frequent user of the day care centre once Baxter has cleared the waiting period for his kennel cough injection! Tom

DO NOT bring your pet there if you care about him.
Dealing with the company was unnecessary painful from the start. Once there, the staff were incredibly stand-off-ish and became just plain rude, especially one woman in particular. I went in the grooming room with my pet then 10 mins later was told off by another staff because I was not allowed to be in the grooming room.
Hygiene was questionable as the table were my pet was groomed was dirty, I could see hair and clipped nails lying everywhere. There were also cats roaming around freely.
Conclusion is, I will never bring my pet there and neither should you.

They take care of my dog. I put my faith in them, i lost a dog before. I hope they keep up their genuine care:)

We took our cats to be groomed at Pet Station. The staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. The facilities were very clean and had an overall welcoming feel. Carl did a wonderful job grooming our long hair cats, Rupert and Nooshy. Patricia was very friendly and efficient. Tuleen was very kind and informative regarding all of the services they offer (grooming, vet, kennel). We will definitely be coming back for all of our cats' needs and highly recommend Pet Station to all of our friends with cats and dogs.

Worst customer service ever. Never buy a Groupon voucher and go, you will be scammed, They claim that you should do an appointment before coming and thats what we did and got confirmation, hard place to reach and to park, being 4 minutes late of the cutoff time made them create and have a customer WITH a groupon voucher waiting in the car and "WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT" ready to take our appointment EXACTLY WHEN ENTERED. My question is how can a customer come without appointment and having voucher be ready to take my appointment while on your voucher you state to book before a certain time? Are you trying to hit 2 birds in 1 stone? Over that without regret you decide not to even feel sorry or try to help by rescheduling it means your intentions are to scam customers and make money in every way. We wait for your email replies and be patient to get confirmation about the booking and we patiently provide you all the required information, but you are not patient 4 mins. Good luck

Absolutely horrific customer service. Was 15 minutes late due to a road block on Al Quoz and they refused to accept my cat OR reschedule. Not only that, but I was meant to use a voucher, which they rendered invalid because of the 15 minute delay, something that they failed to mention in their confirmation email. Absolutely no respect.

The cat is a FAMILY cat, there is no rule that says someone cant make an appointment and send her with someone else, especially if that someone is the documented OWNER. In addition, the cut off is 4: 10 so when someone shows up at 4: 15 and is refused service, that is just ridiculous and cannot be treated as a no-show.

I brought in a pup that had behavioural issues to the brim. He was scared of people, of dogs, of new things, of new places, of vehicles which is why I placed him into training with Pet station. Dr. Hussain was upfront about how much it would cost and how much of a difference I might be able to expect.
The trainer Dave was patient and worked with him for 20 days. Now the training was not a magic trick that it transformed my puppy, however my pup is a lot more confident and reacts a lot less erratically than before. They did say I would need to work on him so that the training can be reinforced and I am working on him every day.
I am quite content with my experience with Pet station and their staff are very accommodating. And what's more is that they were even willing to help me explain his issues to the breeder that sold him claiming to have sent me a perfect puppy.
He is far from cured of his behavioural issues, it is a continued journey but Pet station has been a huge help in this.

If you are searching for an amazing, professional dog trainer, then search no more! You will NOT regret choosing Pet Station.

My self and my husband were endlessly on the web, researching for a trainer for our beautiful new Pomeranian puppy, Teddy Bear. He is 2 kgs of absolute, adorable fluffy cuteness, totally loved by us, but also a complete and utter hyper maniac, with zero tolerance for any doggy manners/discipline we tried to teach him! Endlessly racing around our villa at mach speed, not listening to a single word when we tried to correct his mistakes, barking for up to 40 minutes at a time, no matter how much we tried to get him to stop!

After many other researches we found Pet Station and there was no looking back.

Dr Hussein spoke to me on the phone and calmly and kindly answered all my concerns and many questions, never ever giving me the hard sell. He reassured me our puppy should be trainable and that we could come in for an initial assessment with a trainer, after Teddy was up todate with all his puppy immunisations.

Long story short, we did have Teddy trained by Dave at Pet Station. To say we were utterly delighted beyond any expectations we may have had would be an under statement.

Dave (who is truly a doggy whisperer) was amazing with Teddy. Our crazy adorable puppy gives high fives (we show this skill Teddy now has to any one and everyone) he sits, shakes hand (paw) will stay on command, lies down on command, all of this in 15 days! He is now calmer, as he now has a mind for discipline, so will listen to us and the endless barking is no more.

We now send Teddy to their daycare and Dave still takes care to practice a few of his commands for a few minutes at a time, just to further instill in Teddy the discipline. Dave is so super caring with him (Teddys little tail wags crazily when he sees Dave and Teddy acts as Daves shadow, so funny and cute) and EVERY time we pick Teddy up from daycare, he has been brushed and is wiped down with some grooming wipes, its just amazing extra care that he gets there.

Even though we are completely biased on Dave being the greatest (as he trained our bear) all of the staff are super caring, animal lovers too. I see all the staff giving affection to the animals in their care, playing with the dogs/cats, its really nice to see this kind of environment.

Another great aspect we like is that they service all our needs in one place. Teddy also gets grooming done there too, so we don't have to take him to another place. We drop him for his daycare and before we pick him up, once a week he is groomed on site, just perfect. He is groomed to perfection and his fur is so super soft after his grooming, and his tiny little paws are trimmed immaculately, we love his grooming day.

I know this post is long, just we really are so happy with the care he has received with Pet Station and I know how difficult it can be to find a caring environment you can really trust to leave your fur babies with but this is truly a place you can.
