The ambiance at the pet shop is pawsitively amazing! The moment you step in, you're surrounded by the cutest furry friends. It's like a mini animal paradise! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable too. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere and adorable pets.

I bought my Pomeranian puppy from them which was a Europe import staff was so help ful and friendly

I was really impressed by their website, but unfortunately once I emailed them 3 times (and called) I got a reply claiming they had replied 3 times. Email was curt and really was all about the money. Never got a response from my 2 replies. Very disappointing. We have been able to get our puppy from someone else, who was responsive, and is guiding us through this very important and life changing journey. Costumer service is everything, not just a good website. Something for this company to bear in mind.

We always take our cat here for grooming. She is a long-haired, very fluffy cat. These are really great groomers who have a good way with the animals. Today we sent our cat in and after an hour and a half she came out quite happy with short hair - it is all very even, not clumpy, expertly done. Glendy did an amazing job and we are all much happier with less shedding and less cleaning and hairballs for our cat. She looks amazing and smells fab.

I still didnt visit the store but I am asking for a male
border collie puppy just born and please make sure he is healthy

I have never been to pets habitat but this shop has many nice reviews do you have any small puppies that grow in to big dog like a retriever or a Labrador etc

Hello i was reading the reviews and so impressed, this is actually the first non scam or horrible company i have actually found. There was even a company wich beat there dogs and bred them from puppy mills and i ALMOST bought from them.this has brought me so much joy knowing i cant give up the search for a puppy just yet.

Exceptional pet shop, clean, pets are happy and looked after, and most notably all information about puppy’s breeder is present with nothing left in the dark (not like other pet shops)

Extremely dirty, it smelled really bad in the store. The staff were extremely arrogant.

Disgusting place. If you treated my dog like i saw this place treating a dog i would hurt you the same. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE IF YOU CARE FOR IT. I truly hope there are better places who care in Dubai. Heart breaking. I didnt get my dog groomed there I went in to check. I told the groomer to stop hurting the dog, I was told to get out of the store.oh and i have it on video thanks. I know what store i was in
