Pet's Delight - Umm Suqeim

I was about to buy a quite expensive big bag of dry food for my cat and realized that the expiry date was too soon when making the payment. I have one cat and she eats wet food in addition to dry food daily, so I thought that she couldn’t finish the bag before the expiry date. The cashier had already charged the amount on my credit card, and I asked her to cancel the payment because I changed my mind about purchasing the product. She told me that it was not possible to cancel the payment and instead gave me a 2-months valid voucher for the amount that I paid. I cannot believe that they are unable to execute a single simple financial action and they waste customers’ money and time in an unacceptable unprofessional manner.

Very helpful staff. If they don't have what you need in stock you can make a request and usually get it in within a few days! They also have a great app with fast delivery.
