One of the best veterinary and grooming services available in Dubai. I have been going there for years and trust them absolutely with my cat. The grooming especially have to be commended and Rumi loves everyone especially Jay. They are very professional and always call to remind us of an appointment prior which is super helpful. They also recommend best care practices for cat mommas like myself. Have always recommended the place to my friends and family who love it as well.

Dr. Rashid is very professional. He js extremely patient & gentle with Cloudy. Miss. Cel, the receptionist is very polite & always greets us with a happy smile. Plus the clinic has good hygiene & well maintained.

Always been a pleasant experience at Petshealth. We frequently use their grooming service for our dog Zulu. The groomer and the staff tries their best to him feel comfortable. Not easy though.haha

Its not a fake review i might be not writing with the same name in the clinic, i used your services many times and the last time my cat was admitted for surgery and he was discharged with flu! Why? Let your staff sterlize things before touching our pets!

One of the best Vet clinics I’ve been to! Very modern, the staff is really friendly and attentive. And what’s important, the prices are very reasonable!

I went to this vet as an emergency and it was fast and professional. The vet was accommodating and reassured me that they would do all the necessary tests and medication to help my cat.

Really quick and clean. My cat was calm while taking 2 injections and felt better the same evening.

Great and accomodating staffs. They also have competetive pricing compared to other vet around DSO and discounts on DSO residence for pet grooming. Kudos to the team!

Honestly this clinic was really kind and attentive. I had bought in a stray cat that I feed, and Dr Ahmed understood the budget constraints we were under but still provided us with the best care.

Also the nurse in the hijab was really lovely she treated the cat very gently!

The location is great and the front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Love the fact that there are private consultation rooms which lowers anxiety levels of going to the vet. All staff are super professional, kind and caring and made our experience at this clinic very pleasant! Didn’t treat my cat right, I found blood on my cat’s stool, day after even the blood is gone, I took my cat there for check up, doctor Everard did the Giardia test didn’t found anything then he told my it would be another parasite, he prescript Metronidazole to my cat, Which I later checked it was for trichononas, in which case my cat was NOT even having the sign and symptoms (diarrhea) for both parasite, I mentioned it while consultation. After the Metronidazole, my cat start having diarrhea. And I can not even tell at this moment if the stool still contain blood any more.

And the solution from the Vet, change another doctor, get me another medication for my cat, and ask me to pay 250 AED again for the medication, yea, you read it right, I have to pay for their mistake as well.seriously, run with your pet from this place.

Our kitten had a virus and was close to dying. The vet did not do a proper diagnosis. Not impressed with the service.

I'm very disappointed with the pets health clinic in Dubai silicon oasis. I had made an appointment 1 month in advance for my dogs. I went personally to the clinic to make the appointment. Today after 1month I m calling them to confirm the timing because I never got a reminder call from them. I' was shocked the receptionist is telling me that there was no appointment for my dogs for today.this is unacceptable.when I made the booking I took the last appointment which is at 5 pm. That's our convenient timing.the receptionist goofed up our appointment. Now She says she can give me today at 3 pm which is not convenient for me I don't drive and my husband is at work. It's is not helping. Because of their staff's unprofessionalism, I m suffering. The only good thing about pets' health is the groomer Jay and he is a Gem. Because of him, we were going there.

I would like to commend Dr. Danilo and the staff named Bryan and Angelo. And the African male staff too (I'm sorry, I missed to ask for his name). They are great with their respective tasks and responsibilities. Though Pets Health is a bit expensive compared to other Vet Clinics, it is acceptable because it's all worth it.

Dr. Flora & Danielle were very professional and approachable doctors. Ryan was very helpful, he is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Best cat grooming in town! The groomers take excellent care of my cats and make it a pleasant experience for them every visit and even share photos and videos from the grooming process. Grooming is done very detailed.

I loved the pre-reminder for my cat’s appointment and the groomer immediately knew how to style my cat’s haircut as I wanted the same too. Also, the place is neat and quite. Also, the staff are super friendly.

The Shop service is poor, I had to pay 2 times.once by card and the second one the delivery guy asked me again for the money if not I wouldnt have my items. They are taking ages to give my money back. I hope you guys do a better partnership with courier company.

Always taking advantage of the situation when we take our dog for any concerns. Charging big amount of money knowing that pet owner won't say no at the moment. Not a single time that my dog was fully treated by them,
Everytime i take him somewhere else after failing to treat him and paying thousands.

Pets Health is our only place to go to when it comes to pet grooming, pets health and pets food. All in one place. Staffs there go an extra mile to cater our needs. One such recent incident was, the medicated food for our pet wasn’t available and the staff (Grace) travelled herself to Al Wasl to arrange it for our pet.

The overall service was very good. The receptions were very friendly, and Dr. Flora was a professional who diagnosed my cat very well. A definite recommendation

Amazing front desk staff, nursers and Vet Doctor. They were attentive over details and caring with our cat. Consultation rooms are neat and the pet shop area contains several items on a great display.

I was shocked that they don’t have a stray cats rate, they use the situation to make more and more tests. We paid for tests and 2 cans of food 1,260 AED with one day boarding, when I took the cat from vet he was not clean at all, they didn’t change the disposable Matt, the cat were starving and so thirsty. We paid a lot and cat were sooooo hungry, god knows how he slept and in which condition he was. The crew were not so nice

Very professional and they are not charging consultation fee for Kennel Cough and Deworming. Dr. Danilo checked Snowy first before giving the Kennel Cough vaccine. Keep it up!

I am very happy with the performance of the work provided by the clinic teams on caring for pets grooming and taking care of pets and dealing with them and treating them in an excellent manner because I saw the difference on my dogs.

This clinic has a very friendly receptionist and a Vet who listened to my concerns and validated them with her very thorough exam for my cat. They were able to get me in quickly and the Vet spent a lot of time discussing possible diagnoses and possible treatment options. I will definitely be switching to this clinic. Thanks!

Very bad service. Totally disappointed.
We took our dog there for a suspected UTI and the consultation did not last 15 mins and we were charged around 1500 aed for couple of tests that the results were gonna come out next day. We have called at least 10 times to follow up on the status of the report and have a talk with the vet. More than a month now and no update except the report was sent via WhatsApp and the vet is constantly busy or not there. We had to take our dog elsewhere and you maybe should do the same.

Horrible place. Took my cat for grooming, they said he’s behaving not well and that they need to sedate him first. Previous clinic I’ve done it didn’t complain but fine, my cat is really aggressive sometimes.

I was told to drop him next day for the process and that my cat should not eat 8 hours before. Dropped at 5, came to check on him at 6: 40 and surprise-surprise! They haven’t even started yet. My cat didn’t eat since morning and I was told to come at a specific time, right? The reply I got: “sorry, we were busy”. Really? We r talking here about alive creatures guys, it’s not just a bed service but some sort of torture. So angry

I like the way the doctor treated my dog, letting him smell and see everything he was using to examine him, so he would feel more relaxed about everything.

Very professional staff. Vets, nurses and grooming are all helpful. They were able to groom my cat easily even thou my girl is moody sometimes. I highly recommend them.

I requested appointment through the website at 2am and as soon as the clinic opened one of the staff called to schedule appointment for our Persian cat.
Dr. Danilo treated our furry boy with so much care, patience and made sure to get to the bottom of the problem and a couple of days later even texted to check on the recovery️

Apart from that our cat is a regular customer for grooming at Pets Health salon (as I jokingly call it) and Jay always does amazing job!
Would give more stars if there was an option!

I have been raising dogs and cats since ever.
This is the most commercial vet I have ever seen.
Please avoid them, they order unnecessary tests just to make you pay an extra money.
They promised a call back from the vet to explain and that didn't happen either

Jay is an amazing groomer who really cares about the animals he handles. The whole staff is very friendly.

We like bringing our cats to this clinic. Dr. Lazar is very professional and gentle with our cats. We never had any issues and we feel our cats are well-taken care of here.

Had the pleasure of sending our poodle to Pets health to get groomed and I must say very well done. Some groomers miss certain stuff out but I was very pleased with the outcome. I booked for a full session; ears were cleaned, teeth was brushed and my stud muffin cut was handsomely done! Price was great as well! The groomer even sent me pics before and after which was lovely! Thanks again!

I came with a 1 day old kitten, I went to the Dr.but honestly nothing was done and they told us they can’t do nothing. They literally didn’t touch the kitten. Didn’t ask questions to know if the mother is feeding her, what should we do. I proposed the formula which they didn’t even offer to show us how it should be done and when we requested help we were told Dr is busy.
P. S We paid normal consultation fees for 10 seconds and then told that the Dr is busy!

We loveee this place for grooming! (Shih Tzu Dog Owner) Jay is the groomer we use & I have recommended him to my brother who has Saluki Mix & is very particular to groom as he gets it done lesser than me. Even he loved him! There is one small hiccup as their appointments are alwayssss full upto a month at a time: (Unless it’s a grooming emergency which I have had & thankful they accommodated me It’s great for someone who knows their schedule after 2 months but I’m not like that & I thought I will call a month before to book but it doesn’t work out. I had to forcefully take 2 appointments to see which one works out once I’m closer to the date. Other than the booking thing, they have great staff & amazing place! Would recommend them
