One is generous as the experience was worst. Dog bit my kid and on asking for number of owner of pet, they denied. After too many follow-ups, finally gave vaccine to my kid. Literally not safe.

Amazing as usual! My kids always enjoy their time with the dogs at PET ME. Very professional team, yet very friendly.

This was the first time I have this experience for my daughter and the staff are very nice and good and the owner is very generous, hopefully will be back to pet the dogs again. Keep it up and looking forward for new dogs when we visit again.

I love the care and support the team provided for my dog and I. From the first moment I walked in they were so welcoming and caring towards my dog and I and so professional on the services/training they provide and for what my dog needed to get in to which made me confident to start straight away with the obedience training for my dog.
They've been helping not only my dog but also me with separation anxiety and have been comforting in letting me know how he's doing and giving me updates. I'm so happy I made the choice to put my dog with PETME, my dog is happy and so am I and I'm glad I found them after experiencing a negative attitude from other places I looked into. ️

The place is nice for kids, but the receptionist, Elle, was very rude and arrogant. She does not know how to behave towards customers.

Very nice place for pet lovers who can't keep pets at home. We had taken our daughter who enjoyed every minute with the cute puppies. Surely will visit the place again.

It was a pleasant experience. I felt the place could have been a bit more cleaner. The staff was helpful. They charge around 50 AED per head for a 30 min session with Small dogs.

Very little space for all the dogs to be at one place. No cafe for parents to stick around.

Highly recommended this place for grooming, the main star is Pradeep he knows what he is doing exactly, we have tried so many places for my 2 pups for grooming but didn't succeed, PET ME is the best place for grooming in Dubai, best service & good staff, very clean&neat

Worst place for bring your kids. Unprofessional and rude staffs. Especially the Philippine lady in the reception. Greedy on money making.

We had taken my puppy to PetMe today for grooming and it was done quite well, especially Mr. Thushar at the reception was very helpful in understanding the services and thier products and also the groomers, Mr. Pradeep and Ms. Lakshmi who made my pup very comfortable and handsome after the services.

I was very disappointed that my dog was locked and not allowed to play with other dogs, and I notice this for the 3rd time and when I said about it, the girl from Philippines spoke very rudely to me and raised her voice at me!

Horrible place, super unprofessional! Books an assessment for the dog based on the timing they shared, however the trainer doesn't show up with no response.

Came for an assessment for my dog which the owner said would be at 3: 00pm. Me and my husband left work to be there on time, and the owner didnt even show up, he kept telling the receptionist, 15mins then 5 mins, and still no show, we have work! We cant wait for you to do your job. How so very unprofessional, glad we saw this before committing to anything further. If the owner doesnt take his company seriously, no one will.

Great place for Dog lovers, very well maintained. Must visit for kids to spend some time away from screen-time.

Such a cute place! The staff were sweet and friendly and the dogs were adorable, they’re well trained and give so many hugs plus, the atmosphere has a happy feeling.definitely going to come back here (:

We called to ask about session timings and we were asked to come at 6: 30. When we showed up they wouldn’t let us in because “their boss” is inside with their friends and they don’t know until when they’re planning to stay. Such a bad way to treat customers.

I never wrote any complaints before however, I would like to share my experience.

I spend the time with my son today at PETME and there were filipino staff (I assumed she is the supervisor), since the male casher didn't informed me the session starting at 15: 00 (our first time) we came 15: 10 and the session is for an hour. I was requesting it might have been better if the staff informed us regards to the timing. Long story short, she kept cutting me off and start raising her voice and when I decided not talking to her, she were yelling and saying " you being rude" like more than 10times.
(She might had bad day but Hey! Don't put your stress to someone else specially when you are at work place and infront of the child)

This happened inside the shop when there were other customers and around 15 dogs. I felt humiliated and I told the male staff that I refused to talk to her since she was being rude and unprofessional.

I told her that, I don't have to talk to her and don't force me to talk to her. Furthermore, when there is person who don't want to talk to them, doesn't mean that they're rude.

I was not there for the free service. I paid 1: 00hour plus 30min for my child and 30min for myself.

I believe it was the least thing that I can request them to share the full info with the first time customer.

Nice idea for kids. You can see how ur kid react with dogs before you think of getting one

PETME provides Excellent Pet grooming and pet day care services. Kids love this place. I observed that the staff is so friendly and professional. If you have a pet, try this once, you will love PETME.

Every time my daughter sees dog.she would always say "PETME"! She enjoyed playing with the doggies and always wants to come back! Indeed, a happy place for her!

I dropped my kid and went for a meeting. He paid for the service with card and I got the sms for the charges. Unfortunately they didn’t receive in their machine. They chose to not let the kid go in ‍️. I came all the way from Abudhabi to drop the kid. It means all they care is for money and their convenience.

عجيب عجيييب. هذي اول زيارة لي. رحت مع الاطفال عشان نقضي وقت مع الكلاب ونتعود عليهم. قضينا نص ساعه معهم من اروع ما يكون. الكلاب متعوده على الزباين فأول ما ينفتح الباب تلاقيهم كلهم ركضوا لعندك يبون يلعبون وعرفات ساعدنا كثير عشان نتعود ونندمج معهم لنا زيارات ثانية باذن الله بما ان الاطفال ما كانوا يبون يطلعون

I went this morning to bring my dog for an assessment. Someone quickly took the leash from me an bring my dog at the back. I stayed at the from to give the details, look at the vaccines… before leaving I ask for a tour of the facility to discover that actually at the back it is only cage and my dog was put in one while waiting for is turn to play! So 30min in the cage, 30min playing… I didn’t find that normal. My dog was shaking and was super nervous when I told them that there was no way he is staying. Bad experience

the dogs are very well trained and super adorable.there are different sessions for different age groups some small dogs and big dogs.its about 52 aed per person.highly recommend as something to do with your friends as group therapy hahaha

Pet me is an amazing place to interact with dogs. The place is very clean and hygienic. Pets are well groomed and well taken care of. The staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended.

I usually never write review to this level unless it's about a bad experience. We all pay for the service. You were absolutely rude even without me prompting. Agree that u got full occupancy, but you took my color or nationality what ever it is. Please be more respectful. Like I said we all pay money at the end of the day. I don't pay you less because of any if the above mentioned reasons. If u want to service only a particular category of people, Next time hang it at your door. Gentle reminder I do reviews for places and u can see I hv never had such an experience before in Dubai.

They have different timings for different age groups for kids and dogs. The dogs are very friendly and the staff is well trained and very helpful and polite also. Clean and well maintained facility. My daughter loves the experience of playing with dogs, very good concept, could be a little less expensive.

Small Pets are really very nice n cleaned, and very friendly but time limit is very less. And should provide beverages hot or cold.

My daughter loves dogs and there is no other place I can think of taking her other than PetMe

Staff and dogs are very friendly, owner is not welcoming, frowned when we told him we want the kids to play and told us that the session already started and we will pay for 30 min and get 20 min and we were fine with it but he was not still happy. I guess he was having a bad day
The lady however was friendly.
Another thing that I didn't appreciate is that there was only 3 or 4 dogs. I Think they should not offer petting sessions when they don't have enough available pets

Visited the place yesterday and the vibes are nice. The handlers are experienced and interact well with the dogs. I sat in the cafe area and watched my dog playing with others. The place is clean and does not have a bad smell like other day care places ive been to.

I took my nephew there for him to be able to interact with dogs as we cannot bring one home or adopt and I didn’t like what I saw I wanted to get out before the 30 min even finish
I felt so bad for the dogs as I got the intense feelings of them being used
The dogs (all of them) did not want to be petted by anyone nor play, they just wanted to get a treat that’s being given by the staff to feed the dog for everyone so I got the impression that these dogs don’t even eat
My observation of the whole things give me the impression that those dogs are being used as an object, it was not a good experience and I don’t even consider taking my nephew there again as this is not the environment I want him to observe where animals are being treated as an object and certainly those dogs are not having a good time and seem distressed
Not to mention that they allow lot’s of people to get in at the same time also the dogs are po*ping and pe*ing on the floor while you are there and I had to tell one of the staff about it otherwise I don’t know if they will even notice
I don’t recommend it to anyone and I feel bad about the whole experience

Called in advance and told them the time we were gonna go, once we arrived the owner did not let us in? Rude and unbelievable

Spend half an hour petting dogs of various sizes. Amazing feeling for people who love dogs but couldn't keep them.

You trust a place to take care of your dog, but instead they charge strangers to “ interact” with your dog!
So, when the dog gets stressed and fed up, and reacts to those strangers, who will be responsible?

Paying a good money to have a piece of mind, but instead you get stressed out pet?
What is wrong with you?
What kind of business model is this?
Who are your customers?
You will certainly not get any recommendations from me - in fact, I will report you!

This place was amazing when they just opened but is now turning into a zoo. When you leave your dog there for the day, external ppl come with their kids to pet your dog? How strange. Especially now during Covid times and you have all these hands petting your dog? Not a brilliant idea.
Lastly, my dog is friendly with other dogs and not friendly with kids. So I cannot send my dog to that daycare or must rather call it a zoo. Really disappointing, as dogs daycare is a place for dogs and not for kids.
*Not to mention they get money from us dog owners and from ppl bringing their kids to pay our dogs. Is this even legal?

اليوم أخذت بنتي الصغيرة في زيارة حتى تختبر بنفسها تجربة التعامل مع الكلاب الأليفة، وتجربتي الشخصية هي كالآتي:
١. المحل نظيف جداً وتصميمه رائع بحيث أنه يوجد أماكن مخصّصة للوالدين لمشاهدة للأطفال
٢. العاملين في الاستقبال كانوا في غاية اللُطف والتهذيب في التعامل
٣. مدير المحل شخص محترم جداً ولطيف وحسن التعامل ويُسعده التعامل مع الزوّار
٤. نقطة الضعف الشديدة من خلال تجربتي اليوم هي أن المُدرّبين ليس لديهم أي اهتمام أو رغبة في مساعدة الطفل في التعامل مع الكلاب وهذه كانت مشكلتي مع المُدرّبة الفلبينية التي كانت تصرفاتها سيئة في التعامل مع ابنتي وأسلوبها وقِح وغير مُهذّب ولكن تدخّل الأخ المُدير هو الذي هدّأ الموقف المشحون معها. أعتقد أن المُدرّبين غير مُؤهلين لأداء مسؤولية لعِب الأطفال مع الكلاب وهو أمر مُؤسف حقاً لأنه السبب الرئيسي للزيارة!

ومع هذا فقد استمتعت ابنتي نوعاً ما بهذه التجربة وأنصح كل من لديه الرغبة بأن يُحضِر أبنائه الصغار للاستمتاع بتجربة جميلة ولكن يجب أن تُلازم أبنائك ولا تعتمد على المُدربين

Bought Nootie ear wipes in Furjan branch. They charged me Aed 78.75 for a market price of Aed 49. Thought they mistakenly charge the amount since the branch is new and systems are not working properly. I didn't even get a receipt due to this. I send message chat and whatsapp to clear things but no reply so I just call and they said the price is correct. So I guess they put a big markup and the items are overpriced. Wont be coming back.

Place is nice. 50dhs to pet and play with dogs (even kids under 2 have to pay). Staff was decent but the receptionist could be more friendly.

I had bad experience with pet me, My dog lost wight and didn’t eat and the staff is not caring and not responding to what I ask, they are only talking! Even the grooming was so bad not professional at all! Expensive for nothing.

Very expensive (105 aed for an adult and a 20 months child for 30') in a small place that was stinking pee of the dogs. Very friendly staff though

I took my dog to stay here for 2 weeks so he can get some discipline training so far so good he’s learning a lot of stuff and I’m going to see him today:) I also had a lot of fun playing with all the other dogs.

Pet Me is a great place with lovely ambience and decor. Their staff/ trainers are professional helpful and knowledgeable. A must visit place with your pets in Dubai.

Ambiance is excellent, staff very friendly and experienced. We had a good time especially mu girl.

I have been to PETME several times already, and i love the place it is so chic! The pet handlers are experienced, and know how to handle well my dog and cat whether at day care or for grooming. I also like the retail area, they have selective accessory items which you don't find elsewhere. PETME also offers a service which i haven't seen before, you can play with their home pets for an hour at a small fee, this is amazing for those who don't have pets or for pet lovers in general.

We took our Turkish Angora for grooming at Pet Me however it seemed that the staff was not accustomed to handing cats. While the over all grooming was okay, they ended up cutting his ear furnishings which should not be cut. We've taken him to multiple grooming places and never had any of them handle his furnishings. It was greatly upsetting as it is a sign of the breeds beauty.
