Very friendly people working there.Alvin professional gay.Care about everyone.Also waiters always asking about your neediness. We visit at evening bar at 4 floor,Fernando have nice humour sense abd always make our mood up Thank you team. Hope see you soon.

The Petals Restaurant is on the first floor of the hotel. The restaurant is quite spacious as it covers the full space on that floor. The seating arrangement was well designed to make each guest comfortable. The overall ambiance was very relaxing. The service was outclass and top-notch. The staff was going out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of. The best part is petals restaurant is also available on entertainer and cobone. I had an amazing time at the buffet & I would recommend everyone to give it a try.

I called to book for 4 people and they were fine until they know that I will use entertainer voucher they then said it is fully booked. I did not even eat there but a naive lie like that one is a bad indication

I was staying in rose rayhaan hotel and the breakfast of this petal restaurant is very delicious but the service over here is very bad one of the manager named Basant was very rude to us and he was continuously arguing with us it was very bad experience. We didn't expect someone who would be so bad with us. I hope next time there will be good service and they improve thier staff.

We had a great dining experience. The foods were awesome. We used a #cobone voucher to experience this at a less price.

If you expect drinking a good glass of wine during your diner, no way, it is a soft drink restaurant. But the buffet is great and the 99 AED price for hotel residents is very interesting for the quality of the food. Anyway, for me, a diner in a restaurant can’t be good without wine, and having a « No » immediately at the begining of the diner is really bad.
