Employees are very courteous and dedicated to their work. They really care and took good care of the pets and even putting more love and effort to their service.

The groomers are really friendly and understanding. They are happy to accommodate with your needs. Simba looks and smells amazing after every visit

Our puppy has had 4x Wash n Tidy experiences and 1 teddybear cut. The team here are so kind and friendly, and the puppies come out with wonderful-smelling soft fur which has been beautifully trimmed. They even gave me a 5-min lesson on how to use the slicker brush to prevent mats. Very happy!

If you really care about your cat or dog, this is definitely the place to go. Never seen an animal loving culture that actually care about your pets! 11/10 Superb

My fluffy kid, Pepper, has been going to Petlove for weekly grooming for last two years. The team at Petlove takes very good care of Pepper as she always come home very energetic and happy. Love the smell and fluffiness everytime she comes back. Pepper always get compliments from strangers and even from the vets that she is very groomed and beautiful dog inspite she is already 8 years old. Petlove team does an amazing job always. I will continue to engage their services and will highly recommend Petlove to any dog owners.

Love this company, my cat comes back not stressed, clean, nails clipped and always with the cutest bow tie. They come right to your door to collect your furry friend and drop them off, if they are running behind or need to change your appointment they are quick to let you know. Definitely 5 stars.

Ziggy goes to pet love day care every week and I cannot recommend them enough. They care for him like he’s part of their family. Walking and socialising him with other dogs and sending me constant updates to let me know how happy, active and safe his time with them is. They are reliable, kind and incredible value for the exquisite service they provide. To top it all off they even do a pick up and drop off service so I can rely on them getting zig and dropping him home if I’m delayed in work and need the support.

The staff was really helpful over the phone and had exactly what I needed.

When I arrived they had the things I asked for ready and it was a simple transaction.

I have been sending both my cats here for a while and I absolutely love it! They pick up my two boys, send pictures/videos of them getting groomed and then they are safely sent back home? They come back smelling so good!

Avoid this place for grooming. They tie the dogs on a short choke chain and do not handle properly. The groomer carried my 25kg dog from the stomach instead of behind the rear legs. I’ve had my dog for 2 years and never seen him so scared with his tail in between his legs, it was the first time i saw that after they showered him.

On a positive note, the Philipina saleswoman is passionate and knows how to please customers so i would recommend buying products from there but DO NOT use their grooming service.

I’ve just witnessed one of the dogs vomit in the same enclosed area as 3 other dogs. One of the attendees watched this happen and cleaned it up with a mop. No measures were taken to move the sick dog away from the others.

I do not recommend, they leave the poor dogs in boarding with no water in a big crate. I spoke with them about at least putting a bed, water etc. They just laughed and ignored me. No animal rights in this shop. Only care about making money. PLEASE do not leave your dog, they'll leave them all day in a crate without giving them access to water. The poor dogs are on the floor all day with no bed. I just saw a poor dog there and they put her in the smallest crate because the big one was occupied by a male dog. However the poor girl dog has to stay there for 7 days.: ' (They dont play with the animals at all.

I've visited and shopped at 20+ petshops in my short time (so far) as a kitten parent and the staff at Petlove (specifically Cial (hope I spelled that right) are absolutely leagues ahead of any other petshops in Dubai. Cial helped us pick out the best food and toys for our kitten that was budget conscious and good, backed with facts and reasons behind her recommendations. So far not one store actually sounded confident about what they were recommending and always tried to increase the bill but Cial put the customer and the health of our kitten first and just that is extremely rare in Dubai! She also gave us tons of advice on how to take care of our little rescue kitten! Plus there's a 20% discount because we have the treats card: D (Regardless we'll be sticking to this store from now on even without the discount and even though we have to drive all the way from JVC).

Chial is just superb, she always gives amazing advice and told me everything I need to know. I feel like I got more information from her than I did my vet. She gave me super genuine service which is so hard to find. I always felt like she wanted to me to have all the information so I could make an informed decision. I will make the 25 min drive any day as shopping there feels like a second home now. Thanks for all the tips and you will see me soon, my kitten just loves all the food you reccomend

My puppy just finished her first grooming session at Petlove and it went so well way more than I expected. From the friendly and professional pet taxi driver, the groomer Ramon who was very gentle and made the experience enjoyable that my puppy actually had fun. Cial who is very efficient and provided superb service. Their store also have a good selection of pet essentials and their staff are all super helpful. I felt that they genuinely do care about their customers.

This is the best service i’ve ever had living in dubai my whole life.they really care about your dog, offer you complimentary pick up and drop off and update you the whole time your dog is with them.the staff are so nice, so unbelievably professional and super caring towards you and your dogs.i have a fussy dog so they were extra attentive and even sent me some free ointment because he has sensitive skin. LOVE this place and highly recommend it for all dog owners!

My wife and I sent our dog, Mia for grooming here! She came out brand new! Amazing amazing work from the groomer guy and very lovely staff, my wife is very happy with this lady staff Cial for her kindness and she was very sweet with us. Thanks for help everyone! Cheers,!

The worst shop i saw it ever, plz everyone has dog, dont put it there. My dog got sick, i spent 800 Aed at vet because of them.

The service is very poor. After the haircut, our dog looks worse than before. I think that they know nothing about grooming. I definitely don't reccomend.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. On the website is mentioned that they deliver the same day, however later they are saying that it can take few days. I was trying to contact them for few days by phone, by WhatsApp-I got promises that they will come back to me, that they will call back within 5-10 minutes, etc-nobody bothered themselves to do so. All my WhatsApp messages and called were clearly ignored.
If you ever want to order something-you better don’t! Go to visit any other pet stores but not this.

My wife Sophie and I have sent our dog, Niko, to Pet Love three times now for grooming, and we are *extremely* satisfied with the exceptional quality of Cial's customer service. She provides regular updates to my wife whenever requested and is incredibly cordial in all interactions in person and over the phone.

We would also like to commend the groomers who work on Niko. We can see from the videos sent to us that he's calm throughout and we can tell that it was not a traumatic experience for him as he's always back to his normal self immediately after returning home (this was not always the case after visits to other groomers).

We look forward to dealing with Cial and your talented groomers in the future.

Always helpful. I live nearby and have always had good, informative dealings in their shop. My husband says the same (and he hates shopping!) They usually exceed our expectations.

Staff have changed and service is now very poor and expensive compares to other grooming shops. Did a very bad job on my dog will never go back.

Amazing place! They have a variety kinds of anything for pets, and the shower service (with free pickup and drop) is fantastic!

The old staff member was good now they have new staff and they are very aggressive with cats and dogs. I would advise you find somewhere else really, they just did not care.

Mixed cats with dogs, dog is barking at cat scaring them. Really poor bordering in animal abuse.

Good service but the woman over the phone told me they had a service which when I got there they told me they didn't offer that service (claw caps for cats). I wouldn't have gone there as it's far from my place but they were the only ones who said they offer that service. On another note, I now know not to apply claw caps on cats.
